Great idea, Annette! We eat "raw" as much as possible too. Our breakfast 5 days of the week is a fruit smoothie....done in the Vita Mix (love that machine!). Recipe for 2: About 1 cup juice (no sugar) Soy yogurt 3-4 kinds of fresh fruit 2 scoops Macro Greens (powdered Super Foods) 2 Tbsp raw honey Ice Blend and enjoy! Last night I made a vegetable soup....went a bit overboard and put a whole can of Rotel tomatoes in it. (Rotel is tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.) WOW...it was a bit on the "spicy" side! I use to grow my own wheat, and make wheat shots!!! You can add it to apple juice , green tea,or just about anything. I love the green!!! Good for You Annette! What is Glory Bowl dressing? I just tried using Jicama and Beets.....and Horseradish....the real stuff....(I like it hot) I really feel like I'm being good to myself when I make myself a healthy drink! I dont do it enough claiming not to have the time. I have been at least shaking up flax seed and water to drink my vitamins down. I hope to see you at RISE!
