Life can be a victorious adventure, who can deny. To live this on-going adventure cheerfully and in the best possible way, we must be brave and we must be victorious. Some will say we have to be daring and bold, even willing to take certain kinds of risks.
Living our life as a victorious adventure, we come to know the fire of our passions. We are eager to carry the torch of our life's mission.
Are we speaking of excitement? Or having only peak experiences? We are speaking of those moments in our life when either inwardly or outwardly we are experiencing a kind of exhilarating feeling, a newness, an outside-the-box feeling. We feel that we are growing in some way that takes us closer to our full magnificence.
Do you feel some days that you are glowing with energy, with committed direction, with enough 'fuel' to put you over the finish line? If not, what would it take to get you there? Taking small steps, one at a time, consistently and with determination and excellence will bring you the victory of adventure.
What did you do today - inwardly or outwardly - that was bold, daring, exciting, adventuresome? How did you feel as you were participating in this 'play'? Did you allow your light to shine a little brighter, revealing more of your soul-power?
Life can be a victorious adventure! Let us aspire to live every day in this way.
Newness is there beside you; look for it daily in your life! We have many opportunities to see something new, to feel something new, to say something new, to do something new and to become something new. Why look for something new? By looking and finding newness, we experience self-transcendence: new awakening, new hope, new fulfillment, new promise.
When we set our daily intention in the morning to seek and find newness, we can use this newness to create a new reality for ourselves. We can take our lives to the next level (upward movement); we can find a deeper meaning to our life experiences (inward movement); and we can begin to serve others in our local, regional and global communities (outward, expansive movement).
When there is upward, inward and/or outward movement in any one or more of these directions, we see and feel change in our lives. When we experiences these changes, we can feel that we are making personal progress. And when we are making personal progress, we begin to more easily experience and manifest our soul-power!
Setting my intention to look for newness at every turn today ~ ~ ~ ~
It A-L-L shows: your radiance, your confidence, your light - AND, everything else that you are thinking, feeling and believing.
In other words, we are all open books to most other people. We all know persons who upon entering a room, make everyone feel that they are viewing the morning sunrise.
Sometimes we forget that when we walk into a room, others can tell when we are happy, when we are pre-occupied, when we are 'down' or depressed and especially, when we are stepping into our power, our confidence, our radiance and our light.
Wouldn't it be wonderful if we were able to radiate love, joy and kindness at every moment? Depending on how intensely and how often we focus on these kinds of states of being and how much we believe we are actually aligned with these states, will depend upon what people see and feel when they are within our immediate circle of influence.
Awareness helps. One-pointed focus helps. Intention helps. There are many ways to help ourselves move along the progression line of self-improvement. What are some of the ways you empower and manifest your radiance, your confidence and your light?
Imagine all can see your radiance, your confidence and your light immanating from the very core of your being!!! It all shows~ This is your magnificence, your soul-power!!! Beautiful!
Who are all these folks doing extraordinary things? We do hear about them once in a while in the news, although rarely. These folks are just like you and me. For that matter, you are already doing extraordinary things, but it may not make the headlines.
How many times have you done something that is beyond the ordinary and totally creative? Have you ever done anything quite unusual? Do you consider that you have some kind of exceptional skill, or talent, some kind of exceptional capacity? Has anyone ever told you that you are remarkable, that something you have done, or said or accomplished was remarkable?
Any of the above can be considered extraordinary. There really is no such thing as an 'ordinary' person. All are extraordinary. I believe we just use the word to express contrast.
We have heard the expression, "Believe it and you can achieve it." Let us amp up our belief about who and what we are. We are divine beings with extraordinary and limitless capacities, talents and powers.
What would you like to achieve in this lifetime? Believe it and you can achieve it. All of us 'ordinary folks' really can do 'extraordinary things!'
The Eagle Parable was written by James Aggrey in the early 1920's. Many of us are raised with the limitations of a chicken and know not who we really are. Be brave; stretch your wings; believe that you can soar with the magnificence of an eagle!

Rarely do we find a person who wants success for someone other than him/her self! Daryl Markham - The X Factor - desires success not for himself, but for two of his most dearest: his brother and his brother's son. Listen to his heart!

A BraveHeart Model of Love, is a most exemplary model. It is a heart-centered model with a consciousness that claims only oneness, without demand or expectation from the loved one.
Many of us follow a BraveHeart Model of Love and feel that we genuinely love our family and friends. But do we love without making demands or expecting something from our loved ones? We sometimes find ourselves inwardly feeling: 'Because I have shown you love, I demand that you be there for me 24/7.'
When we become aware that we should be less demanding of those we love, we may lessen our demands but we may also begin to have expectations. When we expect, we inwardly say, "Since I have done something for you by loving you, I have a legitimate right to expect that you love me equally in return."
Sometimes we find ourselves going one step further! When we offer love to someone and our demands are not met, our expectations are not fulfilled, we begin to withdraw from the person. This is a kind of 'pay-back' mindset and we inwardly say, "You did not fulfill my demands or my expectations, so I am withdrawing from you!" At this point, we can run into serious difficulty with our relationship.
When we love someone, demanding or expecting something in return so that we can feel fulfilled, our measuring, suspecting and doubting mind gets involved. Our mind has a reality of its own, and is very limited.
On the other hand, when we follow a BraveHeart Model of Love, we experience no desire to be paid back, we feel no competition and we feel no separation from those we love. We are, at that time, coming from our unlimited oneness-heart. We receive our reward and find fulfillment by simply offering our love.
This is our BraveHeart Model of Love. When we truly embody this model with all of our loving relationships, we will be a living BraveHeart Model of Love!
You are the salt of the earth! If you are one who has the 'pure intention to heal humanity and retune the symphony of Creation', then shine your light!Sing your song! Flood the world with your love! Dispel darkness and fear! Be at peace with all so that our world can live in harmonious balance!

To create a healthy, vibrant and loved 'you' this summer, you must desire to be healthy, vibrant and loved. How to do this?
1. Be healthy by eating plenty of fresh, delicious vegetables and fruits each day. Buy as much organic produce as possible; otherwise, try to eat from the local farmers within approximately 100 miles from you. This will add to your feeling of wellness.
2. Enjoy Mother Nature by walking in the parks, by admiring local vegetation, and when you can, go to the forest, lake or ocean to hike or swim. Spend time each day in the sun; remember to protect your head, especially between the hours of 10am and 4pm. Appreciate. Admire. This will add to your 'happy glow' of vibrancy. 3. Increase your personal magnificence; take special care of yourself. Love yourself through self care, self respect and in all possible ways, nurture your self. In this way, self love is all good. Once you get in the habit of loving your self, then it is easier to sincerely love and appreciate others. Love yourself, love others; you will be loving and you will be loved.
Do everything you can to increase your feeling of wellness. Be active and out in a natural environment as often as possible. Be creative in all the possible ways that you can to nurture, care and love yourself. You can easily create a healthy, vibrant and loved 'You' this summer.
Have fun!

Write a letter of introduction about your ideal self.
It is sometimes difficult to put into words exactly what we would like our ideal self to be. The more accurately we can describe details about our ideal self, the more accurately we will begin to create and manifest that ideal.
If you had to introduce your ideal self to someone from the moon or from another planet, how would you describe yourself? Following are questions you may wish to ask yourself.Remember you are describing your IDEAL self:
1. What do I look like? 2. What are my personal values (what is important to you in your life)? 3. What kind of character or personality traits do I have? 4. What is my passion (what makes your heart sing)? 5. What in my opinion is beautiful? inspiring? challenging? 6. What are my goals? 7. What kind of person do I like to be with? Etc., etc., etc.
Keep your letter short and simple, especially the first time you do this exercise. You can always add more later.
You may surprise yourself when you see the aspects of you that already are your ideal self. Then again, you may be inspired by those aspects which you do not yet embody!
Take two minutes now to write a quick letter of introduction about your ideal self. Have fun with it. Ready? Begin. Good. Now add more to it later.
Leaving you to go add more to my own letter of introduction about my ideal self ~
