Dear Dr. Sugar, ♥Thank you so very much…  It was so good seeing you, too. You were in my dream the other night and our time there made up for the time I didn’t get to spend with you at RISE. Knowing what your Heart has to say is a Feeling process, not a thinking process. And the only way to Feel Your Heart’s Guidance is to Open your Heart. That’s why it can be confusing trying to figure out what the Heart wants to express and when you ‘think’ you know, that’s the thinking mind, which can be misleading… The Heart closes when it become blocked by stored unfinished energy patterns from the past and on many levels we’re taught to keep our Heart closed all the time. ♥You can begin to Open Your Heart by shifting your awareness from the mind to your Heart and it’s important to Breathe… take time to Be in your Heart… Feel the Energy there… Imagine it Opening… as you continue to breathe… and if it feels uncomfortable or painful at first… know that that’s old stuff wanting to be released so it’s a good thing… let it go. At first try you may/may not feel much… know that it is a Practice and the more you practice the more you will feel.. Hey my dear friend & soul sister!!! First let me say it was SO great to see you at RISE but I really missed spending some quality time together.... the experience was so jam packed full of amazing things. Wonderful blog with excellent tips and so much wisdom! It is indeed true that the old stuff (subconscious blocked energies) is indeed wanting and needing to be RELEASED! Dear JoseeMarie , ♥Thank you for being here* The mind is so good at making things ‘seem’ so overwhelming that’s for sure. If only we would learn to rely on our heart...Life as we know it, would be so easier, so much better. What you said is True! And we can relearn… We are meant to rely on our Heart.. To Live from our Heart not from our head. Yet we’ve been taught since birth to think everything through… to base all decisions by the mind. ♥Now is the time to change that… to switch from mind consciousness to Heart Consciousness… this is a Practice that must become routine for change to happen… and it is happening…. Hi Amy , The painting is a beautiful inspiration,but I missed seeing you and hearing your voice. To be honest with my BHS somewhere I heard that the heart is very deceitful,also think they said" that it is in the Bible",therefore I feel that this belief blocks me for being connected,can anyone enlighten me on this? I totally agree! I have always had a wild secret part, which is in tune with my heart. Little children should be allowed to unfold freely, like a water lilly, or butterfly emerging from a chrysalis to experience who they are with joy. My early childhood was spent in exploration, making friends with little creatures, living freely. It is always with me. Dear Amy, Thank you for this Heart warming exercise that i know is truly from Your Heart to Ours.
