Write it down

When you write it you can’t fight it. It is in black and white, concrete and ready for the next step. ACTION! Keep it simple. Be clear and honest when evaluating your skills and preferences. Focus your attention on relationships and obligations that are crucial. Organize your home and work priorities in order of importance. You can manage your time more effectively! There are no excuses.

You might consider breathing and relaxation techniques These exercises have a calming, refreshing effect. When at home take a few minutes to relax, stretch, and breathe deeply. What is your plan for the day?
