LOL! ...  ... Thank YOU for sharing, Amelia! ... ... With the "smart" dog or doggy videos making their appearance today or yesterday, all I can say is ... Thank GOODness we do not grade puppies! ...  ... To avoid misunderstandings, let me simply state that as someone who graduated first in my class from high school and college I know the damage that trying to be "first" in anything can do ...  ... Hence, while my son was following in my footsteps in public school, when life presented a "fork in the road" of life, I enrolled him in the same private school that our great President Barack Hussein Obama graduated from ...  ... I HOPE that some day SOON my son will prove that the "fork in the road" that I saw so many years ago ... presented a choice and that I chose with only love in my heart ... with a belief that being a "little" fish in a big pond was really so much better than being a "big" fish in a little pond ... ... The damage our educational system does to so many children by grading them is something I feel passionate about ... An "A" in one school is not an "A" in another school ... And, generally speaking, what we "teach" people when we "judge" them is that they are somehow lacking, OR, probably worse, that they are somehow "better than" others ... So, when I heard dear Dr. Ellie speak sooooo many truths at RISE! I knew I had found a wonder-filled Global Community where people do truly embrace others with only love in their hearts and with "no judgements" ... We are ALL "inspiration in action" ... We ALL believe passionately in what we EACH believe ... And, we are ALL authentic individuals who only seek to manifest the many gifts EACH of us are truly BLESSED with ... ... So, dear Amelia and Audie, I thank you from the depths of my being for sending us ALL the doggy videos and the "doggie" lessons of life ... ... Sometimes, we learn soooooo much by looking at God's beautiful creatures who truly do understand "unconditional love" ... ... With my love and blessings to ALL ... ... Aloha pume hana, Barb
