Hi my Braveheart Sisters!

Would you all like to have more SELF-ESTEEM?
I would love to share my SIMPLE APPROACH with some tips on how to EMPOWER yourself!

1. Stop thinking negative thoughts! Let's all quit focusing on our shortcomings, and start thinking about our positive attributes. Come on you have them, we all do!
2. Aim for accomplishments instead of perfection! Doesn't feel great to finish something that you set your mind to? Perfectionism doesn't really serve us, give up on it and you will put your mind at ease faster.
3. View mistakes as opportunities! Accept mistakes, we all make them! Remember you are developing! We learn as we go!
4. Try new things! Experiment and try new things! How do you know where your talents if you don't ever try something new! I found out that I have a talent for shooting skeet and trap. (I beat most of the men!);)
5. Recognize what you can and cannot change! Start loving yourself just as you are today! It feels great!:-D
6. Set some goals! What do you want to accomplish! Plan and set some intention! You go girl!
7. Take pride in your opinions and your voice! Come on we all want to hear your authentic self! Talk to us!
8. Make a contributions of time or money!Helping a friend move counts, be a tutor, mentor a friend! You can make a difference!
9. Exercise! Do I really have to say anything hear?
10. Have fun and laugh! :^OThis is what I am talking about!

Ok, so your Self-Esteem plays a very important role in almost everything you do! Making new friends, you do better in school and have better relationships with peers. All in all you are simply happier!

It is important to understand that waiting times are not times of denial but are times of preparation. When it is God's time to bring something into our lives, He will often do it after He has prepared us to receive it!

Hi Ladies, I am finally getting back in to the swing of being home. You know, the cooking (I am trying all new alkaline recipes by the way:-x) the cleaning and being the everything to everyone. Wait a minute! Guess what, they survived! They are all ok!

The RISE and RESTORE event was amazing!:^O It really did NOURISH and CULTIVATE us! I can't believe we fit all that in a 3/6 day event. Aren't Ellie and Dr. Sugar unbelievable? Over the top and once again they OVER-DELIVERED!

I was so delighted to meet so many of you Braveheart Sisters, what a treat! :-x I hope to meet many more of you in the future. I am honored to be on this journey with each and every one of you!

A special thanks to all those beautiful sisters that assisted us in the Silent Auction and filling the bags. Thanks for stepping up! You were amazing!

Attending RISE and RESTORE brought me INN'ER POWER! Namaste!
