February - New Month, New Goals, New You!

Hello February! :)

Think 'fresh', 'new', 'original', 'innovation'; the opposite of 'old', 'sameness', 'stale', 'aged'.

How are you preparing for the upcoming month of February? With enthusiasm and focus, or are you still in the 'same-old, same-old' mode?

The beginning of a new month does not have to be the marker to start thinking with creativity and with a sense of wonder at what it will bring. We can start at the beginning of each new day to create our reality.

We all know these things intellectually but how many of us take focussed action? If you have yet to write down at least 3 goals for the month, I invite you to take two minutes now to write them down. I will do the same . . . .

Here are mine:
- To formulate plans for a health and life-style workshop
- To add a green smoothie to my daily intake
- To develop the habit of sending at least one postcard a day to family, friends and/or clients.

That wasn't so hard was it? It can take less than 5 minutes.
Remember to look at it occasionally, or even change it if you like.

New Goals automatically reveal a New You! Remember, for a different result, we must change what we are currently doing.
