What is freedom?
And what does it truly mean for you?

How I view freedom has evolved over the years.
Today I see freedom this way...

FREEDOM Is absolutely Believing what you truly want to Believe!

FREEDOM Is Seeing & Experiencing the Life you came here to Live!

FREEDOM Is feeling High and flying Free!

FREEDOM Is Love & Expression!

So why do we resist this? Seems crazy when you think about it... why would you not want to absolutely believe what you truly want to believe so you can manifest your heart desires and live your dreams?

The thing is... it’s just not possible to believe what you truly want to believe if it opposes another belief you believe to be true.

We cling on to old beliefs that no longer serve us because we don’t want to change.
Oh we want to change we just don’t want to let go of what’s keeping us from changing.

What if you could take a chance on change?

Instead of resisting... Ask Your Self...
What (beliefs) am I willing to let go of in order to become who I came here to be?

What (beliefs) are you willing to say goodbye to in order to Live Your Soul Life!

“One becomes a butterfly when one desires to fly so much that one is willing to give up being a caterpillar.”

Take a chance on change & say YES to your FREEDOM!

When You BELIEVE In What You Truly Want To BELIEVE
You Are FREE To Be Who You Truly Are

YOU ARE AMAZING!
Be Who You Are

& you begin...
Living Life In A High Light
Seeing With Your Soul’s Sight
This is Living Alive!

Love Always

Dearest BraveHeart Amy,

Thank you for sharing ... :-x ...

Lest there be any misunderstanding ... I AM living the life I wish to live, except that my body didn't wish to come along for the ride ... ??? ... ?:| ... Now, I understand HOW to deal with this AND the reasons WHY will be dealt with in due course ...

I know that what I AM living is amazing! ... My mind got me here and what I possess is coveted by many ... but ... in the years ahead, I will share it with ALL who are open to receiving it ... :-x ...

YOU confided in me as YOU are an honest and sincere person ... and in TRUST, let me simply say that I DO have an answer for YOU ... but ... ALL in God's time ... :-x ...

I know that your view of FREEDOM may be more REAL than mine OR it may BE more REAL for you ... but, not necessarily for me ... I hope you will seek to understand what I AM trying to say ... I think that your definition of FREEDOM omits one important element ... one which I have birthed for many ... May your definition continue to evolve …

Mind/body integration as Wynn H. Tamura said IS wholeness ... WE, none of us, are "whole" without BOTH our minds and our bodies ... And, honestly, I simply fail to understand what I know most on this site seem to suggest which is to, in my mind, dishonor their minds ... ??? ... ?:| ...

Here, I must ask for your indulgence as the "smallness of words" as Rhonda used to say limits my ability to graciously state what I have come to know over my lifetime and which Wynn H. Tamura, who I was guided to this fine evening sooo artfully articulates ...

Someday, when I am able to share the gift that I have in my life and what my entire life's journey has birthed ... until then ... I am still in the process of PROVING the value of what it is was birthed for me to share ... although for those who have been in my life for any length of time ... the proof has already been delivered ... ;) ...

And, so it IS ... :-x ... :-x ... :-x ...

With gratitude for ALL that IS ... with profound respect ... my love and many blessings ... :-x ...

Aloha pume hana,

Barb
Hey Amy, you are awesome. You know it's been forever since I've been on BraveHeartWomen. The spirit moved me to read this becuz it came at a time that I don't feel so free : /. My husband had surgery on wednesday & I am his nurse at home. But, I'm thankful that I have a husband to care for & some loving children that pitch in & help. Even though we are missing the celebrations with our church & family we are still so blest to have a God who loves us the way that only He could. Thank you, Amy & great blessings to all.
Amy,

When you asked that question about change, you inspired me to share a poem I had written many years ago about just that - Change.

Please check out my Create Healing and Love Now Community at Braveheart Women. I would love to hear your comment.

Warmly,

Erica
Amen Sister!! This is so true - there is nothing quite like the freedom of finally believing what I want to believe. Why it took me this long ................ who knows exactly --- no doubt some fear - risk - etc. But the good news??? I have finally let all those things go.

I love this feeling that Freedom brings. Thanks for the beautiful words Amy, I resonate with all of them.

Peacefully,
Nancy
Dear Amy,

Thank you for reminding me,that FREEDOM is more than just being free, Why do we resist change so much, knowing deep down how much we will gain by deciding to change. I guess is has more to do with fear and also not really wanting to take the necessary actions.
So sad,how we hold ourselves back by resisting.
Great blog.
Love and Blessings.
