Ok ladies,

Thought I would give you all a little laughter in your day. Picture this... I read about the Kefir and how delicious it is...and how it looks and taste so yummy. Just like a dessert. WELL.....I took ones advice and went and bought some at the store..." now I did get the plain one I must admit but I do not like berries so the flavored ones were out for me" But I get home... pour it into a glass .. and I must say..It did look yummy...Poured like a thick vanilla shake mmmmmmmmm..." So I took a nice big gulp and OMGGGGGGGGGG...IT WAS LIKE DRINKING CURDLED MILK ...yuck yuck yuck...

Now it is my understanding this stuff is suppose to do wonders for the digestive track and also has many other health benefits...Suppose to give you lots of energy as well. So I am going to have to try and figure out a way to make it more palitable. Hmmmmm this is going to be tough haha

Well ladies hope you enjoyed my little adventure..

Hi Ladies,

Thank you both for your comments

Ellen? You are so right it is compared to yogurt and yes you are right there is a life lesson in there somewhere. However I have to tell you I must disagree with you..I think the lesson is sometimes we must eat those things that are good for us..even if they don't taste very well" haha So lets see if I continue to stand by that comment in a few week after trying to get this stuff down. haha I might be agreeing with you by then... Or maybe I will find a way to make it all taste good.

Rebecca,

Ha Ha Ha..haha I can hear you laughing too!!!!!! But I must tell you I don't think spinach sounds like a good mix...I am going to try raw honey or maybe some fresh something or other haha.. Will let you know how i make out .. I am hoping if all the benefits of this stuff are true...That I will be able to acquire a taste for it..haha :) I'll keep you posted.

Thanks ladies.!!!!!!! always love your comments

Hi Donna
I am afraid that I am laughing...I can picture you drinking this and then not wanting to do that again!!! Perhaps you can mix it up (if it is like yogurt) into a shake with some spinach and things to help the taste! Good Luck and enjoy!!!

Isn't Kefir like yogurt? Unflavored, that's the worst! Ought to come with a lab exam. Thanks for the reminderthat just because something's good for us doesn't mean we have to eat it! There's a life lesson in there somewhere,
