Before we begin… You know how sometimes when you read you See wonderful Images in your Mind’s eye… and you Know how Easy it is for you… to See in your mind’s eye even with your eyes open… and sometimes you Feel so Relaxed just by allowing some words to Engage your Imagination… and as you read… you Hear your Own Voice speaking to you and… you Notice how Familiar it sounds… how Good You Feel… to Connect with You…... y e s .... E x c e l l e n t ! Now… Read further… very slowly… ONLY if… You have a moment… or nine To go back… or… forward… in time… To a Wonderful Space in your Mind** Breathe Now in order for You to E x p e r i e n c e this very wonderful space in your mind It’s Imperative You pay Attention… You follow along… You Read very S L O W L Y … You BREATHE… and… You ‘hear’ Your voice not mine If you don’t mind you don’t mind Now… Inhale… slowly… And… Exhale… slowly… You are doing Fine you are doing fine Can you Imagine that as You read each word… and B r e a t h e… You Inhale Love & Light* and you Exhale tension and tightness You Inhale LOVE and LIGHT* and exhale anything unlike love And You Feel G o o d You feel very good If y o u are ready to go deeper relaxed Just I m a g i n e… You are Relaxing… You are l e t t i n g g o… Yo u a r e R e l a x i n g… Y o u a r e l e t t i n g g o… And layers of heaviness are melting away… Leaving you L i g h t and F r e e you feel light and free Now I m a g i n e a ball of white light f l o a t i n g above your head… A b e a u t i f u l ball of h e a l i n g white light filled with pure L O V E… And it begins to gently and s l o w l y move down thru the center of your body… Mo v i n g from the top of your head… down behind your eyes… past your throat… C a r e s s i n g your heart… traveling down your solar plexus… And finally resting at the base of your spine… … Now as you F e e l the light energy… Resting at the base of your spine… Grounded In LOVE you are g r o u n d e d in love Continue b r e a t h i n g… in… and… out… Now as you exhale… Feel your Heart O p e n i n g… Connected with You you are c o n n e c t e d with you Bathed in Love & Light … you are b a t h e d in love and light Opening more and more… To Who You Are Wouldn’t it be amazing if you r e m e m b e r this feeling as you sink deeper and deeper relaxed into… Who You Are And You will start to Remember Who You truly Are And you really become interested in Who You Are & what you LOVE And you completely understand Who You Are & fathom your FREEDOM And you begin to deeply experience Who You Are & what you’re here to EXPRESS And YOU FEEL G r e a t LOVE for Who YOU Are you feel great love for who you are And You Realize this Wonderful Space in Your Mind is Who You Are Now as You B r e a t h this Beautiful Feeling Into your Heart… lovingly place your hands on your heart & affirm… * * * * * ♥ I Am POWER ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am LIGHT ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am ENERGY ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am JOY ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am CREATIVITY ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am ABUNDANCE ♥ * * * * * * * * * * * * * * ♥ I Am LOVE ♥ * * * * * * * * * And… I am… F R E E … to … E X P R E S S … W h o … I … Am… Be Who You Are!
