The Gift of Today

Dear cheryl,my Infomercial partner,it is always good to be reminded, that this is the moment I have, this moment that I am leaving a comment to you blog, focused on your words and my answer. I can' t wait to reach the level where I don't have to remind myself or be reminded to be in the moment. It must be awesome, to savour each moment to the fullest, without thinking of the what happened before of what will be coming.Pure bliss. Two things stand out right away when I watched this video: perspective and dedication.
1. Perspective: You see how the coach blindfolded his player before he coached him into doing something he never thought he could do?
When you are setting and working toward your goals it really helps if you can give yourself a change in perspective.
You cannot solve a problem with the same consciousness that created it. - Einstein
Give yourself the best opportunity to create change and manifest your goals by forcing yourself to look at your situation through new eyes (or no eyes at all).
2. Dedication: The coach asked his player to give him his best and then held him accountable for his commitment.
Dreams and dedication are a powerful combination. - William Longgood
Are you dedicated to achieving your best? Or are you dedicated to mediocrity?
What can a good coaching program do for you? Do you want to reach the 20 yard line? 50 yard line? Or the 100 yard line landing in the end zone?
I love your comment, "Moving forward is a new beginning" HOW are you going to move forward... commit to it and BELIEVE it as if it already exists!
Here's to living with PASSION!
