Have you ever heard the quote ''Laughter is the best Medicine !''

Well its so true..... I cracked my self up today and no its not hard to get me to laugh . HA-HA but I keep reflecting back on this humor and how funny it is and all day and kinda chuckled about it.

And I realized that I had been struggling with something for the last couple of days and Today I had given it no energy because my energy was spent on laughing.

And the Feelings that I was having no longer are as Big or is it a problem any longer.

Wow how cool is that..... !

So I encourage every one to bring out the silly girl and do something silly that will make you Laugh!

Today I am going to bring up my Vibration with Laughter till my Belly is sore!

Affirmations with an Essence

What would we do without Affirmations?

I have spent many years researching different styles of Affirmations and I am becoming aware of recognizing who said the Affirmation!

I love hearing Ellie and Les Brown the most; they both speak with such meaning and Heart when they say Affirmations “They speak with Essence!”

I feel that the Essence part in saying an Affirmation is Vital, if it has no Essence than it can become mechanical, dis-connected and superficial, that does nothing for me personally.

As Women we have a lot of responsibility in life the children, husband, family and the housework our careers and so on. Wither we choose to take on all the responsibility’s or delegate someone to assist us we can have a part of us that becomes overwhelmed.

Well for me when a part of me if feeling this way I go to a mirror and Lovingly Affirm to my self an Affirmation that will relax me and re focus me in the direction I need to proceed in .

The Lazer focused Affirmation with an Essence I use when feeling overwhelmed is…

Eye Affirm that I lovingly accept myself where I am in my life right now & with this form of loveing acceptance my future will continues to unfold with grace.

And also ………..

Eye Affirm that I am embracing the Joys and Discomfort of growing !

What are you doing to fulfill your DREAMS?

If I may.... I would like to share a short story with you.........

Walt Disney's dream of a clean, and organized amusement park, came true, as Disneyland Park opened in 1955. Walt also became a television pioneer, Disney began television production in 1954, and was among the first to present full-color programming with his Wonderful World of Color in 1961.
Walt Disney is a legend; a folk hero of the 20th century. His worldwide popularity was based upon the ideals which his name represents: imagination, optimism, creation, and self-made success in the American tradition. He brought us closer to the future, while telling us of the past, it is certain, that there will never be such as great a man, as Walt Disney.

Ok so picture this...... Walt is sitting around some "Buddies " and he says "Ok guys I have a Dream...."

Im gonna open an Amusement park and I'm going to have a Mouse "life size" called Mickey and his Lady friend named Minnie and my featured ride is you spinning in circles in a tea cup.

And another one that will teach you a song for the rest of your life ... "It's a small world after-all !"

Only really two things can happen here .............


ONE... He is hanging out with negative people that do not have a Dream !

OR

TWO.... He is hanging out with a positive mastermind group that believes in Dreams !

HUHHHHHH..... I wonder what group he talked to !

I would like to encourage you to find that group of "Buddies' " that believe in DREAMS and mastermind with them.

DREAMS belong to the holder !
Its safe to DREAM!
DREAM Bigger !
Go for the Gold !.... Don't settle for silver .

Hello BraveHeart Sisters,

I arrived home Monday from a week long family vacation/reunion in California to return home to sad news in my hometown. A friend of mine, a 22 year old new wife passed away due to complications delivering her son who was born a few weeks early. This young vibrant, bubbly woman touched the lives of many, and will be deeply missed. And although this news was sad and heartbreaking there is comfort in knowing that my dear friends purpose in life clearly was to give life to her Son and to bring Joy into so many peoples lives....(Just like the Dragonfly)

Many of us have struggled with not knowing what our purpose is and I believe we are not to know until it is time for us to know what our purpose is. Although, many people I have met have known what their purpose is from an early age and are know fufilling that purpose. I believe that our past is something to never regreat but once we learn to lovingly accept our wrong choices we have made in the past we will find that it will bring us closer to our purpose.

We are all alive, but are we living? Are we spreading joy and smiling at everyone we come in contact with? There may be somebody that we come in contact with that there day will be changed because of our smile,Our smile and our attitude. WE cannot control how long we will live, and we cannot predict when we will die. But what we can do is create the dash between the two. The passing of my dear friend reminds me that life is short and to always remind your loved ones how much you love them.
Blessings and gratitude to all my BraveHeart Sisters for being in my life. I appreciate you, honor you, and love you.

Hello Sisters !
Would you consider your Soul Magnificent ? What are you doing to feed your soul ? How have you exfoliated your soul ?

So picture this..... You go to the Day spa and your Hairdresser is going to make your Hair look Magnificent ...
Do you think she is going to Shampoo your hair with a cheap wal-mart shampoo...... Nope "hopefully not".
More than likely she is going to use a fine expensive shampoo that will REMOVE build-up and Exfoliate your Hair (soul) and it will leave your hair clean and pure !
Now ... Just like the Hairdresser we don't want to leave the hair (soul) in this state ... We now want to nourish the Hair and replenish the hair with a moisturizer and bring the hair back to a Positive state of well being !

Just like our soul ... we need to go in and clean it up every so often and then we need to replenish our Soul with Positive !
We need to feed our Soul.... With Books, C.d.'s Dvd's and Calls that are in line with Our Purpose !

So here is an Affirmation for you !

Eye Affirm that when I look at my self in the mirror I will appreciate seeing the beauty of my soul, because my soul is magnificent.

Hello BraveHeart Sisters,

I have just returned home from a Royal Gala Princess Celebration in Honor of my little 7 year old cousin that is terminally ill.

Make a Wish Foundation heard about my Cousin and there Daughter's story and contacted them and because Princess is so ill this Amazing Foundation made her wish come true within just a few weeks of planning!

Princess was Adopted by my Husband's Cousin and his loving wife when she was 5 weeks old ,they had been on a waiting list when they received the call that a little girl had been born and was being placed for adoption ... You can just imagine there JOY... The Hospital called them when Princess was 4 days old to tell them ... The baby has just had a massive Heart Attack .......
They proceeded with the Adoption and the Doctors told them
"She will not Live to see her first Birthday"
Princess is also blind has a treak and feeding tube and has never walked !
Princess is 7 years old and has a smile on her face.

Since she has never spoke, the parents asked Princess 's 4 Brother's (also adopted ) to help pick her wish .
The Boys said ... We have never all stayed in a Hotel together (one parent had to always be at home with her) and she is a Princess so how about a Princess Birthday party at a Hotel....

THE WISH WAS GRANTED !!!!

I know why this little girl is still alive..... LOVE!
They have poured UNCONDITIONAL LOVE upon her !

LOVE.....

This event was the most touching thing I had ever seen and all I can think about is how Unconditional LOVE can be so powerful .... if we choose to use it !

So Today I am making a commitment to LOVE like never before !
I want to encourage you to take your LOVE and spread it !
