Good morning Brave Heart Women! Did you know that Feng Shui, the ancient art of placement and balancing, can help you realize your Intentions?

Don't go rushing to find a book (you may or may not already have!) on what you need to do by the rules.

Today I want to share a technique with you utilizing Intuitive Feng Shui. I am a certified Black Sect Feng Shui practitioner but I want to show you something you can use without needing to study all of this information. This method utilizes one of our most wonderful assets as Brave Heart Women, our Intuition!

Here are the simple steps you can use to bring more energy to your vision.

1. Select an intention or goal you are currently choosing to manifest. Write it down. Imagine yourself in a life where this intention or goal is already manifest, doesn't it feel really good?

2. Ask yourself, "What room in my home or business needs attention to help me manifest this vision?" (It can also be an area in your yard or property.)

3. Go to that room or area and ask yourself, "What is the most important thing in this room (or area) that needs attention to help me manifest my vision?"

4. The next question is, "What do I need to change, add and or take away NOW to move energy and help me create my vision?"

5. Go for it! Change the energy in this room and see how things start to move.

You may find yourself with more than one answer and they may all help. To start, keep it simple. You want to go with the absolute first impression that comes to your mind. This is the impression we often brush aside if we have not been honoring the power of Intuition. It usually comes in the first 5 seconds. Something may all of a sudden stand out like a sore thumb. It might feel more like an impression than a thought.

If you feel stuck, pretend you know. You may think this is foolish but pretending can bring answers from deep in your subconscious mind. Just go with it and play. You can say something like, "in my imaginary world what would I change to bring more energy to my vision?" This is you finding your own guidance. All the information and rules in Feng Shui are nice to know but the essential element is Energy. When you change energy in a way that creates more balance and pleases you, it will send a ripple effect out into your world. Don't worry about being an expert!

Tips for opening your right brain for this exercise are:

1. Close your right eye and only look through the left.

2. Write your intention with the hand opposite from your normal writing hand. For most people this would be the left.

3. Shift your weight to or stand on your left leg.

I know these may sound crazy but, because we have a cross-over neurological flow in our brains, standing on your left leg or looking out of your left eye will help to activate your right brain intuitive side.

Enjoy creating some new energy and have a blessed day.

In the first post on this subject I asked you to pose yourself a question. "What part of me expects to be treated like this?"

Chickee wrote back and explained she had asked this question years ago and that it was the other person's problem and she was asking what to do energetically speaking to help shift this. Well, aside from asking yourself the question, you could use the Intuitive Feng Shui exercise I outlined in that post to start. The vision you use might be something like "clean home and co-operative family".

It has been my experience that this particular issue runs deep and may take more than one simple intuitive fengshui clearing. But, if you have gotten clear on a lot of things, that may be the one thing that shifts it!

So, I am going to take a turn here.

First, some women may never have asked themselves that question so I thought it would be a good thing to present the question.

1. The woman/wife/mother is often the central energy creating the home. We decorate it, we are often the ones cleaning it, we have the nesting impulse. So, what affects us affects the energy of our home and will be reflected in it, sometimes in very subtle ways.

2. We often practice age old guidelines without thinking and even when we don't want to, others expect us to do so.

3. If it bothers us and we don't feel we have a successful solution or acceptance for something, then it is still a "problem" for us.

4. Things that "bug" us steal energy from us that we could use for more creative endeavors. As simple as picking up after others seems, I have seen women in hysterics about this! Wouldn't it be nice to use that energy to do something creative?

5. On one level we are individuals who are in "relationship" to each other. On another level of consciousness, I believe we are all One. So if we look at this problem more from that perspective and we ask ourselves, "What is in us?" It takes on a whole new meaning. If you ask yourself that question and your answer is "all the women in my family, due to my culture, have always been expected to pick up after others" .............you are dealing on a different level than just the personal.

5. Any of it can change. That is what women are doing now, changing cultural norms.

6. Sometimes it is just a personal answer. All levels of awareness on the issue are valid.

7. Often, just recognizing something you did not really see clearly before creates a change in you, which will ripple out and change the situation.

8. When the inside changes, the outside changes. Sometimes you may let go of needing it to be a certain way, sometimes you get the result you wished for in the first place. But the main things is you are at Peace about the situation.

Hope this helps explain why I took the turn I did originally with Chickee's question. I have seen so many women in rage and tears or just plain worn out on this issue, I thought I would try to bring to it all the levels of energy I have perceived around it over the years.

You Cleared Your Clutter #3 will cover suggestions for what to do with the question and some practical exercises to do that help bring results.

Blessings and have a beautiful day, Marilyn

Today I am going to give an exercise for beginning to clear the energy between you and "the clutterer". It will involve simple use of the Feng Shui Bagua, Ho-oponopono and Intention. In addition you will then apply the Intuitive Feng Shui.

feng shui bagua.bmp

1. If you haven't already done so, ask the question, "What part of me expects to be treated like this?" or "What is going on in us/me that allows this situation to continue?" Write down your answer to this question.

Remember, this is a question of discovery not blame or fault finding. Ask it with an open heart and real desire for something better to show up.

2. Go to your bedroom, bring a printed copy of the bagua, pen and paper.

3. Sit in meditation. Bring "the clutterer" up mentally in front of you. Say, "I love you. Thank you.(out loud)Thank you for showing me where I am not at peace and where peace needs to enter our home. I am asking now for all old beliefs, patterns and thought forms holding this clutter in our lives to be erased back to love and light now. So be it.

You do not even have to feel so wonderful about this, just be willing to say it. This is a simple ho-oponopono type prayer. More information on that in the next post, #4. For now, just be willing to say it. Use it every time you feel irritation at "the clutterer".

4. Write two separate intentions, each on a different piece of paper. All positive, present time words...as if the situation already is solved. Here are examples:

I am living in co-operation and respect with (name) now. My home is a living, physical example of harmony, beauty and respect in every room. I make this intention for the highest good of all concerned.

I embrace all helpful people and guidance available to me and for my home, Now. My heart, mind and home are a reflection of inner peace, beauty and wisdom. I make this intention for the highest good of all concerned.

5. Stand at the foot of your bed with the bagua in hand. Divide your bed mentally into the 9 sections.

6. Place the first affirmation concerning partnership in the Love and Marriage corner. You can do this between the box springs and mattress....or however your bed allows it. This corner may be used for all sorts of partnerships not just marriage. You are wanting to partner with this person to create peace and harmony.

7. Place the affirmation for helpful people in the Helpful People & Travel corner. This can include angels, so you might want to intend one shows up!
:) Who knows you may all of a sudden be wealthy enough to have a housekeeper who is paid to pick up after everyone.......be open to all solutions.

8. Do the Intuitive Feng Shui exercise described in my post: You can Bring Energy to Your Intentions with Intuitive Feng Shui Do one exercise for each intention.

9. Be open for new outcomes. Who knows, you could suddenly have the money to pay someone to do this for you. Then, both you and "the clutterer" would be free to pursue wild creativity! Your "clutterer" may start to become more and more considerate...Or your "clutterer" may decide to move out. All are possible.

10. You may also look at the bagua and find the area you think could help the answer to the "What's in me?" question. Write an intention specifically for what you found and follow the steps above for that intention as well.

Do not underestimate the power of the Ho-oponopono prayer. Say it every time you are irritated about the clutter. More on that tomorrow, with a stunning example some of you may already know about if you have read Zero Limits by Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len.

I have been in class with Dr. Hew Len, the book does not do him justice. He is an incredibly masterful person and has accomplished incredible things with that simple prayer.

Tomorrow I will discuss Ho-oponopono and another simple exercise for "Creating a New Reality" a friend of mine once used to create a first class seat on a plane that was already full! We will apply it to the clutter situation.

Thank you all for your comments and for taking time to read this. It has actually inspired me to work up a more in depth course to offer on line for women in this situation. I know for some it is more than a minor problem.

Debra, hang in there, I went through the same thing with my mother........and Ruby Faye.....thanks for making me laugh. Your hallelujah! cracked me up and was also an inspiration.

Have a beautiful, clutterless day!

Much love, Marilyn

Today I wanted to share with you why I use Ho-oponopono prayer with my Intuitive Feng Shui, especially when it involves what "others" are doing, i.e. others' "clutter".

The prayer:
I Love you, Thank You. Thank you for showing me where I am not at peace and where peace needs to enter our home. I am asking now for all old beliefs, patterns and thought forms holding this clutter in our lives to be erased back to love and light now. So be it. (you can use this in any situation, not just clutter!)

This prayer is based on the premise that everything you are looking at is You (not "them"). We are all one, so actually, on one level, there is no "them". It is not based on blame or shame, but the recognition that our "personality self" is playing some part in this adventure and helping to create what is at hand.

For example, a victim needs a perpetrator, otherwise they can not remain a victim.......and vice versa...........and so on.

In the book, Zero Limits, by Joe Vitale and Dr. Hew Len, they speak of a period of time when Dr. Hew Len was working for the state of Hawaii as a psychologist. Dr. Hew Len told us about this story in a workshop that I attended.

Dr. Hew Len was assigned to a mental ward for the criminally insane. Patients were in leg irons and chains. He stated that it was the type of place you walked with your back against the wall to keep from being attacked. Dr. Hew Len never had one "counseling" session with any of these patients. He simply read their charts and said the prayer. If I remember correctly, he said he shared the technique with a few of the nurses. He did this for three years. Things gradually improved and at the end of three years there were only two men who had not improved. Everyone else was well enough to go to a better surrounding. They sent the two men to another facility and shut down the ward.

There was also a woman in our class who had attended the class for the first time the year before. At the time she was in a 20 year marriage that was terrible. She had finally decided to get a divorce because he was verbally abusive, drank and was unkind. After taking the class she decided to give the prayer a try before she filed for divorce. She had come back to the 2nd class to tell us that one year later she felt like she was married to a different man. She had used the prayer in every situation that was upsetting her about her marriage for the past year. Her husband changed completely, without going to workshops, counseling or doing anything to "change his life". She was now enjoying a wonderful marriage.

The power of this prayer has been demonstrated to me many times, so I include it now in my Intuitive Feng Shui. This is a prayer of love, understanding and taking responsibility for the world we are creating.

I hope that sharing this prayer with you helps you to expand your circle of love and create harmony in your home.

Clearing clutter requires practical steps but most of us know what those are. I feel if we clear the "energy" of clutter first, it is easier to take the practical steps. This series has been about creating a new energy so that your practical steps will bring better, more long lasting results.

I wish you beauty and harmony in your home. Thanks so much for taking the time to read these posts.

Much love, Marilyn
