Now… Read further… very S l o w l y … ONLY if… You are willing to slow down… And you have a moment… or five… To feel how Love brings you Alive B r e a t h e Now in order for you to E x p e r i e n c e How Love brings you Alive… You’ll find it’s Essential… You pay Attention… You follow along… You Read very S L O W L Y … You B R E A T H E … and… You Open Your Mind… You are inclined to open your mind Now… Inhale… slowly… And… Exhale… slowly… Very good… You are so Good you are so good In any moment… You are B r e a t h i n g I n … Or… You are B r e a t h i n g O u t … No holding please… Always a Circle of B r e a t h i n g … Breathing with ease… Every time you exhale… You are R e l e a s i n g … You are R e l a x i n g … You are L e t t i n g G o… And… Every time you inhale… Breathing in Luminous Light… You are O p e n i n g … You are R e l a x i n g ... You are E x p a n d i n g ... And You Feel Good you feel very good I wonder if you can now imagine... You are cradled in motherly comfort... In the most lovely nurturing space... Feeling so Supported Warm and Safe you are supported warm and safe R e l a x i n g A n d D r i f t i n g D e e p e r R e l a x e d The earth at your feet is grounding you… And the exquisite blue sky above… Begins gently showering you… With a Cloudburst of Harmonizing Light… sparkling white glittering shimmering light And a Downpour of Seraphic Ethereal Love... you are showered with angelic celestial love Feel how it feels… As you are being Brilliantly bathed… Sense subtle sublime sensations… As this Purifying light and love shower is… C l e a n s i n g Y o u r M i n d cleansing your mind H e a l i n g Y o u r H e a r t healing your heart F r e e i n g Y o u r S o u l freeing your soul A w a k e n i n g Y o u r S p i r i t awakening your spirit Continue breathing… in… and… out… Now as you exhale… Allow your heart to open… And then open some more… And feel all the Love that comes from Your Heart so much love comes from your magnificent heart Now Utilize Your M A G I C A L Mind ... to V i s u a l i z e A Rainbow of Effervescent Colors... Amy thank you so much. This is exactly what I needed to see and participate in at this very moment. I am in the process of learning how to love once again or maybe really for the first time. At any rate I do believe that we are better able to love when we joyfully and consciously accept where we are at the present. This was a very grounding meditation and quite pleasant.
