You can conquer your self-limiting doubts! Let us say that doubt is an absence of truth or light; there is some energy that is not purely in alignment with our inner truth. One way to conquer the doubting mind is to have faith or belief that the mind can transcend the doubt-darkness that it is currently experiencing.
When we have self doubt or when we doubt others, we can pull forward our implicit faith or belief in ourselves and transformation will have begun. Our faith or belief must be held in our consciousness more than a few seconds at a time in order for transformation and manifestation to take place.
Where there is light, darkness disappears. We can bring to the fore our soul's light to illumine our doubts through concentration, visualization and/or meditation. Consciously install higher thoughts and ideals in your mind. By thinking, believing and acting as though you are free of your self-limiting doubts, you make it so - sooner or later.
Do not give up. Continue and Conquer! Conquer and Continue! To your Victory! Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community
"One extra degree of effort in business or in life separates the good from the great.
It's your life; you are responsible for your results.
To get what you have never had, you must do what you have never done.
Watch your attitude, your kindness, your belief, your focus, your perseverance!
Where in your life can you turn up your effort one degree???

Who are all these folks doing extraordinary things? We do hear about them once in a while in the news, although rarely. These folks are just like you and me. For that matter, you are already doing extraordinary things, but it may not make the headlines.
How many times have you done something that is beyond the ordinary and totally creative? Have you ever done anything quite unusual? Do you consider that you have some kind of exceptional skill, or talent, some kind of exceptional capacity? Has anyone ever told you that you are remarkable, that something you have done, or said or accomplished was remarkable?
Any of the above can be considered extraordinary. There really is no such thing as an 'ordinary' person. All are extraordinary. I believe we just use the word to express contrast.
We have heard the expression, "Believe it and you can achieve it." Let us amp up our belief about who and what we are. We are divine beings with extraordinary and limitless capacities, talents and powers.
What would you like to achieve in this lifetime? Believe it and you can achieve it. All of us 'ordinary folks' really can do 'extraordinary things!'
The Eagle Parable was written by James Aggrey in the early 1920's. Many of us are raised with the limitations of a chicken and know not who we really are. Be brave; stretch your wings; believe that you can soar with the magnificence of an eagle!

With simplicity, sweetness and sincerity, children write 13 letters to God - from their heart (a unique perspective.) Enjoy!
1. Dear God, my turtle died. We buried her in our yard. Is she there with you now? She really likes lettuce.
2. Dear God, I'm sorry I forgot the words to your songs yesterday in Sunday School. I don't sing that good anyway so sometimes I just hum along. Is that o.k. with you?
3. Dear God, do you throw the lightening down at us? It scares me a lot when it goes BOOM. Please stop it.
4. Dear God, my grandma is dying. She says you want her back with you, but I want her to stay here with me. You can have anyone you want. She's all I have, so please let her get better and stay.
5. Dear God, I have a lizard named Ernie. He only has three feet 'cuz one of them got caught in the door. I didn't mean to do it though. Would you fix it back again?
6. Dear God, thank you for the baby brother, but what I prayed for was a puppy.
7. Dear God, it must be hard for you to love everybody in the world. I only have one brother and I can’t do it.
8. Dear God, I could help you sometimes if you will tell me some things to do.
9. Dear GOD, who draws the lines around the countries?
10. Dear GOD, I think about You sometimes even when I'm not praying.
11. Dear GOD, if You watch me in church Sunday, I'll show You my new shoes.
12. Dear GOD, I didn't think orange went with purple until I saw the sunset you made on Tuesday. That was cool!
13. Dear GOD, did you mean for the giraffe to look like that or was it an accident?
Reject fear, worry and anxiety; say no to anything that disempowers. Welcome trust, harmony and truth; listen to the inner guidance you receive from your own highest self. Fear, worry and anxiety - and even panic - is so wide-spread now that you must be careful to protect your consciousness from being overly exposed to this kind of thinking and feeling. Watch and listen to less newscasts; limit your discussions of 'how bad our economy is' to a minimum, or better, non-existent.
Be more mindful of what you are thinking and feeling. Remember that what you concentrate on tends to expand. Of course, when we concentrate on fear, worry and anxiety, this expands and gives us increasingly more fear, worry and anxiety.
When we concentrate on the things that we do want, trust, harmony, truth, then these things expand and give us increasingly more trust, harmony and truth.
Make the choices that bring you love, joy and empowerment. Focus only on what serves the highest good of all: peace, light, oneness, community.
I invite you to do the following BREATHING EXERCISE. This will enable you to reject fear, worry and anxiety and to welcome trust, harmony and truth.
Breath in through your heart center while welcoming in the energy of 'trust' - slow, deep inhalation. (Feel free to use any word that highly resonates with you today.) Breathe out fear and all that disempowers you - slow, relaxed exhalation.
Repeat this breathing pattern three times and feel the soothing calm that comes. Do this whenever you become aware of fear, worry, anxiety or any kind of disempowerment.
The time has come for you to say 'NO' to all that is not progressive and fulfilling and to say 'YES' to all that empowers and lifts you to a higher level of life experience.
Saying 'YES' to trust, harmony and truth today. Rijuta Tooker Soul Power Community
How many times have you looked at something with your outer vision, yet what you saw with your inner sight was totally different? Your outer eyes told you one thing; your inner sight, your inner knowing, told you something else.
Some people believe only what they see outwardly. You see a cute little dog, well behaved, carried around in a basket with a pretty pink bow clipped to its hair. Your outer eyes see a cute little, well behaved animal, yet your inner eyes, the eyes of your heart, know that the dog feels anything but pretty and cute.
When you look at people, events and circumstances with your outer vision, you can empower yourself by remembering to also look with your inner sight. A great percentage of the time what you are seeing outwardly is not actually as it appears. What you are looking at with your physical eyes may not be the whole truth; it may even be the farthest from the truth. How to access your inner sight? Go to your heart. What are you FEELING? This feeling, this inner knowing, comes from your alignment with your heart.
Where is your consciousness? Is it with what you are looking at or is it with what you are feeling in your heart? Use both your outer vision and your inner sight to determine the truth of what you are 'seeing'.
Have you had the experience of your inner sight changing what your outer vision shows you?
The attitude of a winner leaves clues for others to follow. Each person wants to be a winner in at least one way and quite possibly, many ways. Following are ten quotes from those considered to be winners:
1. “You were born to win, but to be a winner, you must plan to win, prepare to win, and expect to win.” ~Zig Ziglar
2. “A quitter never wins and a winner never quits” ~Napoleon Hill
3. “The winner's edge is not in a gifted birth, a high IQ, or in talent. The winner's edge is all in the attitude, not aptitude. Attitude is the criterion for success” ~ Denis Waitley
4. “Winners make a habit of manufacturing their own positive expectations in advance of the event.” ~Brian Tracy
5. “Winners have simply formed the habit of doing things losers don't like to do” ~Albert Gray
6. “There are winners, there are losers and there are people who have not yet learned how to win.” ~Les Brown
7. “I believe there's an inner power that makes winners or losers. And the winners are the ones who really listen to the truth of their hearts.” ~Sylvester Stallone
8. Champions aren't made in the gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them -- a desire, a dream, a vision. ~Muhammad Ali
9. The most distinguishing feature of winners is their intensity of purpose. ~Alymer Letterman
10. Winning is about heart, not just legs. It's got to be in the right place. ~Lance Armstrong
Which one inspires you the most? Add an inspiring quote of your own.
Most children believe in a Santa Claus and most eventually ask the question, "Is there really a Santa?" or "Is there such a thing as Satan?" , how would a parent, relative or friend answer in a way that is both truth-filled and empowering for the child? Esther Hicks reveals a surprising and beautiful way to handle the answers. What have you told your children?

Know the 'Secret of Silence' and experience profound benefits. Silence is important! When we aspire to discover silence, we must look within and then claim that silence as our very own. We must achieve that silence, or in other words, become silence itself.
Silence is not just the absence of thought. Silence is a time for preparation. In that preparation, we foster receptivity to hear guidance from our soul, from our Highest. During our preparation, we learn to release our will to a higher will.
Silence is our preparation to allow for our personal transformation. We are transformed when we release and let go of our fears, our worries, our anxieties and our doubts.
In the beginning, silence may feel like emptiness and nothingness. When we truly achieve silence, we feel and believe that silence is fullness, plenitude, love and peace.
If you are one who would like to know the secret of silence, you need only do one thing. Set aside a short period of time each day for SILENCE. With regular practice, you will begin to experience a deeper silence.
As you begin to reap more benefit from your silence time, you will truly know 'The Secret of Silence!'
For those who know the 'Secret of Silence', what are benefits you have experienced?

How can each BraveHeart woman claim to be a 21st Century Goddess?
Today begins the new month of June and we know that June gets its name from the ancient Roman Goddess, Juno. Like the Greek Goddess, Hera, Juno was known as the protector of women. She was the patron goddess of Rome and the Roman Empire as well as the patronness of marriage. Today, many people feel that the most favorable time to marry is in June.
Goddess Juno's attire was often depicted as having a warlike aspect, armed and wearing a goatskin cloak as was worn by the Roman soldiers. Interesting mythology ~
Today, you as a BraveHeart Woman, can rightly feel that you are a 21st Century Goddess. You may also claim to be a protector of women and of modern family life. Believe that you are this goddess and it will be so.
Unlike Juno's depiction as an outer warrior, feel that you are an inner warrior. Be a BraveHeart Woman Warrior who claims her victories in the realms of LOVE, PEACE, JOY and LIGHT. Be grateful that you can do this in your own unique and special way.
Think about all the ways that you are manifesting yourself as a 21st Century Goddess. What would that feel like for you? In what ways are you claiming your victories?
I am appreciating you as a 21st Century Goddess! With love, I invite you to JOIN my Community by clicking on the link below. Rijuta Tooker Founder, Creative Concentration Community
With the whirlwind of activity we see and hear around us, the feeling that time is speeding up putting a faster spin on our lives, many of us are feeling overwhelmed. Rather than stay in that overwhelm, you can create more balance and flow in your life.
I invite you to take a moment to try one of the following to create more balance and flow in your life:
1. Shift your perception of where you stand in your life experience. See, feel and believe yourself to be in total alignment with what you desire. Visualize and breathe in this NEW experience.
2. Scan your body, noticing where too much energy has collected: tension in the head or neck; pain in the back; slow digestion. Concentrate on that area of the body and breathe into that place; exhale and release the energy of disturbance. Continue until you are free of the tension or pain. Now feel an openness and a flow to the energy in your body.
3. Breathe in your own scattered energies from all around you. Allow the energy to flow through you. Feel a sense of receiving and of opening. Even as you release the breath, allow that same openness to remain as the balance and flow of energy continues naturally within you.
4. Be aware of when you enter 'Resistance Mode'.Whatever your experience - good, bad, or 'other', breathe in deeply the energy that is around you. Accept that energy for the moment; release and let it all go as you exhale.
5. Ground yourself each time you take a deep, full, gentle and energizing breath. As you release the breath, exhale down into your feet and toes continuing into the earth. As you ground yourself, you will release all energy that does not serve you.
When you are feeling overwhelmed, do one or more of the above for yourself; it only takes 2 to 3 minutes or less. You can easily create more balance and flow in your life.
Let us breath in harmony, gently allowing the balance and flow of harmony to remain within us - with gratitude.
