I sometimes forget what I teach and facilitate...Thank your for the reminder. Debra, Liv, and Carmen, I love the way your comments reflect your spring cleaning personalities Hi Chickee Thanks for the reminder I love spring cleaning for mind, body, soul and house. Love you and send a big happy hug your way Carmen Yes Anna - I'm on way out the door to continue my day, but I was trying to give my brain a mental enema first and tried it last night, but it's just something to keep clearing every chance you get. Seriously! Old stuff gets in the way, and sometimes it's funny, but can also be so exhausting. Hey, let's start reminding each other about mind enemas on line. It'll be a book you make especially for this purpose - with pages you can tear out and throw away after writing things down that don't matter anymore, or have already been resolved. Time to make room for new ideas and toss out what's no longer useful.- it's a good therapy practice Thanks, Liv I love de-cluttering!!! not only in spring, but when I feel stuck.....it is a way to breakthrough for me......I get the urge to clear out a drawer....a closet....and I breathe as I go....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh Love Debra The Honor Your TruthCommunity Dear Anna, Thank you for that astute phrase, "mental 'hoarders'." I'll remember that one -- because it's really worth hoarding! Thank you for this thought. It will give me something to ponder today. Of course, clutter in or on your mind is much harder to see or recognize than clutter in your room. And how many of us are mental 'hoarders' and don't know it? And who do we trust to help us sort it all out and to decide what to keep and what not?
