Hi Amy, How wonderful to come to that realisation that some of that chatter does not serve us well - real periods of growth come with such honesty. One thing I will say is that not all 'chatter' is negative. I have found that sometimes we have to trust our intuition. If there is a nagging voice in our heads, we must first listen and then either trust and go with it or ignore it. The key is recognising it as you have done. Much love, Chineme
