Hi Audie,
I'm getting acquainted the the BHW site and feel priviledged to acknowledge all that you willingly express and share with myself and others. I have always had a very deep connection to animals. For some reason, if there is an injured or homeless animal they always find me and all becomes well for them... and for me:-x My love for children is equally powerful. I find myself interacting with them with joyful exchanges. I especially enjoy playing word games with youngsters as they begin learning to use language as a tool!
Again, I thank you BraveHeart Sister!

Be Eternally Blessed,
Rhonda

Hello Audie,] I just read your blog and thank you for your inspiration. I have a cat named Schatzi and would like to upload a photo of her but have not quite got the knack of doing that successfully yet.As soon as this happens I will put her on show. I would like to tell you her story.
About five years ago I had a heart surgery operation and during recovery a friend took me to a place where she was buying food for her kangaroo.(She had a special licence to look after kangaroos in recovery before they went back to the wild). While there I saw a cage with three kittens, it was raised up to about my eye level. I saw a black fluffy one and thought " that is for me". I picked it up and it screamed and scratched me and jumped from my arms. Shock! Then I saw the tabby cat and thought o.k. that must be the one. I could not wake that one up. Sound asleep! and while thinking what to do next because I really did not want the last one which was white with a black tail and black eyepatch. I knew that I would be forever brushing white hairs off my clothes and other things. Just as I was preparing to forgo the pleasure of a cat this little one ran and jumped into my hands and arms and clung to me. She has been with me ever since. She has travelled a lot in Western Australia and when I moved to the East Coast 18 months ago she came too. She has grown quite big and her name is Schatzi (pronounced Shutsie) It is taken from the German word for Treasure and she has been my treasure and a member of my family ever since. Love to you and thank you. Ariandel.
