Create Something Wonderful in Your Life! (video)

Hello Kit, Our memories and powerful emotions that we have felt - even though ten years ago - are kept at the cellular level in our bodies. We connect quickly with those memories because they are closer than our breath ~ Your daughter must be very special; you waited for her quite some time! Something wonderful is happening with this website - BraveHeart Women like you are joining us every day! Rijuta Creative Concentration Community I had a very unique experience with this exercice, well, don't we all, really? So, the most wonderful thing I could think of happening to me in the past was when I held my daughter for the first time. I waited until I was 38 to become a mother, so I had a lot of emotions waiting to come out. I cried tears of joy, that day (almost 10 years ago) and today remembering how I felt. Amazing that I could connect to that power in 20 seconds! When you asked if we were smiling, I was, but it was mixed with tears and made me smile even more. Thanks for sharing this with us, I feel like something wonderful has already happened to me that I found this website and all of you inspirational women. Kit Dear Rhonda, You are taking action in a most creative and fulfilling way! The fact that you continue to repeat your words as a mantra and that "it feels so natural and so right" for you most likely means that you are receiving something significant. Do let us know Rhonda, when something wonderful shows up in your life, large or small. Thank you for sharing your actions with us. Rijuta Creative Concentration Community Rijuita, This meditation has become a mantra for me. I find myself quieting and saying "something wonderful is happening to me" other times I say "something wonderful is happening for me." I've been doing this exercise several times daily. I'm doing a lot of driving now, so I repeatedly say this while I'm driving. It feels so natural and so right for me. Thank You so much for guiding us through this most meaningful meditation. Beautiful Blessings, Rhonda Hi Audie, When we visualize something so powerfully, as you did, it is as if we are actually experiencing the same happening once again! Illustrates how important the so-called 'little things' are when we are children - when our fondest wishes come true with the help of loved ones ~ Your story and Darlene's story reminded me of a time when I was perhaps only 2 or 3 years old when my Mom took me to the park. The swing she was pushing me on went up so high that I could almost touch the apple blossoms. Much gratitude and love, Rijuta Creative Concentration Community Hi Rijuta, I am so glad that I took the time to go through the meditation with you. I almost chose to do it at a later time. What a fantastic way of starting out my day. Your soothing voice is a great assist. I actually felt "goose bumps" going up and down my spine when I visualized my Dad telling me he would be taking me to my favorite amusement park. (Maybe Darlene and I were at the same park Here's to something wonderful..... love, Audie Kids and Pets community Dear Deborah, So happy that you received encouragement about the decisions you have been pondering. Deborah Akridge (Deja) You're WELCOME To JOIN or continue to visit THE NEW ME COMMUNITY .Enjoy The Health Tips Rijuta, I listened, then experienced your "Create Something Wonderful in Your Life" video this morning before I started my day. I find that when I close my eyes and do my meditation/prayer that I am aware of light inside my eyes....sometimes it is so bright along the bottom side of my lids that I think I am in direct sunshine....I find this fascinating! The second time I did this part of the exercise, I imagined me running along a merry-go-round and laughing. It brought a huge smile to my face. That smile did not leave me even after the meditation you did with us was physically over. That feeling resonated with me all day, and I have you to thank for assisting me to that place. It was an awesome feeling to carry that joy with me all day long. and....you have reminded me that no matter what is happening on the outside, that when the inside shines...I shine for all. Too cool! Looking forward to hearing of your WONDERFUL things! Gratitude, Rijuta Creative Concentration Community Rijuta: I LOVE these videos. Your voice is so soothing and I like the process of only thinking of one thought ---what a concept. I also appreciate that the videos are short, sweet and succinct. Keep up the wonderful work.
