Synchronicities happen in the most unexpected ways...

About an hour ago the phone rang and much to my delight it was my 25 year old son calling me from Montreal .. one of those How are you and I love you Mom calls...:-D

During the conversation he says, "Mom if you ever want to feel uplifted you need to hear this most beautiful piece of music and song Con Te Partero

After hanging up I went straight to You Tube Time to Say Goodbye and there I heard the grace and elegance he was so touched by ... then the light bulb went on;)

Tonight is the moment to say good-bye to my Formula To Manifest community as I have grown it, and move on with the new Ritual Divas Community :)

What is a Ritual Diva, and why did I choose this name although it is definitely beyond my comfort zone?

I have explained this in a short video that I did for you...

Tonight I’ll raise my glass to our enhanced journey…

Cheers to creating more Joy, Success and Abundance.

Good evening Divas... want to take a moment to share my AHA of the day Smile

You know how we often hear that within us lies our greatness - that we each have the qualities needed within ourselves to live the life we desire and to experience Joy, Success and Abundance ...

Well today I came across the perfect analogy - a seed - in particular the seed of an oak tree...

IF you had such a seed in front of you, you could manage to crack it open, and within it you would find the potential for an oak tree but you would not find an oak plank. Cry

In other words that seed needs to be planted in fertile soil, to be nurtured, to be watered and then it can grow into a mature oak tree. LaughingFrom there we can harvest an oak plank.

We humans are no different - within us lies the seed of potential - the potential to be all that we desire and can be. However, just like the oak seed, we need to put ourselves in a fertile environment... to be nurtured and watered... in order to grow our potential and yield the results of our purpose and passion.Cool

Here are some questions for us to ponder this weekend...

What does our current environment feel like? How can we make it more fertile and suited to our growth porcess?

Do we need to replant the seed of our purpose and dreams in better thoughts, and more empowering beliefs?

How are we currently nurturing and watering our purpose and passion?

Cheers to creating more Joy, Success and Abundance Wink

With love, your Ritual Diva,

Over the years, when looking at people who had connected with their divine purpose and achieved true success...I have often wondered about the extremely low points some of them have had to endure while on their journey...

And low and behold the answer came to me this weekend. I have over the last few days really understood at a visceral level the value of their hardships.

When our back is against the wall and there are no real options Cry- we will either choose to stay stuck in the "crap" (simply a technical term)  and use it as an excuse not to go forward OR the crap will be the impetus to finally take a stand for ourselves and move in a new direction.

If we were to always feel ok and not experience the so called hardship, human nature being what it is -  we would probably choose to remain comfortable and not take inspired action which leads us to expressing our true gifts and our unique voice.

This weekend I have felt a new level of gratitude for the uncomfortable moments in my life - and I now unerstand at a deeper level the concept of "Divine timing."

Divine timing and Source energy knew that it was in my best interest not to experience the financial abundance and the choices when I wanted them - when my Ego wanted them , because having the abundance before connecting with my passion and expressing my true gifts, would of meant I didn't really have to work at becoming all I was meant to be -  because I would of been very comfortable.

Now I am not saying you have to wait to be hit by a bus before taking action - that is not the case. Any time you have an awareness you can choose to make a different choice and realign with your inner self.

But what I am saying is that to the extent we feel the uncomfortableness of our situation and current circumstances - to the extent that we are not well with the way things are - we will launch inside of us either a small or a large rocket of desire.That desire can be all the internal motivation we need to bring about change.

Again a reminder that everything serves us,Laughing and we need to embrace it all, even if it at first glance the appearances would have us believe that there is no hope - that we are stuck.

Cheers to creating more Joy, Success and Abundance.Wink

"Do Something" ... vital words!

Often we will hear people say such comments as "I am unemployed, I am stuck, I have no money... and so on." :( Heck ,we may have each said those words at one time or another!

We know that ladies are not making these things up - it is their truth. However, even within the obvious negative circumstances, something can be done.

You see money does not define who you are. Money (or lack of it) and your level of affluence does not define your character, nor your intelligence, nor your skills and abilities.

Even in the face of negative circumstances we can choose to do something. And often it is in the doing that our value is recognized and that the door of Opportunity is opened!

DO SOMETHING...might just look like:

- offering your babysitting services to another sister so she can go and get something done for her family;

- like reading for an elderly person who can no longer read for themselves;

- volunteering to spend time with kids in a hospital who parents cannot be with them;

- choosing to help a neighbor get their groceries;

and so on and so forth. I am sure you can come up with a hundred plus ways to render service in your community.

I am willing to bet any one of us would only need to do this a few times before the door of Opportunity would open - even if only slightly at first. ;)

You see, if we connect to the Divine within, we will receive answers and be guided to take inspired right actions that will lead us on the path out of our current situation.

What will you do this week? :-D

Love your BH sister and Ritual Diva

Once again, as I view the day's blog posts I am in awe of the beauty and creativity within this women's community.

Check out Claudia's amazing video More than you know and you will know exactly what I mean.

The feminine and creative energies are starting to rise in many areas of the world and it is our duty to express our own creative energy.

The world is calling out to us to be creative and not take the road of imitation.That means we are each being called to be creative in our own unique way and attain through that creativity practical results that enhance our life and the life of others.

Like other muscles if we do not use our creativity muscles we will lose them.

How BraveHeart Sisters are you choosing to use your creativity muscles?

And do not tell me that you cannot be creative - because if someone like myself who has spent most of her adult life using the left side of her brain, and if the truth be known... suffered from a little bit of "intellectual constipation" :^O can actually open up, and start to tune in, tap in and turn on to the creativity juices then so can You!

Thank You and Hugs to the women who are sharing their creativity with us here in this forum, and by doing so allow the rest of us to do the same.

Cheers to creating more Joy, Success and Abundance! ;)

I must admit it has been a most interesting week - I felt most emotions and although productive strides forward were made, I also had two 15 melts downs ( that is food for another blog - :^O)

Through it all I had an important AHA moment - most of you probably know this one already - but just in case you don't, I thought I would share. It might actually reassure you. :)

When it comes to purpose and passion - we often feel the fire burning within - we feel compelled to take action and yet we can also feel uneasy and scared. So I started asking myself what that was all about?

Reality is that when you are on purpose and following your passion - you are always on the edge. You always have to be present to what it is you need to learn, do and move toward in order to serve the purpose.

Following your purpose and passion is very different than following what we are good at, what we are expected to do or what we are told we should do.

When following your purpose and passion, the Universe delivers the inspired action usually one step at a time. Where as when we follow tradition or a well known career path - we can see many steps laid out before us at once.

Being anchored into the present moment, and receiving guidance one step at a time requires that we have greater faith and develop our trust in the Universe and trust in ourselves muscles.

Realizing your destiny is not linear. It is very dynamic. Many of the BraveHeart women are following paths for which there are no or few role models yet. These women will be the role models for many others to follow.

And as if requiring faith and trust was not enough - the next step is frequently completely illogical - :that is illogical to the safe, the secure and the status quo.

It also means that we need to cultivate our courage.

Who ever coined the phrase: "Need to be living by insight rather than by eyesight" was right. However our western culture did not raise us to be skilled at this method, and therefore following our passion, our purpose and destiny can push our buttons labeled Uneasy and Scared.

The question we then need to answer is: "How do we cultivate the faith to move forward, when in fact we can intuit and see only the next step?"

Oh yes, and having faith is a choice.:-D

Back to connecting within and asking "Essence, for my highest good and the good of all what does life want of me?"

Thank You to you, my BraveHeart sisters, for the courage you show in your blog posts and your communities. They inspire me to keep moving forward and to follow my purpose and passion.

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance! ;)

I finally emerged from 10 days of physically, emotionally letting go... :-D

Had you told me 10 days ago, that within my busy work schedule I would manage to sort out a home - every closet, drawer, filing cabinet drawer, kitchen cupboard of all that was no long serving its occupants and... paint and redo bathrooms, all in order to put up my home for sale - I would of not believed it... it was inspired action in a physical way. It actually got done with ease and grace ... albeit a few sore muscles that I forgot I even had:)

Yes, there were moments where tears flowed quietly and softly - but it was all good - I had a knowing that even that was part of the letting go of the so called release and cleansing.

Through it all I was reminded of Joseph Newton's beautiful words - "The Principle of Emptiness."

I was able to observe many lessons in the process - Getting in the habit of keeping things that we no longer use or that are no longer useful give two messages to our brain - messages we do not want our brain to imprint in our cells. Number 1 - You cannot trust tomorrow , because if you give away you might actually experience lack. Number 2 - You are not worthy of something better, more beautiful and new.

Everything on this physical plane carries with it an energy. Hmm....

You must actually make room - to have an empty space within and without to experience more - to have better - and to go forward. According to Joseph- it is the force of the emptiness that will attract to us what we are desiring.

Frequently with the objects there are memories stored - some are good some not so much... it is not so much the objects that stagnate our life but the attitude of keeping, keeping which includes keeping old hurts, and any resentments that are kept. Old feelings keep out new opportunities.

Goods like money must circulate. You do not need to have a garage sale - simply give away what can be used by someone else.

So now that the clearing has been done and the cleaning has occurred (yes, I even had to let go of the dust in the corners :^O)... I feel renewed - I feel I have space within for creativity to move in and for more empowering thoughts and ideas. I am excited at the possibilities that lay ahead as I embark on my New Year today - the letting go ended up being a wonderful birthday gift to myself.

You do not have to wait for a New Year or for an actual move to another home... Simply start with one small corner or space.

What can you choose to let go of today? Dare To Be Bold!

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance ;)

Track and field athletes who try jumping hurdles too early, in a hurdle race... know all too well how ineffective that is and how painful that can feel :( if by starting their jump to early they do not clear the hurdle.

Yet, how many of us try to jump hurdles to early in our own life?

You are one of those early jumpers if you worry and try to resolve imagined problems before they arise.

I was reminded of this life lesson over the last couple of weeks as I have been getting our house ready to sell. Well intentioned friends keep asking if I know where I will be living next.

My answer much to their surprise has been: No ... and I will start to think about it once I know when I need to be out of my home.

I trust that I will feel inspired to search for my new refuge when the time is right, and that by looking at possibilities when I am inspired... that the process will unfold with ease and grace... just like getting our home ready for sale was.

Now, this attitude is definitely part of the newer Lynette - I could not of been in such an anchored and peaceful place even a few short years ago - because back then I had not learned to turn within yet. I did not trust myself enough... I was still in the mode of thinking others knew more than I did about what was right for me. And back then their questions would have created doubt about being able to find a place in time which met all of my criteria.

I will keep you posted about waiting till I get to the hurdle - if there is one - before choosing how to jump.

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance. :)

I came across a passage today that was written in 1910 - almost one hundred years ago...

"Do not try to make men of your boys or women of your girls. It is not natural. Love them. Make home just as happy a place as possible, and give them rein, freedom. Encourage them in their play, for the are now in their fun age. Many parents ruin the larger, completer, fuller development of their children by repressing them, destroying their childhood, their play day, by trying to make them adults. There is nothing sadder in American life than the child who has been robbed of its childhood. " Orison Swett Marden

Depending on your perspective... you could say this passage is even truer today; children are in many ways required to grow up faster and they experience the worries and the issues of older teens at a younger and younger age. :(

As BraveHeart Women, we know we can have much influence, and we can shape in a positive and enlightened way the children of today, and in turn create a much better tomorrow for all.;)

In your opinion, what do you think are the 3 most important qualities or attitudes a parent should cultivate and nurture with their children in the 21st century? :)

I for one believe we must transmit to our children the idea that they are loved - acceptance, approval, and unconditional love are so important to their self esteem.

Communication - open, caring dialogue is a skill that will serve each child and parent very well over the course of their relationship.

And a knowledge of thoughts ... how our thoughts affect all of our days.

The list goes on...:-D

Looking forward to hearing what You believe is important to instill in our children today, in order to have a peaceful, loving world where each can make her or his own valuable contribution.

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance!

Hello Divas :) I trust you are well...I want to share some of my good news.

As some of you know, I am in the mist of some major life transitions - and this last step I was working through was putting our house up for sale...

Well it all worked out - the house officially went on the market last Wednesday, and it sold this evening :) - good news, but the better news is the lessons in all of this.

You see my former husband and I decided that the selling of the house had to be for the highest good of all - ourselves, our son that is still at home, the potential buyers and the real estate agents involved - everyone had to come out a winner...this was not necessarily going to be easy.

So we started by getting the house ready and de-cluttered as described in my last blog and then we actually put it up for sale. Phew, step one was done!

Long story short - we received an offer on our home last night - not quite what we had originally expected yet still a good offer.

What were we to do, because my ex and I, we were seeing things slightly different on this one?
Hmmm

Thoughts that were running through our minds were:
- are we in lack mentality therefore that is why we are tempted to settle for the first offer - being in fear that we shouldn't counter offer and ask for more?

- is either one of us experiencing worthiness issues?

And I also felt it ran even deeper than that - was I feeling guilty of past times where I jumped into a business deal thinking it would give a good result and we would be further ahead... only to be bitten in the proverbial butt... and now I was not trusting self???

Then I realized that this was where we as a former couple needed to come together and end things cleanly... We both needed to communicate at a deep level... to communicate authentically what was important to each of us and to come up with a decision where it was agreed upon by both... where each could feel really good. This was not about one person giving in and not feeling right. And not to mention that we were each carrying a certain baggage re: financial experiences.

This was in fact a moment that you could call a crisis of trust and an opportunity to heal. We needed to forget about past "errors" and to only tune in energetically to what was at stake NOW.

Deep breathing ...and we each agreed to turn within, and tap into our core, our Essence and set the intention to clearly hear advice our agent was giving us... "Essence, guide us to hear clearly hear what is being said.", and then to both express what we feel we needed; next to come up with the mutual consensus, and then finally set forth together a strong intention for what was desired.

We did all that and we were able to agree upon and make a counter offer that we both felt was fair for all.

Two hours later, the counter offer had been made and accepted... and the three of us: the real estate agent, former hubby and I were each raising our glass of wine - toasting the ease and grace in which the deal had come about and toasting the moving forward towards the next step... each finding our own new space.

Sitting here writing, I am truly grateful for the ways in which things have unfolded!

One step at a time, and taking action only when it feels right, taking inspired action... trusting that the next stepping stone will be there...trusting the process... has worked out beautifully.

Intending the best and expecting the best goes a long way. N.B. At first the result may not always feel or look like the best result for you.Trust anyway.

Taking the time to really hear the other person through is a HUGE step in resolving and preventing potential conflict.

Turning within, and trusting your intuition is essential to taking right action and to co-creating effectively.We had been intending consistently around this house issue for a couple of months.

Thank you for allowing me to journey with you.

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance!

Good evening Divas :-D,

Lately I have had the pleasure of seeing evidence of how aligning my thoughts with my actions, manifest more effective results. I am actually saving myself a lot of energy and physical work.

You see in past years I was so focused on taking action, that I frequently ignored to tune in and to make sure my thoughts and my expectations were aligned with my actions. Therefore many times I felt tired, overworked and frustrated.:(

Like many people out there I was neutralizing a large part of my efforts because my mental attitude did not correspond with my work. Although I was working towards one particular thing, subconsciously I was expecting another. And we now know that what we expect we tend to get.

There is no way we can be working towards one goal and arrive at our desired destination, while we are facing the other way.

Part of my ritual is now to start my day by tuning within and reaffirming my three current areas of focus. I then set my intentions for the day according to those areas of focus. I also make a point to nourish my mind with powerful thoughts that will program my subconscious to expect what it is I am working towards.

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance!;)

Sounds like a paradox doesn't it?

I have come to know that it is crucial to stay deeply grounded while walking our spiritual path - while following our life's purpose.

Let's face it, a head trip can feel mighty blissful,B-) and may be necessary at times in order to momentarily cope with the pain, and the chaos of reality.

However, the truth is that anyone who continues to do the head thing and tries to bypass the heart thing (dealing with the feelings and emotions) as well as ignore meeting the necessities of every day living, will eventually come crashing down. :(

I am not suggesting that we need to excavate every painful detail of our life. However, we do need to work through our issues, to get to know who we are and what are values are...to develop strong roots and develop our foundation in order to have "someone" to come home to when earth calls us back.

Besides it is our strong foundation that will be the stage on which we rise to answer our calling.

We actually become real and authentic, and hence develop a meaningful life... as we courageously choose to pick up the pieces of our life that are out of alignment and work at realigning them.

We are also required to put the processes in place to cover our basic needs of food, shelter, clothing and security. And only you know what that level of needs is for you. Only once we have met these needs can we hope to move upward to true self actualization.

So what are we to do? How does one follow their calling while not yet fully capable of doing only what they love?

Some people are following a path that may not yet generate sufficient dollars and it may never generate sufficient dollars on its own. However, they are hearing their calling and are pulled to follow it and follow it they must.

We may need to do something else to bring in the income, in the interim. And that is perfectly fine!

Taking baby steps towards our calling...continuously inching forward is easier and in the long run it actually proves to be a faster and surer way than trying to play leap frog and skip the necessary lessons and steps presented to us by the Universe!

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance! ;)

The last 12 months have brought about many changes in all areas of my life... Although good, there have been moments where I have felt I was like that monkey swinging to catch the next rope :^O and frozen in that moment where I am holding on to nothing - having to navigate the void. :|...more questions than answers coming forth.

I am pleased to report there were some gems I was able to re - member in that space... gems in regards to walking my true-path:

- having doubts is a sign your soul is ready to grow and change, embrace and explore the doubts;

- creating inner space is absolutely necessary to receiving the answers and the new;

- it is a good idea to explore the trail in front of you until you have a clear knowing if it is in fact for you or not - make walking the trail a process of inquiry;

- a job, a career or profession might in fact just be a pit stop in order to learn a lesson - drop the guilt and the shame, and move on to your next adventure;

- there comes a point in your personal growth where turning back becomes impossible... you either choose to live a half life - a lie of some sorts or you choose to follow your true path and become more and more aligned;

- alignment comes in baby steps - two steps forward and one back is still progress;

- trust your inner knowing.

And through it all your daily rituals will help you stay purposefully grounded and moving in your right direction.

I hear my journal calling me :)...

Cheers to manifesting more Joy, Success and Abundance! ;)

Hello Dearest Divas :-D

I trust you are moving forward, step by step on your own true path...

You may recall about two weeks ago, I shared how trusting the process, and turning within to work with intentions had allowed my former husband and I to organize our house and sell our home... all in a relatively short amount of time and more importantly with ease and grace.

I am happy to report that by continuing to follow Ellie's wisdom of getting grounded, taking inspired action, and trusting the process... it has allowed me in the last 24 hours - only 18 short days later ;) to manifest what will now be my new "home".

My journal entries written on Sunday March 14th went like this:

"Essence, for my highest and best good, I surrender to you the finding of a new place...Essence I have come to a definite conclusion; I intend to have a great place of my own. I love the thought that my new place is beautiful, spacious, inspiring, safe, has other wonderful tenants. I love the thought that it is most affordable. I love the thought that I can have wonderful bubble baths in my awesome tub. :^OI love the thought that Peace, Love, and Harmony reigns supreme in the building.

Essence, for my highest good, I intend to find with ease and grace, the ideal location, at the perfect price. Essence please guide me to this perfect new home. And so it is. Thank you."

Now let me explain...over the past week, there were a few of days where I have felt a gentle but persistent pull to drive around neighborhoods, check out places in order to get a sense of where I wanted to go next. I only did so for a couple of hours at a time, when I felt inspired.

Well Thursday night, the moment I walked into the building where I was about to have a look at a potential place (my 3rd actual viewing appointment) - my gut feeling was a good one - my shoulders naturally lowered and I thought to myself - I like the energy here. Clue number 1 :)

This is a building where the apartments have been or are in process of being completely gutted, redone and converted into condos. The young man Mark who had bought the condo as an investment and who was now looking to rent it out was most cordial and genuine... Clue #2 .

The condo was ideal, the color schemes and features were what I had imagined for a future home - not for a rented space. The only thing not quite right was the size - it was a one bedroom condo rather than a two bedroom.

What was I to do? If only there was a two bedroom in this same building. But none were available. Hmmm???

I still expressed my interest in the one bedroom... breathed deeply and although there were other people wanting the place as well.. I did not make a rushed decision... I asked if before committing, I could come back the next day with someone else to see it again - trusting my gut that I needed to sleep on it, and that if was meant to be mine all would turn out right.

It was agreed that I could come back the next day after work, which was yesterday Friday.

N.B. And thank goodness for partners who can remain friends... my former husband decided he would check everything out with me as he wanted to make sure that where ever I landed, that I would be well.

Meanwhile, for some reason or other my sleep on Thursday night was atrocious - I couldn't sleep, my stomach was upset, my head hurt, I felt nauseous :( and so on... What the heck was going on? I am always well.

So when Friday morning rolled along I knew I still needed a couple hours in bed before dragging myself to work.

A while later, after a short sleep, I was inspired to sit in the front of the computer while having my coffee. Besides, this would allow me to verify the housing website once more and see if there were any new ads re: condos or apartments for rent in the desired area, prior to getting to the office for the day and before my 4:30 appointment for the second viewing.

To my absolute delight :^O, only 37 minutes earlier another gentleman named Greg had posted an ad for a condo in the exact same building, and this time it was for a 2 bedroom condo. What synchronicity! I was grateful for having felt ill.

I quickly called Greg and a viewing was arranged for last evening after I would have my second viewing of the first condo.

By the time I came home... I felt good about both possibilities and decided that I would sleep on it and trust that I would wake up with a knowing.

This morning my inspired action was to go walking in the potential neighborhood... and I stopped in a few of the businesses to chat with folks and see what they thought about the area and why. The ladies young and older were most friendly and helpful.

Long story short, I signed the lease on this brand new two bedroom condo this afternoon. Furthermore, the owners have given me the rent for the month of May at half the price because they wanted someone in earlier rather than one month later - "abundance mentality" and if I may say, part of the "right price" request in the intention. This arrangement will also allow me lots of time to move things in - again with ease and grace. :-D

The condo has beautiful walnut colored hardwood floors, granite counter tops, full sized new stainless steel appliances, brand new windows, new bathroom fixtures and the list of niceties goes on. The Universe heard my request for "beautiful"! I could not have imagined that I was about to receive all this newness.

The Universe has also blessed me with a vibrant neighborhood, green space, close enough to walk everywhere - very central, quaint coffee shops, elegant spots to dine, funky shops, not to mention "Radiance" my favorite Spiritual/New Age shop, and so on...

Inspiration here it is! Again, the Universe heard.

Oh and did I mention that the property managers on site are a lovely couple - I believe that is part of the Peace and Harmony I desire.

Divas, I must say that the last 90 days have shown me that consistent baby steps can yield rather large results. For me, getting clear on what I want to experience and to feel leads to more effective manifestations rather than focusing on the specifics.

Turning within and doing the internal work with your Essence is really where it is at!

Thank you for allowing me to journey with you! I am grateful for your presence in my life!

Cheers to manifesting more Joy (including bubble baths), Success and Abundance! ;)
