Tell us about you	Married for 30 years, to a war veteran who suffers from PTSD, and the proud owner of a Big Black Dog, named Bandit. Recently wrote a book about our dog, and The Big Black Dog Syndrome. Visit our site to learn more. I'm a huge animal welfare advocate, and on a mission with Bandit to form our Foundation which will help dogs in shelters become trained, and paired with a veteran, for mutual benefit. Living with PTSD in our family has been one of the hardest things to deal with in our life, but every day I wake up positive, knowing that today has the capacity to be a better day than the day before.
