Once we reach the 'Wood' element it is about new growth, pruning, fertilizing and getting rid of dead wood. This is the same with our bodies. To be productive in our lives, it is important to do this on an emotional level.

Long and steady growth is the purpose of the 'Liver' in the 'Wood' element. It is the bodies factory and wants to be productive so persevere to obtain results over long periods of time, you will have the wisdom to give incentives and bonuses, to obtain wonderful output.

In its negative is anger, resentment, stale and burnt out, if you are here then simplify your life and start again, rest and regenerate first, rather than be tempted to jump back into growth and that new career. I have not heard of anyone who's dying wish is that they had worked more! A healthy liver is the result of good training and self motivation.

It is also about purpose, many people live their life without ever realizing their true purpose?

The Gall bladders asks Is it a problem or a learning experience? Bury your burdens for good! Do you resent being a woman, having breasts that people stare at, being attractive/ugly, having to cook, be a Mum at home with little recognition, while men have a career and walk away each day to work only to come home and not even listen? Forbearance, eagerness, courage, self motivation, humbleness and integrity assist to make a healthy gall bladder.

Loose boredom and enter the house of freedom, liberation and realization . Things that bore us have a negative past experience or association. Try them now with new interest and know you have skills and tools to do it well.

If you have Gall stones, these are problems that get stuck. Break your problems down so they are easily conquered.

Get rid of dead wood and people and projects that do not bear fruit. Do not give up on things, look at timing, is now the right time?

Overcome your resentment and bitterness that can also cause hormonal problems and lack of femininity.

The gall bladder teaches from experience and knowledge of knowing what to do and being ready willing and able.

What is important to you?

How may I help?
