Thanks Amy, I really needed to hear your words of wisdom just now. I use to have a problem with sitting still. Now, I'm learning to do it. I believe in your remedy to listen to myself, instead of seeking advice from others all the time. Soul searching and seeking is where I will find the best answer of them all, from my concious contact with my "God" from within. Thanks so much. Tracy
