Wow....all I can say is WOW...I havent been on here in awhile and I have to say I truly have missed all your inspiring words... Thank you Christina Thank you very much Amy for reminding me that I need to guard my thoughts and change the negatives to positives. Thank you!!! This is exactly what I needed to hear today! My husband is facing a possible union strike at work, and life has been a little stressful for our family the past few weeks. I will share this with him too, as we have both been having thoughts that aren't serving us. Thank you for continuing to inspire me!!! I am grateful! That is Wonder-full Amy! Thank You!!! What an inspiring way to start the day! Thank You Amy for your presence and the positive outlook your bring through your community. The artwork is quite beautiful and for me this morning it inspired a thought of faith, faith in myself more specifically. So any negative self-talk that comes up today will be swept away by remembering this image as a cue to change my thought and remind myself that each day is a blank canvas and we are the artist. For those who do not know of The Work by Byron Katie, I suggest that you check out her website, rich in guidance on the very subject of changing our thoughts. Have a thoughtmindful day everyone!

And isn't it weird how many of us get stuck in the same old thought patterns and beliefs - and we don't have to! All we need is "a new thought". My new thought, inspired by your beautiful piece, is "letting go." I'm going to let go of old stuff, let go of thoughts and patterns that don't help me or anyone else, and do a major emtional and mental "downsizing"!!! Thank you for your encouraging words.
