Create a feeling of joyful anticipation :-D today - every day! When we anticipate something, we expect it to happen, even look forward to it.

When we anticipate vacation time, the 'looking forward' gives us a sense of joy - ahead of the actual vacation. Perhaps the reason why so many persons plan their vacations far in advance of the actual date is to experience the joy of thinking, feeling and planning for the vacation.

You can use the same process for other aspects of your life. ;)
Joyously anticipate the unfolding of your day. As soon as you bring joyful anticipation to your intention, that intention sends out ripples of a particular vibratory resonance that attracts more of the same.

What are some of the other ways you could set an intention for 'joyful anticipation'? Use 'joyful anticipation' for your family affairs - for the meal you will enjoy together on the weekend. Use 'joyful anticipation' for your business or work situation - for the conference call scheduled for every Friday. Use 'joyful anticipation' for your relationships with friends or groups - for ways you can add value to the relationships.
