Dr. Anita M. Jackson: Stay The Course - RISE

As I read through several blogs about RISE, I'm excited to see that many of us truly had a life changing experience. There's nothing like rising to the top and seeing all that is at a new level. However, in order to maintain our momentum, we all know it's important to reflect upon what we've learned and identify positive ways to activate those truths in our personal and professional lives. Coming down the mountain means, we are now a part of a world that still operates in false truths, fear, anxiety and confusion - despite all the possibilities available to us.

That said ~

What did you learn from RISE and how will you implement those truths into your daily routine?

Once I returned home, I reviewed my notes several times to solidify what I've learned. Doing this helped me identify three key truths.

First truth - It is our birthright and calling to live our life abundantly.

Sometimes the chaos of life causes us to become so distracted and focused on the wrong truths that we forget we have been created and are filled with the power of God as spiritual beings to live our lives abundantly. Our connection to God, the Universe and each other, now more than ever before, requires us to fully grasp this truth in order to make the internal and external, community and global changes required to heal our precious lives and world. Now is the time to affirm this spiritual truth and live in your birthright as a BraveHeart Woman.

Second truth - Success and wealth is a mindset.

Our thoughts, feelings and behaviors powerfully influence what we create in and around us - you and I know this. Yet, at some level, maybe we really never fully understood this truth. RISE presenters provided constant information and examples that validated the necessity of creating a success and wealth oriented mindset. Our mindset is created by our beliefs, values, practiced habits, experiences and character. With the wealth of information you received, what needs to change in order for you to continue RISING?

Third truth - We have a Call to Action!

As I listened to Ellie and Dr. Sugar share the future goals of our amazing community, my heart leaped as I fully understood the power and necessity of the call to action placed before us as we prepare to change lives and communities around the world. I hope that in the near future, the goals will be posted somewhere on our website as a vision to our purpose and future. Not having permission or wanting to share too much, raise your expectation and commitment to "stay the course" with Ellie, Dr. Sugar, and the BraveHeart Team as we, BraveHeart Women, change our lives and all those we connect to.

Believe it or not, 2010 is right around the corner. As you set your intention to live outrageously well and authentic, get ready to RISE like never before.

To Your Highest Level of Success,

Anita

Since RISE, I have been experiencing this amazing continuous flow of opportunities. It feels as if the clarity I received has opened up a flood gate of good ~ mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Yet, in the midst of all this good I'm experiencing, I had a hug realization a few days ago.

You see, as excited as I am that things are "finally" happening, I noticed that I was saying yes to everything and with that has come some physical challenges. My sleep has changed. I feel less rested and/or refreshed in the morning. I have less energy and my mind is spinning.

While waiting for a client, my spirit gently reminded me that as right and wonderful all these opportunities are, sometimes the right thing isn't always right. This made me stop, breath, and re-evaluate what I was allowing myself to focus on. That said, I decided to listen to my spirit and only focus on those things that supports my authentic truth, passion and goals. Ahhh! Instant release.

We all know that when we lack true intention, we stray without meaning and direction. However, with true intention, a release takes place and we realign ourselves with our purpose, God and the Universe.

As 2009 comes to a close and 2010 begins to lark around the corner, what are you setting your intentions toward?

I recently heard someone say, "Resolutions are all about will power, but intentions, although they may definitely involve your will, is more about bring your whole self into what you're doing and creating." WOW! I like that!

Here are a few suggestions in preparing your intentions:

Quiet Please - Create a quiet space where you can still your mind and soul and allow yourself to focus in on your life and all the possibilities for 2010.

Identify Meaningful Intentions - During your quiet time, think about those things that make you happy, feel fulfilled, create meaning and passion in your life and then, follow gently but purposefully toward it. Be sure to write them down and review them often.

See The Future - Create or update your vision board. Keep a visual depiction of your intentions and place it somewhere you'll connect to it regularly. This action creates momentum.

Be Reminded - I have always been a visual person. I am moved powerfully by my senses. Whether at home or at work, have little reminders everywhere that will help you remember what you're doing and where you're going.

And finally,

When your whole self is aligned with your true intention, the most amazing things can unfold.

Live Outrageously Well and On Purpose!
