Where do you block energy? Our chakras or energy centers usually spin, the base or root chakra is about having our deficit needs met! We must have food and shelter. Put food in their stomach before you teach about God! Here is where it is also about being free of greed!
The first three chakras relate to our tribe, the second or sacral energy center, is about our relationships within our tribe & the skills we use there. It is about intimacy, sensuality and sexuality! It is important that we use our 'self guidance' here. Trust in our self, our gut feeling, our intuition as we learn to socialize and invite people into our tribe! Be creative and allow pleasure, sweetness and sensuality into our life!
How good are your people skills? What about your self esteem? The solar plexus chakra brings this up. Who and where are you in your tribe? It is about feeling good about things and getting people to get on with you. It is also about intimate relationships - into me you see! And this is what I want to happen!! I trust that I am enough!!
The heart energy center is also about becoming 'emotionally intelligent' it is about thinking with love. Get your base needs met first and then come from love. What do you love doing? It is about 'Right Livelihood' you are doing something that does not send people backwards. Your heart is your individual spark, how is yours vibrating?
The fifth chakra is expression and communication, learn about confrontation and expression by having them, beautiful, nonviolent expression! What is your story? It is as you say - your belief. Whatever you keep expressing will happen so say it in an enlightening way, be an effective communicator! Trust and open your throat chakra!
The 'Third eye' energy center is about allowing myself to trust my intuition and deepest knowing! Being able to see beyond what is now in my life! Think outside the square and be 'Free of excuses' be open to new people, new opportunities and new ideas! Our minds want to be sharp & have more belief in you than you do? I manifest for my greatest joy and highest good!
The Crown chakra is about spiritual intelligence and releasing fear of things. It is surrender of ego 'I'. It is also about bringing awareness to our potential, we are an infinite cup of potential and the 'Pureness of Potential' - can we ever be totally pure? Focus on your potential.
Keep your energy centers in balance and bring more balance into your life.
