I'm reading a very inspirational book by SARK (she has a name with 4 words and has shortened it to SARK and writes books and signs them SARK)

"Make Your Creative Dreams Real"

Her wonderful website: [url http://www.planetsark.com]

In a section of her book, she encourages the reader to go on
what I call, a gratitude visit to a few websites that either someone
else has referred you to or some that you know of.

When you get there, she encourages the reader to:
1. " send an email of support to the creator.
2. list one creative dream support idea that you got from looking at the website or make a note of it and
3.. Describe how you were affected"

I borrowed one of her list of websites and was really warmed
by the "True Living Project" tab...I sent a note to the creator...

DO YOU HAVE A CREATIVE WEBSITE TO RECOMMEND?

I'm inspired!!

This video is an extraordinary effort of Mark Johnson who documented the singing and playing of the song, "Stand By Me" in many cultures around the world from South Africa to the ancient Middle East and even to some remote areas of the Himalayas. I really feel that music is the thread that runs through all of us and "tunes" us together as soul's and beings of Love. En Joy!! Kathy Bibby

This is another example of the thread of music running through us all. The Fez Festival in Morocco that takes place annually to bring different cultures together in the name of unity and peace. En Joy! Kathy Bibby

My Fellow BraveHearts, I've been singing with the Threshold Choir for a couple of years now. We are a group of women, of all colors, of all ages and origins. We come together to perform an ancient ritual of minding the spirits of those in transition and those who are struggling...some with living, some with dying. We use the solice and calming energies of the A Cappella human voice. The choir was given life by Kate Munger who has consequently set up many Threshold Choirs throughout the United States as the need arises. I'm in the process of collecting (and possibly writing some) lullabies because I love the way they go directly to the Heart and most are so simple. I would love to hear what your favorite lullaby is and the story that goes with it. If you have a recording of it, please post it! With Love,

I thought the feminine spirit exhibited by this gentle-man is extraordinary. "A Man Named Pearl" is a subtle and intriguing film that opens both hearts and minds. This is the story of a man who carves out his Truth from within his garden. The impact that Pearl and his art have had on his community is not just economic. He has also had a profound spiritual influence. As Pearl’s minister, Rev. Jerome McCray, says of the garden:" It is the one place in all of South Carolina that people can go, both black and white, and feel love." "Visitors who wander Pearl’s three-and-a-half-acre property quickly recognize that love is the garden’s central theme. Meticulously etched into the ground in huge, flower-filled letters are three words: LOVE, PEACE & GOODWILL. These are the guiding principles by which Pearl lives his life and how he’s been keeping up his yard for nearly thirty years."

Lately, I've had such a myriad of epiphany's coming through that its caused a myriad of "ego-thoughts" to rise up too.

I would like to believe that I'm not letting the negative thoughts "land" and become part of my belief of who I really am but it's been one big challenge!

My genuine intentions of what I really want and deserve for myself get subdued by what I've come to know as "limiting beliefs" of myself, aka, falsehoods. Arggggh, I hear: "I'm stupid, I'm wrong, I can't do that!" what if_______happens?!"

But, (and this is a BIG but) I am now really getting what the term "What is Is" and everything else is a lie. Acceptance of "what is" simply means I live in the present, in the now, and using my "right" mind to make intelligent decisions, without judgment and old, tired stories. It is also what LeighTaylor Young and Ellie touched on in their interview on BraveHeart TV.

This is a clip of Byron Katie. The link is to her website about "The Work". Enjoy.

The following article talks about the scientific evidence that the human heart has its' own intelligence. It also speaks to all the implications for us and especially our children.

Approach with and open mind, and especially, an open heart.
This is a excerpt from the interview, the link to the entire piece is below.

An Interview with JOSEPH CHILTON PEARCE
by Chris Mercogliano and Kim Debus
from JOURNAL OF FAMILY LIFE magazine, Vol. 5 #1 1999

"The idea that we can think with our hearts is no longer just a metaphor, but is, in fact, a very real phenomenon. We now know this because the combined research of two or three fields is proving that the heart is the major center of intelligence in human beings. Molecular biologists have discovered that the heart is the body's most important endocrine gland. In response to our experience of the world, it produces and releases a major hormone, ANF - which stands for Atriol Neuriatic Factor - that profoundly effects every operation in the limbic structure, or what we refer to as the "emotional brain." This includes the hippocampal area where memory and learning take place, and also the control centers for the entire hormonal system. And neurocardiologist have found that 60 to 65% of the cells of the heart are actually neural cells, not muscle cells as was previously believed. They are identical to the neural cells in the brain, operating through the same connecting links called ganglia, with the same axonal anddendritic connections that take place in the brain, as well as through the very same kinds of neurotransmitters found in the brain."

In the flow of my last post about a A Brain In Our Heart?, women are truly making a difference with their heart.

My friend, Reba Vanderpool, is presenting this film. It's hosted at the Community United Methodist Church in Half Moon Bay and starts at 7:30 pm on Saturday, May 9.

It's been a few weeks since I've blogged. I've been on a heck of a journey in the past few weeks and have decided to tell you about it.

I'm 59 years old.

Last year, I made the decision to go on a 6 month nutritional cleanse to get down to those layers of cells that had not been touched before. My objective was not so much weight related as it was my health, I especially wanted to do this given my age. I wanted to go as deep as possible. I started in January of this year. My the end of April, I was feeling outstanding!

On May 2, I traveled to Ojai, CA to see/hear Bryon Katie and had a very interesting one on one session with her at the end of the day. Afterwards, I went to give her a big hug and she said, "I hope you let the sweetness out of you." It caught me off guard but made me realize that the only thing keeping me from doing that is fear. At that moment, I asked Spirit to help me remove those fears. I felt some of these fears came from somewhere unknown to me, not necessarily from this lifetime.

Without going into too much detail that may bore or scare you, I came home and began a MAJOR cellular change. I felt as though I was being erased and rebuilt... I had some fever and many struggles with myself in my sleep. My mind wanted the control but something bigger than me was saying, "no, not this time".
After many nights of some bizarre egoic struggle, I asked Spirit to take this struggle away and let me go through my changes in Peace.
All the struggles stopped.

This process started three weeks ago and I'm still going through changes on a daily basis. I'm grateful everyday for the changes.

My body cannot take in the foods it did before. I've completely lost any addiction to coffee. I used to eat almonds but cannot go near them now. I feed my body very little and in small doses. Half a shake in the morning, veggies and a couple of eggs for lunch, half a shake about 4 pm and the other half around 8. It's like I'm the Mom figuring out what the baby needs.

For all of us in this age bracket, I offer the following:

It was also pointed out to me that this is my "Saturn Return" year.
Saturn returns to the formation it was in when you were born and does so every 29.5 years so expect big changes every 29.5 years. Here's a good article:http://www.newage-directory.com/saturn.html

I didn't know whether I should post this because it's pretty personal but then again, it may not be. Anyone with a similar experience?

Last October, members of the BraveHeart community got together for the filming of the Infomercial and Charlie Drake's Passion Branding event in Simi Valley.,

During the Passion Branding event, Ellie's son Aiden gave a dynamite presentation. We all had the opportunity to contribute to his business opportunity of raising money for BraveHeart Kidz. He had put together small bags which contained, among others items, a drawing by Aiden.

Previous to this, Ellie told us a story about Aiden's innate ability to foreshadow events. I didn't think about this right away when I received by bag of goodies but began to notice that the drawings seem to touch on the purpose/passion of certain BraveHearts . I was so amazed that I had to go ask Aiden about my drawing.

Aiden told me that the dots at the top were stars and the lines coming down were the light from the stars.

At the time, I was excited yet a little baffled. Throughout this year, I've come to realize that my passion and purpose has something to do with what I call the God/Goddess/Life Force energy (or whatever you prefer to call it) that flows through all of our lives and assisting people to connect with that Flow. I ran across this drawing recently and this idea really came into sharper focus for me and felt compelled to tell the story.

Thank you a million times over Aiden and the next time I see you, I'll give you a big fat kiss (I'm sure you'll LOVE that...hahahaha.)

....through the Hearts of children the world is so crystal clear! My prayer for all of us, is that we can achieve that pure innocent perception that allows us to live in joy and peace without so many filters so we can be the Love that we are.

With much Love,
Kathy Bibby
