Is your future an extension of your past? What is the object of your affection? What is your passion?

Are you enjoying life to the fullest? Many have said if I could redo my life over...

I would have been of more service to my Creator and others.

I would have done things differently and made less mistakes.

I would have raised my children differently.

I would have had a stronger marriage that would have last.

I would have loved my family members better.

I would have been kinder to others.

I would have taken better care of my health.

I would have had more finances and not be caught up in the economic trauma.

And the list goes on and on...

I would've; I could've, I should've......

WELL YOUR LIFE ISN'T OVER!!!

:^O

NO MORE PITY PARTIES

Be in the moment and stay in the moment and create momentum right now.

As I remember a quote from Ellie Drake:

"My future is no longer an extension of the past. I now ask to be led toward a destiny that outshines my history. I now realize that everyday I am given a blank canvas on which I can gracefully paint. I now surrender my human will to Divine will and trust that I will be lead on a journey of becoming. That is indeed my destiny."

What is your destiny?

Hey, I lost 3 lbs. this week. Lord don't let me put them back on this week-end. :_| This past week I discovered something extraordinary about pushing the plate back. You push it back before you empty it. Here's another great tip for all of you my friends, that are struggling over, The active fork syndome. I remember when I was in nursing school, one of the questions on one of my exams asked "What do you do to maintain a healthy weight?" Would you believe that I got the answer incorrect. Oh now you want to know the answer-- right? You guessed it--Avoid an over active fork. Well that's my great tip for today. Tune in tomorrow and cheer me when I tell you that I didn't gain the 3 lbs. back.

Have a great day with your family, friends, and loved ones and eat healthy.

I know that God loves me, but I had many issues about loving myself. My self-criticisms resulted in an unsuccessful marriage, an enormous weight gain, foolish spending on get rich quick schemes, and every MLM that portrayed some kind of financial hope.

After spending more than half of a century perfecting my inferiority complex, which led to a brilliant lifestyle of feeling rejected, using sarcasms as a crutch in my defenses—I discovered an unfamiliar quote: “It’s Easier Done Than Said.” That powerful phrase brought me to the BraveHeart Women Global Community.

I had lost enough time in desperation and was eager to be inspired.

The BraveHeart Women Global Community is a powerful inspired organization of individuals, creating a learning arena that has gain respect from our families, associates, future business partners, and especially each other. I have been inspired to return to school for my Masters Degree, and I am schedule to graduate in June of this year as a 58 years old Baby Boomer.

My successful colleagues may not all have earned fame, but their hearts are true, and we continually inspire one another. I soon learned that “quality of life” means a well-balanced way of living. My spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being, and especially a healthy upgrade of self-esteem, have changed my desperation to inspiration.

Join me as I explore new routes to a healthy lifestyle, and let's share ideas together and tune in tomorrow for my weekend update of “keeping the pounds released.”

Hi my friends! I say release scale because I am losing emotional weight and the pounds are dropping. I am so glad that I purchase a Curves Digital Weight Tracker Scale from Avon. When you get up to 10 miles a day on your stationary bike, you at least want to see something drop from your non bikini size belly. I now have a scale that allows you to see even 1/10 of a pound gone. And that's about all I lost this week-end, but at least I didn't gain any more. Oh come on now, you know how those after church mouth watering southern cooking dinners will tempt you. I was so glad to let that be my first and last meal yesterday after a great inspirational message. Right now I need all the faith I can get. So hang with me because next Sunday's blog (Of couse I will post it before I leave for church services) will show you the real me and I mean the real me before I start a brand new journey.

I was so happy this morning :-D when I stepped on the scale and saw another pound of unnecessary fat released that I work all morning on other things and forgot to blog.

I have to remember what Ellie Drake always say about being grounded, "If I am not grounded, I may either be elated or depressed. To be grounded means to be in the moment, to breathe, to have gratitude for my life as it is today while I take steps in the direction of my vision. To be grounded is to be in the flow."

Don't forget to share part of your weekend with me.

Let not your heart be troubled or afraid, because our challenges come to make us stronger.

Problems are "Easier Said Than Done," but

An interrupted song does not necessary means interrupted melody, but it could mean the cessation (temporary or permanent) of any talent or gift or any daily activity of your lifestyle. I like old movies, so very early this morning I decided to watch one called Interrupted Melody, which tells the true story of Australian opera singer Marjorie Lawrence’s struggle with polio.

Early in the 1940’s it was discovered that she had polio after she was unable to stand during one of her performances. She made several attempts to return to the stage but for many reasons (including fear), she was not able to perform. She was approached by a friend who asked her to sing for troops during World War II. She said she couldn’t do it because she was in a wheelchair. He told her that it was nothing wrong with her voice. She finally agreed and to her amazement the first group of soldiers were in the hospital—in wheel chairs. After that she continued her career from a wheelchair.

I am reminded of something that I read from Dr. Ellie Drake’s Book—It’s Easier Done Than Said: To own one’s voice is to own one’s true power. The origin of this power is self-esteem. The origin of self-esteem is trust in the power that created us. To own my voice, to unlease the sound of my spirit, to communicate the energy of my deeper self, means that I am always singing my song, the unique song of my being-ness. When that quality emerges, others who listen will be inspired to sing theirs.

Are you singing your true song?

After a long day at the Atlanta, GA Aquarium, I discovered that biking was better than hiking. aquarium 001.jpgThis picture reminded me how important it will be to practice what I teach to my grandchildren about health nutrition and plenty of outdoor exercise. After the success of MY NEW YOU JOURNEY I will be able to say that hiking is as much fun as biking.
