Aloha Friends,

A number of people have admired the name of my web site, Life Mastery Skills, and asked me to explain how I chose it.

The name has great significance for me. When I started my career in 1973, I had a firm conviction that if we were taught the skills we need to have a happy, fulfilled and peaceful life many of us would not suffer.

In 2006 I decided to offer the skills needed so we could lead a life whose foundation is based in trust in our inner wisdom. which is accessed through contemplation and which brings clarity fulfillment, peace and joy.

To create the practice that would bring the above results was my goal. My professional experience showed me that each of us knows the answers we need at any given moment. What we don’t know is the question that will lead us to the answers we need.

I chose to use the Universal Truths that had come through me at a three month meditation retreat in 1982. I developed exercises that gave you the questions you needed to ask yourself, to experience how a specific Universal Truth applied to your specific problem.

After working with many students and seeing the miraculous results of this methodology I decided to make this path available to all through the web.

Now I needed a name. As I pondered and prayed I realized I was offering a path to personal freedom by giving people the opportunity to master the skills they needed to create the life they desired.

Many people feel frustrated by the discrepancy between where they are at and where they want to be. They feel trapped by old patterns and habits that they want to brake and don’t feel they can. The exercises I have created go to the heart of the matter, which is, how am I creating what I don’t want and how could I do it differently?

It is not enough to affirm what we want, we must learn what is going on in our subconscious mind that is in conflict with what we are affirming. To do this takes skill. This is the skill you develop as you use Life Mastery Skills. As you learn how you are sabotaging yourself, you are also taught what actions you need to take to live your affirmations. THIS IS HOW YOU BECOME A MASTER.

It takes practice to master anything, whether it is a sport, a diet, an exercise program, the internet, meditation, contemplation, dancing, painting, or life skills. Anything worth while takes time, patience, practice and energy to manifest.

I invite you to join in on the exciting adventurous journey of your life, learning how to master our obstructions and live the life we are meant to live. I send you blessings of peace, joy and love, Sheila Radha

Have you ever wonder what the difference between being judgmental and having the capacity to discriminate is?

Clarity shows us:

We often lack the understanding to be able to distinguish between the brain's physiological ability to discriminate, which is an important and valuable intelligence function, and our emotionally based repressive pattern of self-judgment.

When we lack this clarity, which we need to end our suffering, we turn our ability to judge against ourselves and others.

This inner repressive judge, is made of ideals and beliefs that we learned from parents, society, school, religion, and authority when we were children.

We internalize these ideals and react to them with fear, guilt, anger, resentment, anxiety, and denial, which causes us to act out by either rebelling against these judgments or submitting to them.

Now, let’s do the Clarification Process to get the Clarity Snaps you need to develop your capacity to discern the difference between these two.

Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths. Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing. What does my clarity want me to learn about how my body and emotions are affected by judging myself according to ideals I learned as a child.

Sense into your body and trust your first answer and remember your answer may not come right away, it could arise when you are doing the dishes or watching T.V. TRUST THAT IT WILL COME! Great!

REMEMBER: As you develop your clarity you will sense how your breathing, body and emotions are affected when you judge yourself according to fixed ideals and beliefs. When you are using your power of discrimination your body, breathing, and emotions will be affected totally differently.

Together we are growing in clarity.

That is how you will KNOW the difference.I invite you to join me in the 'Sisterhood of Clarity' where we dissolve the blocks that get in the way. Click Here

Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad, the founder of the Sisterhood of Clarity.

Clarity shows us that when we are in gratitude we are happy. I am grateful to you for being a part of my life and sharing the BraveHeart vision of Be, Create, Collaborate. This vision is filled with gratitude.

Let’s all allow a moment to experience the joy that is one of the qualities in gratitude.

Close your eyes, relax your face, your jaw and your shoulders. Begin to listen to the sound of your in breathe and out breathe as your body relaxes say out loud three people you are grateful for.

Now with your eyes still closed and listening to your breathing state one quality in each of these people that you are grateful for.

Now sense yourself feel the peace, joy and love that bubbles up from inside of you as you feel gratitude.

Now with your eyes closed say one the qualities you have that you are grateful for, state this quality out loud three times: i.e. I am grateful for my open heartedness. I am grateful for my open heartedness. I am grateful for my open heartedness. Sense yourself and enjoy the experience of being in gratitude. It is never too soon to dissolve the blocks that get in our way.

Together we are growing in clarity.

Are you looking for clarity so you have the energy needed to create a prosperous life?

Clarity allows us to tap into the infinite flow of life’s energy, that’s when we have the energy needed to create prosperity.

Clarity also allows us to dissolve the blocks that are in the way of living prosperously.

One block is Procrastination

Procrastination causes us to make excuses about why we are living in scarcity.

We allow procrastination to drain our energy and our life force by convincing us our efforts would be fruitless.

With clarity we will dissolve the block of procrastination.

With clarity we have the understanding of what actions we need to take to create prosperity.

With clarity we are motivated to take these actions in a timely fashion, which creates more energy.

With clarity our energy will be in alignment with the infinite flow of life.

With clarity we will trust the universe supports us in creating prosperity.

I invite you to join me in the 'Sisterhood of Clarity' where we dissolve the blocks that get in the way. Click Here

I'm Radha Conrad, the founder of the Sisterhood of Clarity. If you could receive any gift this holiday season what would you choose?

Clarity shows us the most precious gift we can give ourselves this season is the gift of compassion.

Clarity shows us that when we give ourselves compassion for our limitations, they begin to dissolve.

Clarity also shows us that when we give ourselves compassion we are being our own best friend.

Clarity also shows us that often we treat ourselves as our worst enemy when we make an error or fall short of our expectations.

Now, let’s do the Clarification Process to get the Clarity Snaps you need to treat yourselves with compassion.

Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths.

Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.

How do I normally treat myself when I make a mistake or fall short of my expectations and how does this make me feel? Trust your first answer.

Now, let’s do the Clarification Process again to get the Clarity Snaps you need to treat yourselves with compassion. Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths.

Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.

How would I feel if I treated myself with kindness and compassion when I make a mistake or fall short of my expectations and how does this make me feel?

Be open to experiment giving yourself the gift of compassion rather than self-judgments when you fall short of your expectations.

It is never too soon to dissolve the blocks that get in our way. Together we are growing in clarity.

Happy Holidays, Radha

Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad, the founder of the “Sisterhood of Clarity”. Clarity shows us that what makes us happy and gives us the highest levels of well-being is to be able to make our own choices.

Clarity also shows us that having the freedom to change careers or pursue our passions, start our own business, or become an entrepreneur, makes us happier than a huge bank account.

LET’S DO A CLARIFICATION PROCESS so you will know what makes you happiest.

Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of your in breaths and your out breaths. With your eyes closed ask yourself the following question.

WHAT MAKES ME HAPPIEST, HAVING A HUGE BANK ACCOUNT OR REALIZING MY DREAMS?

After asking your self this question focus on the sound of 7 in breaths and 7 out breaths. Keep your awareness in your body.

Clarity arises in many forms, pictures, bodily sensations, changes in your breathing, words and images.

Trust your first answer.

Share your clarity about what makes you happiest and your questions. I will be answering questions.

It is never to soon to begin dissolving the blocks that get in our way.

Together we are growing in clarity.
