Dear Audie, Thank you for sharing! ...  ... Gratitude to ALL who serve whether in foreign lands or here at home ... Those who serve from the heart ... To them we owe a great debt that can never be repaid ... At the very least, I join those who do what we can when the various organizations appeal for help ... to help the paralyzed veteran, the disabled veteran ... the USO ... There are many organizations trying to do their part ... We owe them some help for the service they provide(d) from the heart is truly amazing and certainly warms any parent's heart ... To choose to serve at home or abroad ... And, in truth, in uniform or out ... to choose to serve from the heart ... that is what I choose to honor ... Those who choose to empower our country, our way of life ... our vision for world peace ... There are many from around the world who question our motives, who question our rights, who question why we should lead ... In answer .. we serve ... EACH ONE who chooses from the heart to do so .. in uniform or out ... We must NEVER forget that we are EACH empowered to serve ... to assist ... to honor ... to remember ... to never forget ... When our way of life is threatened WE RISE! to defend it ... WE RISE! to give meaning and purpose to the defense of our GREAT nation ... For whatever reason the United States of America has been chosen for it sentinel role ... WE must sustain it ... For the defense of our culture ... of our way of life ... IS FREEDOM for ALL ... in this country and out ... OUR VISION for WORLD PEACE is REAL and we must never forget ... it IS a choice for EACH of us to serve ... in uniform or out ... May God Bless our GREAT country ... and the way of life we ALL enjoy ... May FREEDOM always remain the beacon of hope for ALL who dwell on Earth ... this Christmas and EVERY Christmas ... let us NEVER FORGET ...what it ALL means ... WHY we ALL choose to serve ... in uniform or out ... in this country or out ... DAY IN ... and DAY OUT ... ... Let's NEVER forget! .... Aloha pume hana, Barb
