Ladies,
I'm impressed with how much input I received from my two little blog posts so far...
I've been a writer for a number of years and have used the blog method for the past 6 of those years. I received more comments in two days then I did in two years! Amazing!!!
So, a few of you asked for some details about me. That seems fair... everyone is so honest and transparent here, why not me?
My life has revolved around tending to a very large family for almost 3 decades... I have 5 children of my own and a step son.
For the past 15 years I've been raising them on my own, which certainly gives a woman some hearty perspective on how to be in the world in the most efficient and considerate way...(Ever hang out with a teenager? You learn quickly how to frame a question so that you actually get an answer... ;o) ).
All my kids were born at home and I nursed continuously for 13 years... (no, I didn't plan it that way, but it happened... for reals... and I remain in love with my breasts, thank you very much!)
My passions have included children, gardening, yoga, strength training, hiking, astrology, morning coffee, writing, reading, teaching others and inspiring the BEST out of anyone who seeks me out. My training includes astrological methods and science, theta healing, Reiki, straight up "life coaching", stress expert... (and I have certifications for those two abilities... ) and I'm psychic it appears, or really flippin' intuitive... so I'm a unique sort of "soul teacher"...
I love life and love to do anything that's fun to do. I'm honest, forthright and consistent. What you see is what you get.
Also, I'm the creator of Inspiring the Amazon Within, which is a home study course for women who want to achieve fitness in all areas of their lives: physically, emotionally and spiritually.
I have a lover and he's been in my life for 13 years... so, I really like him. I live with a cat and some random spiders.
My youngest child is a teenager so I'm tip toeing around still, but now I smile about it instead of worry that I'm going to send him into therapy when he's older... I've accepted that its possible for any of them (my kids) to be "ruined" by my particular form of parenting and know that if they do need therapy, they'll pay for it themselves...
For now, that's a nice synopsis of me... and I'm reading all of yours, so beware the lurking cat lady... she's smiling at you!
Cheers,
Kyle
