BEING TRUE TO WHO YOU ARE

As usual I am sitting here wondering.."What should I share with my braveheartsisters today" The first thing that popped into my head was the very joyous experience I had on Nov 3. I became a great aunt for the second time. YEAH!!!!!!! Seeing this beautiful healthy soul beginning his journey in life made me think of several things. 1) Gratitude...because I was so grateful that both he and mommy were both ok after their experience together. 2) Joy...because it was so joyful to see the happiness that this birth brought to so many. 3) The amazing thing also is that this little guy is totally unaware of the joy he brought to so many. Isn't that amazing? But it proved something to me.. I looked at this child and thought to myself..,,he is setting an example for those who look close enough for the message. There he is...."being who he is" True to himself..because he knows no other way to be.. and its affect? Equals love, joy, happiness, balance of body mind and spirit etc. It made me realize...Its when we are "true to who we are/ourselves ...that we gain balance in our lives and our spirit.. And most of all we are able to share that possitive energy ,,, with all those around us even if we don't say a word we can still have a positive affect on others. Truly amazing how energy works. I guess it speaks for itself.
