Thanks so much for sharing this enlightening video with us. How serendipitous. I have been gifted with this video three times this week. Each time I view it, I get something new from it. It is so full of valuable lessons for us and our children. My favorite takeaway from the video--you are the creator of your own experience. As I tell my children and grandchildren, you are the creator of your universe--so use your power wisely.
This uplifting video reminds me to stay in the flow of all that is good and to pass that sweet energy along to all those I come in contact with. So many times, we find ourselves surrounded by people and situations that would try to put us in a place of fear and doubt. That's when we need to lock into the flow of goodness that dwells within us and trust that well-being is always flowing to us. I love listening to Abraham--so much so that I bought several of the Hick's CDs. I pop them in my car when I'm going on a long trips. By the time I get to my destination, I'm safe and secure in the middle of the vortex--basking in the energy that is "ALL GOOD." Peace, blessings, and much love to you. Hello Karla, Thank you for watching the video and reporting what you saw and heard. It seems that you have given a message to your children that is very similar to Esther's message! Esther answers the question, "Is there a devil or satan?" by responding, "Tell her 'Yes, man made him up. . .It's a figment of man's imagination." Language is the source of much misunderstanding and separativity. Other words used to help understand the terms 'satan' or the 'devil' are the unlit mind, ignorance, limitation, darkness and unconsciousness. The 'FEAR Factor' is also something that Esther is suggesting that we do not impose upon a child's consciousness. She suggests to say something like: "So I don't think, sweet girl, that it's (the devil) anything you need to ever worry about again." Going to our heart of hearts helps before we tell our brand of truth to our children - or to anyone else for that matter. Aloha Sheila, I value your: "Honoring what we "know" can protect us from many hurtful and harmful situations and people. It is a great skill for children to learn early in their lives." I agree Sheila; as children grow up and move into the so-called 'outside world', their inner knowing or gut feeling will help to guide them to the best direction. Big children, as well, must learn to trust their feelings about all things. Yes, sometimes confusing because our ego gets in the way; nevertheless, very helpful. Thank you for sending the link...I watched, I listened, and the only thing I agreed with that she said was that there is a God, and there is no Santa, everything else felt "off to me". I never told my children that there was a Santa, Fairies (tooth or otherwise), or easter bunnies. I said they all are pretend to represent good things in the world that were given a name, and there is nothing wrong with pretending. God is the source of that goodness, and the Devil is the thief.....they are very real. To this day, my children don't doubt that I will always tell them the truth, even if they don't like what I have to say. aloha Rijuta, Thank you for bringing this delightful video to us. I know the value Ester Hicks is sharing about our desire to encourage our children to know the goodness of Source. I loved how she said, "if you have a feeling that something is off, it is off". TRUST YOURSELF! We often know when something is off and than talk ourselves out of it. Honoring what we "know" can protect us from many hurtful and harmful situations and people.
