WHAT IS THE CONNECTION BETWEEN FEAR AND AGGRESSION?
Clarity shows us that the energy of fear and aggression are the same. A number of years ago I read that animals register fear and aggression in another animal or human as the same energy.
Clarity shows us what we want to learn from this.
If we are feeling insecure, unsure or frightened we are energetically giving out aggressive energy, which others often react to with anger and aggression?
It is important to remember that because we feel insecure, unsure or frightened we may have a difficult time thinking of ourselves as angry and aggressive even though others may experience us as hostile, aloof, or cold, and react to our energy with anger.
Clarity shows us the reason our fearful energy is perceived as aggression is accurate, however, the aggression is directed inwardly towards ourselves and its content is scary stories or self-criticism.
If we identify with being a passive and shy person, we need to explore the energy beneath these labels. I see that when I am passive or shy it is because I hold a negative judgment on the person or people I feel passive and shy with.
My "clarity snap" shows me, when I am with someone with whom I am afraid to speak my truth to it is because I have a judgment about how the other person will react to my truth. Remember under every judgment is a fear, and fear and aggression are made of the same energy.
The next time you feel afraid of someone, and they react to your fear with anger, ask yourself the following questions:
* What am I feeling right now? * Am I afraid or insecure or unsure of myself? * What is the judgment I have on the other person that brings up my fear?
You may discover that your fear is being energetically picked up as aggression and the other person's attack is a reflection of how they are reacting to your fear.
What is your experience of how fear and aggression are connected?

Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad the founder of the Sisterhood of Clarity. Clarity reveals the truth of what is. This is not always the same as what we want to be true or wish to be true. CLARITY IS SEEING WITH OUR HEART'S WIDOM, WHICH HAPPENS WHEN OUR KNOWING ARISES FROM OUR TRUE NATURE INSTEAD OF OUR CONDITIONED NATURE.
Clarity shows us the truth of what is, without judgment. Intrinsic to clarity is acceptance of what is. We block our clarity to the degree we don't want to see the truth of what is. Whether we block our clarity by acting out or denying it, both will create confusion and indecision.
Why would we block our clarity, because we hold certain self-images that we find acceptable and some that we don't find acceptable. When clarity shows us we are acting in a negative way, that does not match the image we have of our selves, we deny it is true or blame others for causing us to be that way.
Our judgments about what clarity reveals to us will make us go into reactivity rather than take the appropriate action step. The appropriate action step is to allow what clarity shows us to "just be". To do this takes courage and commitment and compassion. We don't have to do anything about it, we don't have to change, or be better or different. We just need to see what is so with kindness and acceptance. When we are willing to hold the truth in this way, more truth is revealed to us.
I see one area that clarity reveals the truth for me is my tendency to worry. When I am able to acknowledge this without judgment and have compassion for myself the worry begins to dissolve and trust grows.
Now, let's do an exploration. Sit in a comfortable up right position, relax your shoulders and close your eyes.
Ask yourself what is one area in my life in which clarity shows me something about myself that is difficult for me to accept. As you take that question inside bring your focus to four in breathes and four out breathes.
Action Step: Allow whatever arises first, to be your answer, trust yourself and trust the process.
Action Step: Acknowledge aloud this area and say I accept that this is so right now. If you see you don't really accept this than ask yourself what am I afraid would happen if I accepted this about myself.
I invite you to share your experience and questions. I will be answering your questions. It is never to soon to dissolve the blocks that get in our way.
Together we are growing in clarity,
Radha

Are you looking for clarity so you will have the confidence to ask for what you want clearly? Clarity, allows us to know we have the right to ask for what we want.
Clarity, also allows us to dissolve the blocks that are in the way of clear communication.
One block is self-doubt.
Self-doubt causes us to believe we should not ask for what we want because we will not get it.
We allow self doubt to convince us that communicating our needs and wants will bring disappointment and failure.
With clarity, we will dissolve the block of self-doubt.
With clarity, we will learn how to express our needs in a clear and non-threatening way.
With clarity, we will be assertive, and ask for what we want effectively.
With clarity, we will have the confidence to create cooperation and agreement with others.
With clarity, we will trust the universe supports us in meeting our needs.

This is the month that brings up the idea of love for many of us. I have been contemplating the meaning of love, and would like to share some of my thoughts with you.
There are many ways we experience love in our lives, usually we think of and experience love in relation to a love object: such as; love for a child, love for a husband or wife, love for our family, love for a friend, love for our Self, love for God.
Many people associate love with other objects, love of fun, love of food, love of laughter, love of dancing, love of creativity, love of sex, love of romance, love for our career, love of animals, love of nature. The list varies from person to person.
Some believe it is only worthwhile to love certain objects and less worthy to love others. I see it differently.
The State of Love is filled with certain intrinsic attributes, which are always positive, regardless of where the love is directed. Some of these attributes are caring, joy, fulfillment, and kindness, to name a few.
When we are in the State of Love we experience and benefit from the qualities of that state, whether we share our love with another or keep it inside. Often when we share our experience of love, it grows.
It is not what or whom we love, but rather that we love, that brings its own reward.
Love can be expressed regardless of our circumstances; such as in an act of kindness towards someone we know, or don’t know, having compassion for our limitations, smiling at a stranger, helping someone in need, or accepting someone as they are, rather than rejecting them for not living up to our expectations.
The State of Love is within each of us, whether we know it or not. Love is a quality of Being. It is one of life’s miracles because it heals the one that feels it, the more we give love the more love we have. We never deplete our love by giving it away,
it is totally free, and always available.
I encourage you to be playful with love, see if you can give love to something or someone every day and become aware of how this makes you feel.
WHAT DOES LOVE MEAN TO YOU? Share your experiences and thoughts with us.
I wish you a life filled with the State of Love.

Perhaps you have been curious to understand why your best intentions to feel good and take positive actions steps to reach your goals may be very difficult to create and maintain?
Clarity shows us that when we listen to our inner communication, that is the comments you make about yourselves and others in your heads, and it is filled with criticism, judgments and negativity, you will feel unhappy, dissatisfied, frustrated, sad or angry.
Clarity also shows us that these are reactions to your critical inner communication and are what is causing you to feel badly about yourself and others.
Let’s do the Clarification Process, right now, to learn how your critical inner communication is affecting your energy and your mood.
Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breathes and seven out breathes. Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing. When I don’t live up to my expectation what do I say to myself about myself and how does it make me feel?
Remember to trust your first answer.
Open your eyes and write down what you say to yourself and how it makes you feel, remember to sense yourself while you are writing these judgments, check your breathing, the level of tension in your shoulders, stomach. If your inner communication may sound something like this: how could you be so stupid, or I don’t know what made you think you could do that, or you aren’t able to create that.
Clarity shows us when our inner communication is filled with negative and critical self-judgment we don’t have the energy, will, or self-confidence to take the action steps required to create the life we desire.
By each judgment write a positive statement: i.e. I am totally worthy and capable of creating the prosperity I desire, right now.

Have you ever used self-rejection to motivate you to do more, do better or be different? Clarity shows you the affects of self-rejection on your mind, emotions and physical body.
Many of you feel the only way to motivate yourself is to criticize yourself using comparison, perfectionism, or telling yourself you are not good enough in the hope you will perform at the level that you desire or to stop behaviors you know are unhelpful.
Clarity shows you that this does not work, in fact, what it does do is make you have low self-esteem, low self-confidence, feel angry, irate, or devalued.
In time these feelings and thoughts cause you to live in a stressful state of dis-ease. Your bodies react to these negative emotional and mental states by contracting and holding tension, which in time can become pains in the neck, shoulders, stomach or head.
Let’s do the clarification process to get the clarity snaps you need to dissolve the block of self-rejection that is having these negative impacts on you.
Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of 9 in breaths and 9 out breaths.
Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.
How does using self-rejection affect my emotions, mind, and body.
Remember to keep your awareness in your body. Clarity snaps come in the form of body sensations, thoughts, pictures, images and words.
Trust your first answer.
Great!
Remember, even if you change your behavior using self-rejection, it will be temporary and in time you will sabotage your efforts by feeling overwhelmed, disorganized, tired or resistant.
Clarity shows you that it is only when you accept yourself with loving kindness that you are motivated to make permeate change.

Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad, the founder of the “Sisterhood of Clarity”. As women, we naturally have loving and giving hearts that are filled with compassion for others.
Clarity shows us what is often lacking is loving compassion towards ourselves.
Clarity also shows us we often put ourselves last and sometimes we don’t put ourselves on our “to do” list at all.
WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOUR MOTHERS DAY GIFT TO YOURSELF WOULD BE TO GIVE YOURSELF THE LOVE, KINDNESS, SELF-ACCEPTANCE AND COMPASSION YOU GIVE TO OTHERS?
LET’S DO A CLARIFICATION PROCESS TO VISUALIZE HOW THIS WOULD FEEL IN YOUR BODY.
Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of six in breaths and 6 out breaths.
Begin to visualize that you are being loved and appreciated the way have always dreamed of being loved. Sense in your body what you feel like when someone is truly seeing you, your beauty, your kindness, your generosity, your caring and your warmth.
Allow these feeling of being loved completely and unconditionally to affect your breathing, your relaxation, your sense of value. Sense how you body is affected when you feel loved with kindness and compassion.
Before you open your eyes say to yourself three time out loud “this is how I deserve to compassionately love myself.”
Now open your eyes and write how you feel when you give yourself the love, compassion and appreciation you desire and deserve.
GREAT! CLARITY SHOWS US WE DESERVE TO GIVE OURSELVES LOVING COMPASSION ALWAYS AND IN ALL WAYS.

Clarity shows us the reason we never feel good enough is because we are caught in the duality of self-rejection which stops the flow of creativity. Watch this video to learn more.

Have you ever wonder what the difference between being judgmental and having the capacity to discriminate is?
Clarity shows us:
We often lack the understanding to be able to distinguish between the brain's physiological ability to discriminate, which is an important and valuable intelligence function, and our emotionally based repressive pattern of self-judgment.
When we lack this clarity, which we need to end our suffering, we turn our ability to judge against ourselves and others.
This inner repressive judge, is made of ideals and beliefs that we learned from parents, society, school, religion, and authority when we were children.
We internalize these ideals and react to them with fear, guilt, anger, resentment, anxiety, and denial, which causes us to act out by either rebelling against these judgments or submitting to them.
Now, let’s do the Clarification Process to get the Clarity Snaps you need to develop your capacity to discern the difference between these two.
Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of seven in breaths and seven out breaths. Bring the following question inside as you listen to the sound of your breathing.
What does my clarity want me to learn about how my body and emotions are affected by judging myself according to ideals I learned as a child.
Sense into your body and trust your first answer and remember your answer may not come right away, it could arise when you are doing the dishes or watching T.V.
TRUST THAT IT WILL COME!
Great!
REMEMBER: As you develop your clarity you will sense how your breathing, body and emotions are affected when you judge yourself according to fixed ideals and beliefs.
When you are using your power of discrimination your body, breathing, and emotions will be affected totally differently.
Together we are growing in clarity.
That is how you will KNOW the difference.I invite you to join me in the 'Sisterhood of Clarity' where we dissolve the blocks that get in the way. Click Here
Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad, the founder of the Sisterhood of Clarity.
Clarity shows us that when we are in gratitude we are happy.
I am grateful to you for being a part of my life and sharing the BraveHeart vision of Be, Create, Collaborate. This vision is filled with gratitude.
Let’s all allow a moment to experience the joy that is one of the qualities in gratitude.
Close your eyes, relax your face, your jaw and your shoulders. Begin to listen to the sound of your in breathe and out breathe as your body relaxes say out loud three people you are grateful for.
Now with your eyes still closed and listening to your breathing state one quality in each of these people that you are grateful for.
Now sense yourself feel the peace, joy and love that bubbles up from inside of you as you feel gratitude.
Now with your eyes closed say one the qualities you have that you are grateful for, state this quality out loud three times:
i.e. I am grateful for my open heartedness. I am grateful for my open heartedness. I am grateful for my open heartedness.
Sense yourself and enjoy the experience of being in gratitude.
It is never too soon to dissolve the blocks that get in our way.

Aloha, I’m Radha Conrad, the founder of the “Sisterhood of Clarity." “It’s never to late to be who you were meant to be.” T.S. Elliot. As women, we were often taught we were meant to be here for others.
Clarity shows us that before we were in relationships with significant others, before we became parents or grandparents: We had a calling.
Clarity also shows us we often put ourselves last and this causes us, over time, to forget whom we wanted to be when we grew up.
Clarity also shows us that the truth of the above quote is guiding us to go within and ask who was I meant to be, at the same time it reminds us it is never too late.
LET’S DO A CLARIFICATION PROCESS
Sit in a comfortable upright position, close your eyes, relax your face and your shoulders and listen to the sound of your in breaths and your out breaths. Begin to visualize yourself as a young girl dreaming of what she will be when she grows up. Allow a few minutes to sense and feel how you are affected by this experience.
Now, with your eyes closed ask yourself the following question.
Who was I meant to be? Allow 7 in breaths and 7 out breaths.
Trust your first answer.
If your mind starts telling you it is too late, or it takes too much time, or costs too much money. Remember this is your conditioning preventing you from knowing the truth that, “It’s never to late to be who you were meant to be.”
GREAT!
