Is there anyone who you would rather have directing your life than yourself? If there is no one other than you, then take the reins in your hands and direct your life consciously! To help you know where you stand as the Director of your life, I invite you to answer the following questions - according to your own truth. What are some of the ways you can be a conscious Director? (To help you, think of some of the responsibilities of a film director~) - Have you created a vision of what you would like your life to be and are you carrying out that vision step by step? - Is your vision in alignment with your mission and your purpose? - What kind of a story is your life telling about you? - What kind of story are you telling about the chapters in your life? - What have you intended as the ideal setting and the ideal actors who will play the major roles in your life? - Are you working closely with your cast and extra crew members to ensure that the rehearsals and 'shows' run smoothly and in harmony? - Have you decided where the genius in you will spend your time, energy and attention? - Are you willing to add more color, special effects, music and artistic touches as you proceed? - Do you Invite suggestions by trusted allies? - Are you grateful to all who assist you, especially the major players? - I invite you to create your own questions - questions that will serve to guide you to be more of a conscious director of your life. If you leave the direction of your life to the forces that 'be', who knows where and what may be the place and circumstances of the 'default' zone! Thank you for always adding your unique perspective on a discussion: "There are many times and many circumstances when we must change our direction through a 'conscious choice'. However when we make those choices and feel peace and joy in our soul, then we know it is the best and right path to take on our journey".

When you speak of 'changing our direction', I totally agree that in order to KNOW that the new direction is the next best step, we simply have to 'feel peace and joy in our soul'.

Let us take the necessary quiet time in order to check in to see if we are feeling peace and joy within ~ ~ ~

What a powerful wakeup call for many reading your inspiring post! :-D

We often think we are controling the direction of our life, but when we become the conscious director we are then truly following our purpose.
There are many times and many circumstances when we must change our direction through a 'conscious choice'. However when we make those choices and feel peace and joy in our soul, then we know it is the best and right path to take on our journey. We open ourselves to the opportunities for 'new beginnings'.

Ciao Rijuta, Ah, the dreaded "Default Zone!" Apocalyptic thrillers are emotionally entertaining.....but what do you do when the popcorn's all gone, and the concession is closed?

I want to be the creative link to my visualization!
And as I like mythical creations.....I've incorporated some "objects of power!" :-p

I have a new "signature......' It's so funny. I was daydreaming about "The Fifth Element" and a commercial came on about "Fantastic."
So that little intuitive voice said: "multi-task------
---- FLOWTASKTIC!!

Well, at least I'm getting my "INNERMISSIONS"..........

When we put ourself first, we can think of the request that is given to us on a flight: the airline hostess requests us to take the oxygen mask first and then to serve others (our children, etc.)

Hi Rijuta,

Love this post. Why? Because it forced me to really look closely within myself and to be honest. And what I realized is ..I answer NO to quite a few questions you posted.. which means I need to direct myself a little better haha..I think sometimes "we" tend to put others first or lifes emergencies first etc..Always putting ourself aside..Actually not realizing we do that sometimes. So this has been one of the many things I have been working on within myself. Putting oneself first is not a selfish thing... Thats something I recently learned.
