Dear Billie, That's wonderful news about Kim!! Whenever I'm wanting to 'find' my focus... I Stop all the chatter in my head & I take a deep breath enjoying the Silence. I think about all the things in my Life that I am Grateful for. Sometimes I even write them down. Then I ask my Self 'What do I want? What do I desire? How would it Feel if I were experiencing that right Now?' And, as I ask these questions and Feel the response in a wonderful state of Gratitude...
