emotionalintelligence's Blog: The Earth organs

If our organs are happy, they are repairing, on a physical and emotional level? When they are feeling negative is when dis ease presents itself.

The cells in our organs continually renew themselves and in relatively short periods of time we have a new organ. Unfortunately the diseased cells also renew unless we do something to change the energy around that negativity?

Here are some examples of what may affect the different organs in our body?

Let's start in 'Earth' with our 'Stomach', which wants to feel wise and full, so it is important to know when 'enough is enough'! If it was in a negative, this would be the home of the greedy, and never being full.

Our stomach is the intuitive one in hiding and it loves to be acknowledged for this? (The Hawaiian's have a name for this?) We often hear people say they had a 'gut' feeling about something?

It likes to feel safe and be validated? It is like the baby of the family, it wants to know that it is OK to play without rushing, the stomach needs time, it also likes time on its own (no food). It loves feeling emotionally full, protected, loved and nurtured. So reinvest in playing and watch the return on your investment with better relationships - this is fun! That will motivate and inspire you to do different things.

Bad habits will show up as weaknesses in the stomach. It is important to the stomach to be on the right path and to know what gives us fulfillment?

Our 'Pancreas' is also a gland. It is like the first born child or your righteous older brother or sister, even a party-pooper! It knows everything and you cannot lie to it or sugarcoat your life.

The pancreas wants to have a choice, it wants to be responsible and do the right thing without being told all the time what to do? Do things the right way, have fun and enjoy.

It wants us to get rid of addictions and build good habits to bring about true joy and lasting happiness, rather than a quick sugar or caffeine fix. It does not like to be criticized nor worried and bears the consequences of its actions good or bad so it encourages us in having fun without being silly and getting into trouble. Learn to understand your pancreas.

Our 'Spleen' is our largest lymph organ, it is like the Army sergeant who reacts calmly and consciously in confronting bullies. It is our Big Daddy, our defense mechanism, part of our immune system.

It is about awareness and belief of what is right and wrong, good and bad? If it has strong beliefs, then nothing will defeat it? It is important that it goes into battle for our own life problems with a positive result so that it stays strong!

Self criticism and blame are the negative of the spleen causing things like lupus and chronic fatigue which require positive problem solving. Get out of other people's business, handle problems, work as a team and build each other up, resolve conflicts so everybody wins and feels good! It dislikes feeling lost, it wants to feel safe, protected and be a winner!

If you have problems with any of these organs, start again! Be optimistic in your approach to learn what you can, look at all the options, mind map, experiment, set goals and adapt your life accordingly! Then celebrate it!!

What is important to you?

How may I help?
