Hello Ladies, Today I awoke to a fairyland. To look out the window and see everything covered with white, fluffy snow, charmed me no end. I felt like a seven year old child. The fascinating patterns of branches interwoven against the emerging blue of the sky was so intricate and lovely - like lace. I wished my camera had been ready at hand. As 'morning shows the day', so continued much of my day feeling like my heart was that of a little girl. Early in the day I made the intention to allow the snow to remind me - just for today - of that precious time when all is beautiful, light and pure. When the mind and emotions are not tainted with negativity, impossibility and rigidity. So each time I looked out the window today and even as I drove my car to do errands, I was reminded that we can live in the consciousness that we choose. Just by paying attention to the things we love, the things that give us joy and the things that make us feel lightness in our heart, we can manifest a new and brighter happiness in our lives. It is so easy to choose something from Mother Nature to inspire and manifest light heartedness and a youthful spirit. I am interested to know what makes you feel that way! Your seven year old friend - just for today! Affectionately, Rijuta Tooker

Lindsay Wagner is far removed from the roles she is known for. She is what she teaches: 'Quiet the mind and open the heart,' and that is what we are all about as BraveHeart Women. In Lindsay's interview with Ellie she spoke about 'transcending one's current consciousness'. She illustrated to Ellie, using muscle testing, that we are indeed stronger when our energies are about love, compassion and inclusiveness. Lindsay also illustrated that we weaken ourselves, our emotional stability and immune system when our energies are about resentment, arrogance and self-righteousness. This interview is worth watching, in my opinion, more than once. Such fascinating questions Ellie asks. And, fascinating answers. Once of my favorites! Rijuta Tooker Manifest your Soul-Power!

When you were a child, did you believe in magic? Special happenings that were mysterious or inexplicable? Did you enjoy watching magicians who performed tricks that were extraordinary and perhaps even baffling? Why was Harry Potter so successful? Why were Houdini and David Copperfield so well known? Adults and especially children love the surprise and delight of magic. What I am suggesting is that we continue to live in the magic of the moment. Yes, magic is alive, but only for those who have the eyes to see it, feel it and know it. Magic lives in light and higher vibration, higher consciousness. Is it not worthy to aspire to the wonder of all things? Believe in that which is not seen but can be felt in the heart. We as adults grow old too fast and leave our child within starving and cold. Instead, let us foster the budding and creative soul force within us. We too, can again experience the magic of life! Enjoy a magical day! Rijuta Tooker Manifest your Soul-Power! Soul-Power Community

"Over every mountain there is a path, although it may not be seen from the valley." Theodore Roethke. How often do we begin walking along a very attractive path, come to a fork and do not know which direction to take, so we return back the way we came? We do not always see or know the exact way to go on our life's path, but the Universe will give us clues. How do we recognize the signals given to us? We keep our consciousness open and aware, grateful for the next best step and stay with our enthusiasm and eagerness. Never giving up, we follow our own individual and unique path. What if we take the wrong turn? Great! We have learned something from the experience and know we must take a different direction. At least we keep moving and do not become paralyzed in immobility. Once in a while, as our path seemingly ends, we must make our own path. Courage, persistance and gratitude help to forge ahead. My favorite path is the one that is interesting and colorful, that has a unique beauty and that leads me to stopping points that are nourishing, illumining and fulfilling. What does your path look like? Rijuta Tooker Manifest your Soul-Power! Soul-Power Community

This morning I watched a video from YouTube called 'Peace from the Quantum Level'. In the video a quantum physicist, Dr. John Hagelin, spoke about 'creating peace' which was to me, totally fascinating! Speaking eloquently and masterfully, Dr. Hagelin explained that what we need are many "peacemakers who develop their nervous systems to the point where they become lighthouses of peace, radiating peace." We have all had the experience of being in a person's presence who has a strong 'peace' vibration or feeling about them. Of course, the reverse is true as well: strong emotions such as happiness, anger or depression are immediately noticeable in a person. Dr. Hagelin went on to state that "consciousness is a field that we share". He explained masterfully a difficult concept with the following example. Even as sound expands in ripples out into all directions, so also does consciousness. The sound from one speaker gives us a certain amount of sound. The sound from two speakers placed close together, will give us 4 times the amount of sound as the one speaker did. The sound from three speakers placed close together, will give us 9 times the amount of sound as the one speaker did. What are the implications from this knowledge? The power of consciousness (i.e. in the form of prayer, meditation, intensive one-pointed thought) grows as the 'square of the number of people doing it together.' Can we create peace? By having 3 or more people in close proximity concentrating on peace, feeling peace, becoming a vibrating conduit of peace, are we able to bring peace to that physical space? Many say that we can. What do you think/feel? Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

In the time-space that we now find ourselves in, we must remember to carry our personal light above all else. It must be to the fore at all times. We hear and see so much that is not illumining in our day-to-day lives that we need to protect ourselves from any and all darkness that may try to enter our consciousness. How do we do that? Please feel and know that you carry within yourself much energy; we can call this energy 'light'. Imagine yourself as a divine warrior. When something comes to disturb your peace, your consciousness, call up your inner sun, your light-energy and illumine the darkness with your light. You can utilize your inner sun, your energy light, your soul-power whenever you need it. For example, suppose you are having negative thoughts about a particular person or situation. What to do? One way is to close your eyes if you can, take a refreshing deep breath and bring your light power, your soul energy from your heart up to your head. Practice is necessary. You can do it. You must do it - for yourself and for everyone else. I bow to the light in you. Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

You can conquer your self-limiting doubts! Let us say that doubt is an absence of truth or light; there is some energy that is not purely in alignment with our inner truth. One way to conquer the doubting mind is to have faith or belief that the mind can transcend the doubt-darkness that it is currently experiencing. When we have self doubt or when we doubt others, we can pull forward our implicit faith or belief in ourselves and transformation will have begun. Our faith or belief must be held in our consciousness more than a few seconds at a time in order for transformation and manifestation to take place. Where there is light, darkness disappears. We can bring to the fore our soul's light to illumine our doubts through concentration, visualization and/or meditation. Consciously install higher thoughts and ideals in your mind. By thinking, believing and acting as though you are free of your self-limiting doubts, you make it so - sooner or later. Do not give up. Continue and Conquer! Conquer and Continue! To your Victory! Have you ever had a perfectly smooth beginning to your day; all is going well; no glitches and you are as happy as a lark? You may even say to yourself, "It's almost too good to be true!" And sure enough, something happens to throw black ink on your mood. It could be a callous remark, slow traffic, a last-minute phone call from someone you didn't want to talk to; you forgot to take your 'pills' - it doesn't matter what it was. Your day has been ruined! Uninspiring events are bound to come up to sabotage our good moods. There are also other health and lifestyle factors that could easily do the same thing. Take necessary precautions to give yourself the needed fuel and stamina so you can more easily handle not only the mini stresses of life, but the larger stressors as well. Reviewing the usual suggestions for a healthful lifestyle: make sure you have had a good night's rest, eat a healthful breakfast, take regular aerobic exercise (walking, cycling or running) and see the glass half-full instead of half-empty. Make sure you don't carry around with you all day the frustration you felt in the slow traffic on the way to work. Add to this, all of the other incidents that add to your 'stress baggage' for the day, and you will have a huge load to carry around. Just throw those 'bags' away - let them go ! ! ! ! Keep only the good 'stuff' - with Gratitude! You will be happier and have a day of relative peace, harmony and joy. Do not allow anything to sabotage your good mood, your good consciousness, your higher vibration! Access and use your soul-power! Have a happy day! Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

Manifestation steps: Desire It, Ask For It, Visualize It, Detach From It and Accept It. Seems simple enough. Where do you fall short? What do you really desire? Clear your consciousness, by taking a few deep breaths. Bring forward your inspiration and your aspiration. Allow your inner 'wheels' to begin working and when the lightbulb flashes, you now know what you want! When you Ask for what you want, be exact in your asking - nothing more, nothing less. The minute you change what you want in the tiniest way, you confuse the Universe. Hold your visualization of what you want - one thing at a time - with clarity and steadfastness. Do not change your visualization or go darting off somewhere with a side idea of something else that you want. Now detach yourself from the result. Let your desire, your asking, your visualization go - as if it were a balloon floating up into the air, allowing it to go where it will. Accept with gratitude the special shape and form that your manifestation has taken, lovingly placed before you by the Universe. So simple; not easy. For years we have been used to dealing with more complicated issues. Lighten up; let go. Utilize your soul-power! Remember the simple formula for Manifestation: Desire, Ask, Visualize, Detach and Accept. I invite you to try it for something very simple. Did it work for you? Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

Every Thursday morning for 45 minutes, I teach a group of young teenagers hatha yoga and concentration. It is quite astounding how rapidly their concentration improves through the practice of yoga. We spend about 30 minutes on hatha yoga and approximately 15 minutes on concentration exercises. The following exercise is helpful not only for young teenagers but for the parents as well. Use a watch with a timer or any other timer you have available. Set your intention ahead of time by choosing one word that represents what you will concentrate on. It could be a quality you would like to manifest or any inspiring word that is meaningful to you in the moment. Yesterday we used the 'heart'. The children decided that if their mind began to wander they would say, "my heart, my heart, my heart." We placed our hands on our hearts, closed our eyes, and I set the alarm. At the end of one minute, interestingly enough, most of the children did not open their eyes. They were still wrapped up in concentrating on their heart. When asked what had changed for them, one girl replied, "I feel calmer." I then asked a boy what he felt; he said, "I feel quieter." As I watched, their faces looked more peaceful; they were less restless (no unconscious moving of body parts) and feeling of their presence (their vibration) had changed. What could this quick exercise do for your children - for you? It only takes one minute. I invite you to use it with your children and use it yourself, as often as you feel you 'need' it. Peace, Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

Those who deeply connect with the natural abundance we find in nature, are stimulating and enhancing many of their 53 natural senses. What does this mean on a daily basis? These are the people who more often wear a smile on their face and a song in their heart. When you go outdoors to get into your car, do you consciously feel the warm sun on your skin, the cool breeze on your brow or do you deny the pleasures of these sensations? When we disconnect ourselves from nature and our 53 natural senses, we limit our life experience to a severe numbing down of sensation and emotion. See article: From [ i]Reconnecting With Nature and The Web of Life Imperative, by Michael J. Cohen, Ph.D. Cohen identified 53 natural senses that he and his students had experienced during 26 years living and teaching outdoors. Usually we think in terms of having 5 or 6 senses at our disposal. Consider some of the 53 senses listed by Cohen: - Sense of moods and identities attached to colors - Sense of temperature and temperature change - Awareness of pressure, particularly underground, underwater, and to wind and air - Appetite or hunger for food, water and air - Pain, external and internal. - Sense of play, sport, humor, pleasure and laughter - Sense of time - Aesthetic sense, including creativity and appreciation of beauty, music, literature, form, design and drama By connecting as much and as often as possible with nature and utilizing our 53 senses, our lives are enhanced immensely. We are conditioned to living indoors but when we visit natural areas outdoors, we re-awaken and re-vitalize our many natural senses. This brings a new awareness or new consciousness to our brain/being. We feel re-connected to our larger self; we feel rejuvenated; we luxuriously 'swim' in the natural world with a new understanding of our world and of our life; we re-connect with our Soul-Power. Be in nature today - every day! Rijuta Tooker Soul-Power Community

Are you able to 'aspire today and allow the future to take care of itself? Some will say, "Let the future take care of itself? That is too scary" When you aspire, you are sowing seeds of your immediate and distant 'future'. You want your aspiration-seeds to bear fruit but when you worry about the future, what kinds of seeds are you planting? Only those of doubt, fear, worry, anxiety, and in some cases, panic. The past we can think of as dust; we do not belong to the past. The past is the result of seeds we have previously planted and has not given us what we want today. To aspire, means to go beyond your current mental, emotional and physical circumstances, beyond your present consciousness. We want to take our lives to the next level. Today, as we aspire, we are planting only the newness-seeds of what we want to create as our new reality. Spend time with your aspirations. Within you is an inner treasure, an inner abundance. This is your heart and soul from where your lofty and progressive aspirations originate. Go there. Aspire! Allow the future to take care of itself! What are your aspirations for today? What does it take to create a 'Ho Hum Existence'? On the other hand, what does it take to create a 'Life of Sparkling Brilliance'? Which would you prefer? I can hear some of you say, "Well of course, a Ho Hum existence is far better. Why should I put myself out there? Who needs sparkling brilliance anyway? I would rather leave someone else in charge of all affairs." And yet others are saying, 'Wait a minute. A little 'Ho Hum' goes a long way. I will put myself out there for a little 'Sparkling Brilliance any day! A life of boredom and complacency - not me! I don't mind taking a little responsibility.' Most of us will find ourselves somewhere in between. Those who prefer the 'Ho Hum Existence' may be toying with shyness, laziness, limited thinking and an uninspired and unaspiring consciousness. This is a follower. Those who prefer the 'Life of Sparkling Brilliance' are perhaps playing with curiosity, creativity, inspiration, aspiration and a never-give-up spirit. This is a leader. Are you comfortable where you are? If so, do nothing. For those feeling a little discomfort, sit up, take a deep breath and set your intention to take a baby step toward manifesting something that makes you feel better. You can do it! It is necessary to have your Joy Factor Check-Up frequently! Why? You could be without joy and not even recognize your 'condition'! Oftentimes we don't value something until we lose it. When you lose your joy, where does it go? Is it misplaced OR did you close one of your inner doors so that you cannot access your joy? Your mind, very often is the culprit that closes the door on your joy factor. The moment your mind brings doubt, discouragement, suspicion or fear, joy disappears behind the black ink of the mind. You must take immediate action to clear away the 'dark force' and open again to the 'light'. When we Increase our love, when we increase our service, we also increase our joy. When we inspire others, we get joy. When we open our heart door to our inner sun, to our soul power, we have immediate joy. When we feel immense joy, that joy automatically spreads to those around us. Try to separate your inner joy from your outer circumstances. Live only 'in the moment'. The nature of inner joy is an expansion of feeling. The rising of the morning sun gives us joy. Sharing a meal with friends gives us joy. When we are in joy, we have more strength, more confidence and greater capacity to inspire those who have the eyes to see and the heart to feel our sincere joy. Check up on your Joy Factor - TODAY! Do you always see what others see? Rarely. When 5 different persons view an incident, there will be 5 different accounts of the story. Looking at this young girl's face brings up many questions about what she is looking at and many perceptions of what emotions she is feeling. At best, most of our perceptions are limited. What do you think she is looking at? What emotion do you feel she is feeling? She could be looking at her Christmas present under the tree. She could be looking at a magician performing a magical feat. She could be looking for her parents in a crowd of people. She could be feeling surprise and delight. She could be feeling disbelief or awe. She could be feeling fear. Perception counts. Perception and manifestation go hand-in-hand. Judgements, criticisms, guessing, are all mistakes. Unless, you are 100% sure of what it is that you are perceiving, let it go. How can we perceive a greater truth? A more illumining truth? -We can elevate our consciousness. -We can aspire to 'see' the 'truth'. -We can offer our gratitude for having the 'truth' revealed to us. -We can set our intention to 'see' the 'truth'. -We can call on our heart and soul to help us to 'see' the "truth'. Whatever you perceive tends to begin to manifest because you hold what you perceive to be the 'truth'. Therefore, regardless of what the young girl is actually looking at or what she is actually feeling, what you perceive begins to manifest in your reality. We wish to manifest a new reality for ourselves and for all of humanity. Be aware of what you are actually perceiving! Do you see what others see? Perception does count!!!
