Developing one's sixth sense ...

Dear BHW Sisters,

Let me say that I have enhanced my "sixth sense" since joining this Community ... I have come to realize that almost imperceptible "shift" ...

I AM changed ... My priorities have changed ... ... ... ...

I live in the REAL world where one must always BE vigilant ...

I live in the REAL world where saying something like I've developed my "sixth sense" ... would likely BE MISunderstood ...

Oh well ...

I know that in recent days ... I have taken that "proverbial leap of faith" ... and I AM UNcertain where this will ALL lead me ... but ... that I need to follow my "sixth sense" like never before in my life ... TRUSTING ... in the Divine Order of things ... TRUSTING ... in HIS time ... is UNmistakably the RIGHT choice ... ...

I learned today that my friend/client passed away ... It occurred on a different island, so I was UNaware as I had lost phone contact with her ... I called her son, who lives in Minnesota, this morning to follow-up as is my MO ... and we had an amazing conversation ... My friend passed 10 days after she moved to her new address ... 12 days after we had that talk together which I posted here on the BHW Blogs ... I AM soooo glad to have had that chance to talk to her one last time ... I almost didn't ... I almost missed that call ... I would have been clueless until I would have received that call from her son informing me of her passing ...

Wow! ... What a difference a day makes ... What a difference my decision to reach out and call that Saturday not that long ago ... Wow! ... ...

The messages embedded in that ONE experience guided me to one of the many decisions I needed to make ...

I have STOPPED "settling" ... I have STOPPED denying my destiny ... I have started to pay REAL attention ... I have started to notice things I tried to rationalize away ...

I AM not certain where all the series of decisions I AM BEing called upon to make in the days ahead will take me ... but ... there IS no denying that the way ahead is clear ...

I need to follow my own "instincts" ... I need to! ... ...

Thank you, Phyllis, for guiding my way ... for helping me to SEE just HOW I DO make a DIFFERENCE in people's lives ... ordinary ... caring ... good and decent people! ... ... ... ...

Two roads lead to the way ahead ... Which ONE I will take will be determined in the next few months ... certainly in the next year ...

Stay tuned, my dear BHW Sisters ...There are lessons to be learned ... lessons to share ... of that, I have absolutely no doubt ... ... ... ...
