Prioritize your Physical, Mental and Emotional Energies!

It is necessary to prioritize your physical, mental and emotional energies when so many demands on your energies sap you of your strength, your focus and your enthusiasm. This creates an imbalance and diminishes the life-force available to you to manifest a fulfilling and meaningful life.

It is sometimes difficult to keep the right balance in the expenditure of our energies. At every moment we are beng asked to contribute energetically to the plight of the national economy, the illness of a friend, family challenges and demands from the workplace or from personal health and well-being issues.

First and foremost, we must choose at every moment to nurture our own needs and pay attention to the harmony and balance of our energetic expenditures.

Rather than drain your own energies to help others, help them to connect to their soul power so they can responsibly make their own best choices. Holding our energies in the highest vibration and allowing others to make their own highest choices is a win-win for all.

Take care not to squander your energies. Let go of the need to control attitudes and situations of family or those in the workplace. Eat fresh, wholesome and nourishing foods. Rest and exercise daily.

You must care, protect and nurture yourself, daily. Only then will you be in a position to care, protect and nurture others.

Terrific Debra, you are honoring yourself by intending to eat more healthful foods. I am not surprised that you are snacking a lot because of the tensions that are hanging in the 'air' all around us.

How true it is that the most beneficial thing you can do for someone you are in any kind of relationship with is.......take care of yourself. Let go of the illusion of control over other people. Follow our heart. It is super exhausting and stressful not to.....highly energy draining.

Thank you for the reminder...I could use some work in the "eat healthy foods" area. I have been snacking a lot lately. I don't know why. I started adressing that today though. I bought some good greens and stuff.
