I have just returned from beautiful snowy Pagosa Springs Colorado,from Dr.Sugars amazing women's retreat....
And it was beyond Amazing! Thank you DR.SUGAR
And today I fell so blessed and oyster like to have such wonderful braveheart women in my life.It is awesome to know your purpose in life and to be in line and living in that pupose and to see others do the same! I LOVE MY LIFE !
I love growing and ........WHATS NEXT as Ellie would say.

This Is the best hot air balloon ever, it landed at the estates Where Dr.Sugar has the retreats...It was so awesome ! ! ! 11 acres of beautiful land and surrounded by mountains and it landed in our view ! We have been so blessed to see such beauty at the retreats.The first retreat I attened I was blessed with a huge family of dragonfly's on the back balcony on a break and I called for the ladies to come see and we watched them fly off and all that was visible after a while was a mountain. Months Later my Daughter Married her dream Husband on that same mountain.(Reservoir Ridge) YUP I get goosebumps every time I talk about it. One of the summer retreats we were sent the most gorgeous eagles to our main window and wow that was the most amazing thing I've ever witnessed..that is not by chance that is purpose with a meaning....

My Name is Lisa M. Jacquez-Collins I am 38 years old and one of Farmington & Aztec N.M’s top 10 Hairdressers. I was born and raised in the Farmington/Aztec New Mexico area along with my Family. I would like to take the opportunity to share with you the experiences that I have had since I attended Dr. Sugar Singletons amazing women’s Retreat.

I attended my first “Unleash your power” retreat with Dr. Sugar in the summer of 2007. I was a little nervous and not quite sure what was going to happen or what I was required to do. Therefore, I came up with many excuses of why I should not attend and my Health was a big excuse. I had suffered from many heath issues all of my life ….Until the Retreat…..But in my heart I knew I could trust Dr. Sugar and that this retreat was going to stretch my comfort zone but in the back of my mind I knew something good was going to come out of the Retreat.

What I did not realize is that a 3-day retreat would change my life for what I know will be forever. As a young adult, I had some severe traumatic experiences that pushed me into many wrong choices and that put me into a lot of counseling for many years and into thinking my health was failing, (Your mind is a powerful tool).

I am a firm believer that nothing happens by accident and that the people you come across are the people that you need in your life at that very moment in time.
My husband Randy and I were blessed to meet Dr. Sugar and her wonderful family one-year before the retreat at a local restaurant just by chance.

I’d like to now take the opportunity to tell you more about my experiences and how my Life has changed, what I learned at the retreat is what I call (MINDSET) when you think you are Sick…. you are, when you think your job is boring …it is, when you think, you are broke…. you are. I truly enjoyed being trained and taught by Dr.Sugar to change your mind set and to realize that its up to each person to become a better person and we may not be who people think we are or who we think we are
(WE ARE WHO WE ARE!)
I have learned that im healthy and not sick, I have an amazing job, and my wealth is growing every day and Dr.Sugar taught me that we need to see clear by putting on our awesome glasses!

I have become a much more positive and productive employee since the retreat and my boss has seen this improvement and even took her Salon team to a retreat and we had an amazing time (every boss should send there team) if they want there staff on fire.

Since the Retreat, my husband and I have had many life changing experiences and we have had the chance to make some powerful changes in our lives on a health and on a finance level by taking advantage of some tools given to our marriage and we have improved tremendously.
Thank you for taking the time for me to share with with you what I have gained since my retreat. I felt that I had such awesome results from the retreat and I knew that I now wanted to help other women have the same results I have became part of the retreat staff and as Dr.Sugars Assistant and it truly has been AMAZING.

I have just returned home from another Amazing weekend at Dr.Sugar Retreat and im feeling so blessed and inspired and full of Gratitude !
The first thing I did when I got home was read my Ellies lesson in ease card and it is.

"CONNECT"
My attempts to connect with others are like an iceberg.
The tip of the iceberg represents what I say.
The foundation of the iceberg,the base that holds the tip above the surface of the ocean, is how i feel when i say what i say. I know choose to be aware of this emotional undercurrent and therefore infuse my words with positive emotions....................

Good Sunday afternoon to all,
There has been a lot of talk in the BraveHeart women's community lately about RECEIVING....
I have always enjoyed receiving, wither its a gift or a complement ! but nothing like I've just experienced this Friday night! I Love the blogs that Audie and Crystal have out on there recent receiving's and im filled with so much joy! As many of you know I prepare all the meals at Dr.Sugars Retreat and I feel so blessed and inspired to do so! When Dr.Sugar and I began on this journey together, I knew the one thing I would love to do was all the meals and after many taste tests and different recipes we came up with our menu.....I have truly enjoyed all the complements we have received on the meals and I feel it is an honor to be able to provide this gift to you all ! I have always loved being in the kitchen and I love food. Over the years I have eaten at some very fine restaurants the whole time thinking to my self I CAN DO THIS ...And going home and creating the same dish.This last Friday night My husband and I were invited along with our son to our friends house to have a meal prepared by CORY my sons best friend from Marshal texas.We knew this meal was going to be good as Cory is a chef,but what we didn't know was that Cory had been working on this plan and menu for three-four months.This 21 year old young Man had driven here instead of flying so he could bring his dinner ware that he had made for this dinner and all his culinary knifes,When we arrived he had our favorite wine and a menu of the 6 course meal he had prepared for us on each place setting .We visited, laughed and enjoyed each others company,and then sat down for dinner !!!!! Cory had prepared this meal and served us dish by dish
....Rainbow Trout Ceviche........Chilled Summer Squash Soup.........Raspberry ,Sage Intermezzo.........Arugula Salad ......Elk Mignon.....Crisp and smooth Dessert Plate....

It was out of this world.... to have been blessed to sit an RECEIVE a meal like this was pricless!
It was the best meal Ive ever had....
Before my journey with Dr. Sugars and the Retreats this meal would have still been a wonderful experience! But now where im at there were so many powerful gifts attached to this experience!
And I truly feel that God Rewarded me on Friday Night !!!!!! Thank -you all for allowing me to share with you this experience......

Hello My Braveheart SISTERS.

When National Geographic photographer Steve McCurry wandered into an Afghan refugee camp in Pakistan in December 1984, photographer Steve McCurry captured one of the most famous portraits the world had ever seen. The Afghan girl with the haunting green eyes captivated everyone. That captivation proved, once again, the power of photography to open eyes—and hearts and minds—with a single image.McCurry's photo of the girl was selected as the cover of National Geographic 100 Best Pictures....What are your eyes saying?

I Had just had dinner at a restaurant in Durango Col. ON June 13TH. and was walking by an art gallery and I saw this large photo of Sharbat Gula ,The girl with the green eyes, I stood in complete awe and started to cry just looking as deep as I could into her eyes, My husband and our friends were saying lets go, are you ready ,what are you looking at. I felt as if the world had stopped and it was just her and I. I remember this picture from 23 some years ago. As I stood there a young man came and stood next to me and what he asked me was so surreal...He said why are you starring so deep.?... What is it that you are seeing in her eyes?........

As the tears just streamed down my face, I said... FEAR... she is so afraid and scared ! This young man said ....."Is this something in you that you are feeling ?.....I turned to look at him and HE said..... oh my gosh its you, is that you, wow you have the same eyes. It freaked me out TO SAY THE LEAST and I said thank you and left to catch up with my husband and friends.

For the last 3 weeks I have spent a lot of time researching this girl and the story...its an awesome story, When the photographer met up with her last year he asked her what she was feeling when she was being photographed and she said she was scared because she had never met a Stranger nor had a picture taken. The award-winning photographer said his original image of Sharbat had seized the imagination of so many people around the world because her face, particularly her eyes, expressed pain and resilience as well as strength and beauty.

Tonight after Dr.Sugars Conference call I spent a few minutes remembering the last retreats listing to some relaxing music and it hit me like a wall....It took me exactly where I needed to go tonight. When I first saw this Girl and her eyes on the cover of National Geographic I was 16 years old and .....at home alone...and pregnant..... and feeling......FEAR......afraid and scared.....!!!! IS THIS WHAT THEY CALL CELLULAR MEMORY .................What I was seeing in the photo that night was what I was feeling 23 plus years ago in my life when I first saw the photo! That is called cellular memory.......

Wow...Since the retreats that I've attended and helped at with Dr.Sugar I have come to complete peace with my self for that time in my life , and tonight just closed the last of the opened door.....

My daughter is a gift from above, She is my best friend and my hero. She is the smartest woman I know and can make me laugh and make me mad in 2 seconds ...I love her....I gave birth to my only baby march of 1986 and her father got killed the following summer in a bike wreck ..........What were my eyes saying in a photo in 1986 ......FEAR !........ What are my eyes saying today in a photo........HOPE, COURAGE AND DIVINITY!

Is it because I know now what my purpose is in life. Thanks to Dr. Ellie and Dr.Sugar and how I discovered my purpose at Dr.Sugar's Retreat..............What are your eyes saying?

Wonderful day Ladies
I was on my computer earlier doing some researching and I was navigated away from my page and landed on a page that was a help questions and answers and on the top right of the page it said 'WHY ARE YOU HERE ?' Well my first un-grounded response was I don't know you stupid computer, and then I asked the page with a sassy tone why are you here...........and it hit like a ton of bricks.......Why am I here. ...Why.. am ..I ..here..
WHY---AM----I---HERE ? ? ? ?
I got off the computer and was running around the house saying WHY ARE YOU HERE....and asking and talking to myself like a crazy woman, why are any of us here ? Why are you here ? And then I started thinking about The "Prosperity Hormone" Call with Ellie Drake & Dr. Sugar Singleton.... and I was thinking about my purpose ! I do know why im here and I began to cry and cry and still saying Why are you Here ? We have all been brought here together to help inspire others.
I am here to teach.....Hope Courage And Divinity. Im so thankful to Ellie for knowing why she is here and building such an Amazing global community to inspire others. And a big Thank-you to my dear friend Dr.Sugar for showing me how to find my purpose! Good Friday to all my BraveHeart Sisters !
Dr.Sugar and I arrived in Pagosa Colorado last Thursday afternoon to prepare for another amazing Retreat and as we were getting ready to leave to pick up Lana and Crystal at the Airport I heard Dr.Sugar Yelling out side ...I LOVE MY LIFE !!!! at the top of her lungs...mind you this is not uncommon for Dr.Sugar to randomly yell that she loves her life!!! When I got outside We noticed not one but two beautiful Rainbows over the mountain, it was a picture perfect view of confirmation in believing in our purpose!

As humans I think its normal to sometimes think we are not doing enough or being enough, but when you discover your purpose in life and you are teaching and sharing it with others you are doing what you were born to do and miracles unfold before your eyes just like the Rainbow!

Yesterday I came home from work and next to the key hole I was greeted by a praying Mantis, most people would just unlock the door and enter their home but I just stood there and said to myself....."Praying mantis next to the key hole - - - what does it mean?".....and what I came up with was .....Pray...to unlock and receive the key!!!!!!

Keys were somehow very prominent this weekend at Dr. Sugars Retreat....Thank-you God and Dr. Lana Ford for that!

This Morning I got online and on my main msn home page there was a story about some people that saw a miracle it was a picture on the ground of what seems to be OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE ! This just happens to be my favorite Saint that I ask for guidance from...Huh WOW......and on the left of that was a write up on Stop Complaining and change your life...Nix Negativity!

So my thoughts today are to teach people to nix negativity to be more positive to live in peace and have joy in their life....

So to all my Braveheart Sisters!...Have an inspiring, beautiful, productive and joyous Day filled with HOPE, COURAGE AND DIVINITY...

This Morning I woke up and as I was lying in bed I took in a few deep breathes and as I was exhaling I was feeling Gratitude and Joy and Peace and at that moment I knew that I am exactly where I am suppose to be.

Ellie and Dr.Sugar's call last night was so good I loved it, and I’m very excited to attend RISE and meet all the amazing women in this community and to reconnect with my beautiful Sisters that I’ve been blessed to meet at Dr.Sugar Amazing Women’s Retreats!

My Ellie card of the day is ……. Fair Exchange
The Universe gives. I am now open to receiving the abundant resources available within the Universe. I am also open to giving for the sake of giving. I now trust that the exchange is really between the giver and the Universe and not between the giver and the receiver.

As I sat and was thinking about this card I thought…… Wow! Dr.Sugar and Ellie are giving us all so many opportunities to grow and learn, all the free calls and support and inspiration they give and now all the amazing gifts and more abundant resources with RISE! And they both GIVE just for the sake of GIVING.

I am so appreciative to Ellie and Dr.Sugar for all you do and all you GIVE! And I am thankful to God and the Universe for giving me the ability to Receive….

Good Day to all Braveheart women today! Is everyone getting excited for RISE!

I know I am and its going to be so much fun !

I have been blessed to attend a few really powerful and healing drum circles over the last couple of years. By far the most powerful one was outside in the Colorado mountains watching the moon rise over the mountain and after an amazing release. The rain began to drizzle over us and give purity and confirmation that we were in the right place at the right time.

Our own braveheart woman, Intuitive girl, Ms. Joan Marie Whelen was the speaker who had just done an emotional exercise about the power of forgiveness at Dr.Sugars Retreat for couples this past July. You may have read some of the blogs about this event.... This is where Dr. Lana Ford flew in with her drum along with Joan Marie and wow….wow..WOW... it was a powerful weekend for all in attendance.

Ok - here is a little trivia...I don't know how many of you know this... but Dr. Sugar is an awesome drummer. Put her behind a drum set and you will see a whole different side of her. She ROCKS... so anyways it was only fitting that she incorporate the healing of a drum circle at one of her retreats... and I am here to say... it was powerful stuff.

SO as I look forward to attending RISE and I am beginning to wonder what Thursday nights grand drumming is going to be like and I can't help but get excited!

So….My husband is reading Sundays paper and comes across a full page in the Arts & Leisure section of our local paper and says to me “Babe here is a great blog for Lana”!

How many of you rocked out or jammed to Def Leppard….Well I am an 80’s girl and back in the day I thought I was a rock star ….Well Rick Allen, the drummer for rock band Def Leppard and his wife Lauren Monroe started and founded the Raven Drum Foundation with hopes of helping veterans and their family’s.

Rick lost his arm in an auto accident in 1984 and it was his drumming that helped him recover. Rick does not use a prosthetic. He had to make a decision to continue what he loved or give up. He said. “I started to experience drumming in a different way”

Rick learned an African drum prayer----an ancient prayer. “That connected me to drumming in a new way” It is this ancient and healing drumming that Allen shares with soldiers participating in the Raven Drum Foundations Resiliency program that also provides guided imagery, breathing, and sharing.

Ricks wife Lauren Monroe began practicing and teaching energy healing 13 years ago….I say we find her and have her become a braveheart women!!!! Their story is about 9 more pages but I will end here!

Drumming is becoming more and more visible and drum circles are becoming more and more recognized for their powerful role in healing.
Remember as with so many things... IT IS what you do with it THAT MATTERS!

Rising with BraveHeart Women !

My Husband Randy and I just returned home on Sunday the 11th from LA and I feel so very blessed to have attended and participated in RISE!

It was such an Honor to meet and connect with my BraveHeart Sisters from all over the world, and to see so much Beauty, Talent and Inspiration in one room. The Energy that was created was out of this world!

We left RISE on Sunday to drive up the coast to Santa Maria to spend a few days with family. Then drove down the coast on Wednesday to El Cajon to visit my Husbands Uncle and I couldn’t stop feeling like I brought something special with me from RISE!

The more I think about Rise and all the treasures that came home with me, I just cant believe that its been over a week that we rocked the house with singing and celebrity’s and clapping and connecting…..BraveHeart View….LIVE! WOW …Is it just me or do you feel all giddy inside when you think about it!

If anyone asks what I thought about this event, my comment is…….PERFECT……PERFECT …PERFECT!

Ellie and Charlie and their amazing team really went beyond the call……Thank –You Ellie and Charlie and your fantastic Braveheart Team for creating excellence !

Dr.Sugar, you are beautiful !!!!!! When I gave my Retreat Testimonial, I wanted to say so much more than I did. I wanted to tell everyone all the wonderful things that have happened in my life since then, and how every thing in my life came together like a puzzle. But I know how excited I can get when I talk about the Cellular Releases. I knew I needed to keep it short or we would all still be there HA-HA!

One of the most amazing Ah-ha Moments I had at Rise. I was in the bathroom line with one of my beautiful and Amazing BraveHeart Sisters after I had given my testimonial, and she asked me if I knew why I had gotten so sick before I left my house to head to the Retreat? I told her that I did not know why, but my chatter was throwing out reasons in my mind. She told me that she felt it was my body’s way of beginning to RELEASE OR DETOX……………..

I have now assisted Dr.Sugar with several RELEASE EVENTS. I have met Hundreds of Ladies through these amazing healing weekend, and I think I’m probably the only one that has gotten this sick. I just thought I was weird and a big ol baby. I am grateful to my BraveHeart Sister who ,I believe, put this in perspective for me…Thank – you !

I feel so Blessed to be part of BraveHeart Women’s Global Community as Dr. Sugars Executive Assistant for the last two years, and I’m not gonna lie, its really awesome to be aware of how much I have grown since my first Release Event. Being mentored by Dr.Sugar has been so exciting and has changed my LIFE. And it is beautiful to watch others in our Community unfold into even more amazing BraveHeart Women after the phenomenal RELEASE WEEKEND!

Good Tuesday to all my Rising sisters !
I have returned home from a powerful and exciting and fun weekend and the vibration that is running through my body is incredibility !

This weekend along with 26 of our BraveHeart Sisters we witnessed a powerful duo with Dr.Ellie and Dr. Sugar and like they always do,they did it again ! Dr.Ellie and Dr.Sugar over delivered ! It was like a alignment of planets together ........POWERFUL !

I am so blessed to be where I am in my life to have the opportunity to be able to connect with all my BraveHeart Sisters on this level.
And to know that I am exactly where I am supposed to be...

Linda and Becky I had the time of my life with you two....You are both hands down AMAZING......Becky never forget how much I love you my beautiful green eyes sister and remember your eyes are to help you see glass walls...HE-HE-

Hello to all my Amazing sisters,

My name is Lisa Marie Jacquez-Collins
I'm 39 years old and Spanish I was born Sept.20 1970 and I was put up for adoption in my home town of Farmington New Mexico the day of my birth,Luckily I was keep in my family and was raised by my aunt and uncle (my Mommy and Daddy) who were not able to have children.

From as far back as I can remember my Mom would tell me to turn to her so see could look in my eyes and she would tell me that I had a gift and that I was a gift from Heaven and that I was going to do amazing healing work and to always be open to the light and to let my light shine!

For years I masked and hid behind my eyes because I felt and knew I was different than my friends, they wanted to talk about BS and I wanted to hang outside and look at the stars in silent !

When I first met Dr.Sugar she had me create a Dream/Vision board
one of the first things I put on my board was to become a better listener ....Looking back I was very quite and even somewhat shy.

For the last three years I have worked on me,I have traveled from Florida to La and to Atlanta and Dallas to Colorado with Dr.Sugar my greatest mentor.

I Attend a Barbara De Angelis Goodness Seminar along with my beautiful friend Crystal and with and thanks to our Amazing Dr.Sugar a month ago and heard what I though was the biggest Tap ever...It was something that I knew but for whatever reason keep brushing it off.
Barbara and I had a moment of connection and she asked me where I had been She told me that she has been waiting for me.....and then told me that the next day was going to be for me and I would know all the answers to my questions.....
The next day we did a exercise that blew my socks off! I felt exalted like never before almost like I had given birth to a Tribe I don't ever recall releasing so many tears!
The exercise we did showed me that my connection with children is to be used and I needed to FIND some of the special (INDIGO) (CRYSTAL) Children and become there mentor and help guide them.
I question this to the core.....I knew in my soul it was real...
And I knew I couldn't PUSH it aside when I can home......

I called my parish church and became a kindergarten teacher just like that....I now have been in the class room every wed.night since.

When I went to work the next day at the salon my co-worker had brought her Daughter that I had never met and her eyes pierced my soul when she this little girl told me Hi nice to meet you ....Hug... and while we were hugging she giggled and said wanna play my friend...
I knew this was conformation.....
I know this is wild.......

This last weekend at RELEASE ! One of the exercises I laid a blanket down and opened up and what was sent to me was something That I cant explain......The Color Purple wrapped around me like a blanket and the children's laughter was like I was in Heaven ....NOW THIS IS THE BIGGEST TAP EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

When I came home my husband had changed our board in our office to this.........
We must be silent before We can Listen , We must Listen before We can Learn , We must Learn before We can Prepare , We must prepare before We can Serve and Serve before We can lead !William Arthur Ward.......

I’ am “Colorful Heart” Returning from Brave Heart Release!

Good Day to all my BraveHeart Sisters! Sending LOVE and LIGHT to all!

I have just returned home from another Powerful and Healing and Fun filled weekend at BraveHeart Release, and I feel so energetic and on fire for my life and the smile on my face is having my friends, co-workers and clients asking me why I am so happy!

Well I wanted to share with you all why I am so happy
Its called SYNCHRONICITY this is my Ellie card of the day.

SYNCHRONICITY occurs whenever circumstances unfold in a way to beautifully complement and assist one another; creating an end result that perhaps exceeds one’s expectations. I now declare that I am open to receiving the assistance of synchronicity (Ellie Drake)

Every Morning now for three years the first thing I do is read my Ellie card and every morning I have an aha moment! To me it’s the only way to start my day!

Today when I picked up my Ellie card I was almost in tears as I have read my Ellie cards over and over for the last few years but they just seems to touch my heart with such powerful energy that it creates my mind, body and soul to work together in a way that is indescribable.

After I read my Ellie card I began to reflect on my Journey and our BraveHeart Release that we just experienced this weekend at the Amazing and beyond Beautiful Casa de BraveHeart ! And I remembered I was given a new name by our talented Intuitive sister Lynn and my new name is (Colorful Heart)

I worked in the Salon today with my head held high saying to my self I am Colorful Heart! Lynn told me my new name and it came to her in Spanish, but I do not know how to type in Spanish so you all get to hear it in English! I am constantly asked what nationality I am and when I tell people I am Spanish they question me and ask me what else … so for Lynn to speak my name out in Spanish was a big deal for me!

So what does Colorful Heart mean to me …. Well for about a year and a half I have been very intrigued by Chakras and or energy centers, so I pulled my notes out and this is what I came up with.
My contract is to Teach …….. HOPE, COURAGE AND DIVINTY !

GREEN----FORGIVENESS/LOVE/COMPASION/HOP E/TO HEAL.

BLUE----FAITH/SURRENDERNESS /ABILTY TO KEEP MY WORD.

INDIGO---TRUTH/CLARITY/WISDOM/INSPIRATI ON / LIGHT

VIOLET---DIVINITY.

WOW…. WHAT GOOSE BUMPS ON TOP OF GOOSE BUMPS I HAVE !
