On October 9th, 2010 at RISE 2010, Ellie Drake finished her speech by asking one question that I did not know would change how I think about success. The question was: "How many women, plan to be making a six figure income by next year".

I felt so positive and so motivated, that believing I could do it without a single doubt, I quickly and enthusiastically raised my hand up high.

Over the next several days, I kept asking myself "How am I going to make a six figure income over the next year? I have got to do this. I must come up with a way".

"I have RISE 2011 to attend", I thought to myself "and some personal coaching that I'd like to do with Ellie Drake and a trip to the Hermitage Palace in Russia" (where I will attend major art exhibit with a famous painter friend and a delegation from the US and just the trip to Russia alone would cost at least $10,000 to book).

"I don't have that kind of money" I thought, but "It isn't everyday that a master painter and someone called the Michaelangelo of the 19th century invites you to be a part of his entourage on a trip to his exhibit in Russia". This man who is also my friend, has painted the portraits of Princess Diana, Pavarotti, European royalty and United States Presidents. "How can I not go", I thought.

Well, after doing some research online this evening, scouting for businesses that might suit me and that have GREAT earning potential, I was thrilled to find one. I spent hours and hours of research and it paid off.

The products sell themselves, one does not need to keep inventory, the company dropships to the customer and what's beautiful is that it is not an MLM based company. One coordinates a meet up or an event, puts out the merchandise and it sells itself. Profit from the sales go straight into one's pocket and then rest of the money is sent to the company with the order. It's so easy that, I am so thrilled about it and the company is a truly stable and reliable company, that cares about the success of their stylists.

I already have 12 people in one of my networks alone, who have expressed that they want to do what I am doing and I have not had to sell or pitch this business to them yet, although they want to see the products.

I simply was genuinely excited, as I shared with them about the elegance of the high-end products and how because I believe in the products, my gut tells me that I am going to ACE this business.

Suddenly all of these ladies with whom I shared my excitement, began emailing me about their interest in the business too. I haven't sold one item yet, except send a few pictures of the products and already people want to jump in and do what I do. I am floored!!!

I estimated that by June 2010, I WILL CERTAINLY be making that six figure income. It is really going to happen and I know it, because I have not tried to sell a thing at all and things have picked up with such speed that I am in awe of it.

I want to thank Ellie Drake for having asked that question. I had promised God and the Universe, that I would help a special children's cause in Liberia, Africa, that I have been wanting to support in a big way and my petition was heard. I believe that I will do GREAT this year. I don't have a single doubt.

I want to tell all of the Braveheart Women, to listen to Ellie's advice on courage and passion. You do have what it takes - COURAGE. Even if you have no other resources your courage and being passionate about what you are doing, is what will get the ball rolling and get you what you truly need to accomplish your goals. It is inside of you and God has placed it there. Just dare to believe in your God-given abilities and go for it!

What is happening to me is real! I may be a bit happy right now, but I am trying not to be too elated just yet. I need to channel that energy and remain grounded and focused, because as in all business ventures, there are growing pains and stumbles, and yes even rejection, but Phase I has begun running its course and it is really here and I haven't even tried, except for showing others my passion for what I believe in. I know I am going to make it.

Again, I thank Ellie Drake for making us assert ourselves and our goals with the swift action of raising our hands and believing that we can accomplish our passion in a years time. I believe that.

Within the next week, I will be coaching a bunch of people in one of my many networks, who want me to show them the business, which in term helps me build my business. I am undergoing training myself, but I am going to get through this and help make those ladies successful. This whole situation was totally unexpected!

BELIEVE in your passion and things will begin to unfold and your goals will come to fruition. I am so thankful for all that God has sent my way and Braveheart Women has been a catalyst that has set my passion and my determination in motion.

I just want to share this with the sisters at Braveheart Women. It's the true story about an extraordinary man, who is making a great difference in the lives of many little girls around the world, by putting his life on the line, to build them schools. These blessed little girls are going to bring change to life on our planet.

‎"Educate a boy, and you educate an individual. Educate a girl, and you educate a community". On his work building schools to foster peace among nations and obliterate terrorism — Greg Mortenson, (Three Cups of Tea: One Man's Mission to Promote Peace... One School at a Time).

It is wonderful when a man like Gregg stands up for what he believes, but able bodied women with the resources to do what he is doing, women who stand together in unity and peace, can make a difference in the world in a powerful way.

After I attended the Braveheart Conference, I was so encouraged that I decided start a new jewelry business. Even in this economy I realized that I would do well and my bookings are coming in and I am selling jewelry, even in this bad economy.

I am thrilled that I kept my promise to myself and I encourage people to do what I encouraged my Facebook friends to do below.

Keep remembering to say this to yourself and don't let discouragement stop you from giving up your dream:

"I will look back at the year 2010 ONLY to take stock of what was left undone and make it a point to do it in 2011. No suffering over my losses or punishing myself for them, because heaven knows that life and others do a good job of that. I will leave 2010 in the dust and move on to a new year of great and endless possibilities."

I began the year 2011 with the triumph of getting my business off the ground.

I didn't think I could pull it off so soon, but things are beginning to look up and while I am still on startup mode, I want to share that I am so happy that I mustered up the courage to take the first few steps and learning to crawl for the first few months. The hardest part was shaking self doubt, insecurity and fear of investing in something that I didn't know would take off and fly, but this baby is already walking and it is clear that I will soon be in full flight!!!

I am so happy to share the truth about where I am right now! I am not making the 6 figures that I would like to be making yet, but it is going to happen. I have a cluster jewelry shows coming up and I am thrilled to say, that while I will be nervous standing up in front of several groups of women to share the story of how and why I started my business, introduce the jewelry line and recruit several who have expressed a desire to come on board, I can honestly say that I thank the heavens for the motivation to set my goals in motion in 2011.

Most of all, I must give Ellie Drake and the Braveheart sisters that I met at the California conference a huge embrace and a loving thank you! I want to extend a hearty apology if I ever had any doubt about how important it is for women to come together to uplift, support and collaborate! This is so vital, so important on every level.

The inspiration to come back from the BraveHeartWomen's conference and drum up the courage to start a business in this economy when many businesses are closing, was so powerful that I see great promise for the future now. My business is unaffected by the economy! There is no such thing as a slow economy, it is about wanting to be strong, about helping others to grow while we grow and wanting it bad enough. I am hoping to reach every single goal that I have in 2011.

What I wish to do most from this moment forward is to be a better person, a better woman, a better wife, a better friend, a better sister, a better aunt and a better business woman, on a visceral, morale, spiritual, intellectual and economic level.

Thank you Ellie for the inspiration and thanks to the Braveheart sisters who have been so supportive of me! I would not have gotten to walk, had I not learned to be patient and learn how to crawl first.

Those of you wanting to start a business out there, please be strong and have the courage to do for yourself, what nobody else can or will do for you and for your families.

Love and respect others. Love your Husband or mate, who is willing to support you. Embrace all that is good.

In essence:

Be Kind
Be Compassionate toward other women
Be Benevolent to those who need your support
Be an unselfish Collaborator
Be An inspiration
Be Resourceful
B-E-L-I-E-V-E in your abilities!

I am so thrilled about the Braveheart Women Meet and Greet Tour, in New York coming up on June 25, 2011. I am inviting all of my friends and telling everyone about it.

I started a business and have met a few hundred women through my business and I am inviting them all to the June 26th Meet and Greet and posting it to all of my networks.

My business is beginning to show promise as a result of the inspiration from having attended the Braveheart Women event in Los Angeles, on October 2010. I got my dosage of inspiration and it's truly just beginning to fire up even more.

I never imagined it would be this way, but some beautiful things are happening!

I love being a Braveheart Woman.

Braveheart Sisters,

I'm so psyched tonight, that I could not sleep, so I got up and wrote a new fundraiser proposal for a theatre on Broadway that needs funding.

An actor and Broadway singer myself and Silpada entrepreneur, I am using my business to support non-profits in education, medicine, women's crime units, orphanages, music, theatre and the arts and now, I'm gonna help keep the NEON LIGHTS ON, on Broadway. Yes!!!

I don't know what I will need to do as a BraveHeart Woman to become one of the 300 women to travel to the middle east, to embrace the women of Israel and the women of Palestine, but whether I make it there or not, my desire is for the hearts of all women who will attend that momentous occasion, to join their hearts together with arms outstretched toward each other in a solemn prayer for peace and solidarity, because the children of the world and the entire globe will experience a tremendous sigh of relief for the future of our planet and it will start with the peacemakers and women with true brave hearts.
