I Love that you Celebrate birthdays, babies being born & holidays...
I want to know... when was the last time you Celebrated YOU?

You, Wise Being, understand the Power of Gratitude...
I want to know... do you understand the Magnitude of Celebrating Your Triumphs?

I listen to you giving thanks and you are full of appreciation...
I want to know... where's the demonstration... where's the freakin' Party?

I hear you after you accomplish something huge thinking it wasn't a big deal...
I want to know... who taught you to disregard your Victories?

I see you going over and over in your mind your perceived mishaps and failures...
I want to know... where is the same obsession for your Wins and Successes?

I watch you enthusiastically cheer others on for winning games...
I want to know... where's the Applause for your Wins?

Celebrate means to Honor, Rejoice, Recognize, & Praise...
I want to know... when will You take the time to Honor Who You Are... Rejoice in Your New Awareness’s... Recognize Every Step that Moves You Forward... & Praise All Your Accomplishments?

So what is worth Celebrating?

Every Single Thing that reminds You of Who You Are... every new Awareness & Understanding... every time you grasp the Truth a bit more... every time you Release that which you no longer require in your life... all those Amazing Ah Ha moments... when you thought you couldn't and yet You Did!... little Awakenings... knowing Fulfillment... when you Honor Your Word... whatever makes you Laugh... when Things you've been wanting Show Up in your life... anything that Opens your Heart... tears of Inspiration... Eye Opening events... every step that Moves You Forward on your phenomenal journey... every time you Freely Express Your Self... every time you Share Your Valuable Gifts... & so much more!

& How is it to be Celebrated?

Like a child excited on Christmas morning... Like a mother welcoming her new child... Like YOU receiving Every Thing Your Heart Desires right Now!...

By Rejoicing! Cheering! Jumping up & down!... Dancing! Singing! Beating the drum! Letting loose! Applauding! Raising the Energy! Living it up! Laughing & Embracing!

I want YOU to know... You are worth Celebrating!! So...

Hi Amy!

I love celebrating with you!

I can hear your laugh in my head!

So often, I accomplish something or likewise and I do not stop and breathe it in....I am on to the next thing. I do not allow myself the reward of even a peaceful rest and regrouping.

I do not know if it is that I feel I do not deserve the acknowledgment... even if it is only me recognizing the accomplishment or otherwise?? I know that I never feel that what I do is enough and then if it is enough.....its never good enough.

One of the things that I so relish and respect about my BraveHeart sisters is that they show me, remind me, see me in a way I might not be able to see myself at times. They remind me from where I came and of the progress I have made.....and when we get together....we all rejoice because as we look into each others eyes we see ourselves.....because we can see the beauty, bravery, courage in each other so much more clearly.

I am forever grateful to the women in this community! One being you my dear blessed Amy. I adore you!:-x

I love the pictures...I look forward to catching up with you!

Love,

Debra

How easy it is to celebrate others but not ourselves! Or if we succeed, to start to think 'it wasn't that difficult if I could do it'

Very recently, I had the results of a psychiatric studies diploma, that I had put a lot of research into. I hardly dared open the envelope, lest I had failed, as had happened to me as a childI

Amazingly, not only did I pass, not only with a grade of Distinction! but with a pass mark of 98%!!!!!!

Brave Heart Women, -and especially you Amy, have helped me to hold on to that amazing feeling of euphoria, especially as we Brits tend to be self effacing!

Thank you!!! and to my 'sisters across the 'Pond!

Hello dear Amy, thank you for this wonderful reminder to Celebrate. I will send it to all of my Australian friends so you will know that it is going near and far and into the Southern Hemisphere. Is that o.k. with you? Ariandel.:^O
Hi Amy

What a great reminder for us all to celebrate. There are so many things that we don't take the time to celebrate, we don't take the "live alive" attitude.

You have so eloquently said it....CELEBRATE...and enjoy your accomplishments or success along the way. There are times when we can also celebrate our "failures", for in these we have grown and learned a lesson, that is always worth a celebration. For we are growing.Awaken and celebrate:-x

Dearest Amy, :)

What a fabulous reminder!! I love it - taking time to celebrate the wins - big or small!

Today I rejoice in my courage to say what is difficult to hear!
Today I rejoice honoring my truth.
Today I rejoice for the ability to help another woman Rise.

I rejoice :-D in having you in my life!

Love,
Lynette

Amy, that is the MOST BESTEST, AWESOMEST,
BEAUTIFUL blog post I have ever READ.

I LOVE IT!! I tried to write one of these, but did not express what was inside as well as you did here.
MAGNIFICANT!

I did send out an email to a few friends to get together to "dance and sing" like no one is watching. A small group of 7 or so, to bring our most favorite fun song we like right now, and then we each play the song, dance and sing if we want.
I did this before with a ladies club (except I left out the dance and sing part), so I added it for this go round.

I would love to re-post your blog with your community link attached on my blog and to my newletter subscribers.
Let me know if that is okay.

Can you email a quick yes to :
annettes@wynndel.ca
Thanks so much, I really, really love this post.
I am right beside you, dancing and CELEBRATING .
