Have you ever thought of spreading your wings in order to create a lift in your life? :-D

How to spread your wings?
Simple.
Stand up.
Stretch your arms straight out to your sides.
As you take deep, gentle gratitude breaths, put a smile on your face :) and concentrate on taking in as much space as you possibly can as you lift your arms a little wider and a little higher.
I invite you to try it now; it only takes a few seconds.

How did you feel as you physically spread your wings?
Did you feel something (your heart) opening up?
Did you feel the expansion in your chest?
Did you feel a kind of freedom?
Did you feel more energy?
What were the changes you noticed?

Now please consider how else you can spread your wings.
Spreading your wings suggests that you may need to take out some of your courage and creativity tools.


What are your talents?
What keeps you fascinated for hours?
What are those hobbies you have forgotten about?
Are you timid about doing something that you would dearly love to do?
