1267477_heart_pic.jpgLearning to trust your heart is one of the best ways to enjoy a more creative and fulfilling life. B-)

You can learn to trust your heart by learning to FEEL how you are affected as your day continues to manifest from morning to night. You do this by bringing your conscious awareness inward in order to develop a sharp sense of the subtleties of energy that you experience from moment to moment.

How are you feeling this very moment? Try to name the feeling. Are you comfortable? Is there something in your body that is trying to get your attention? Do you feel distracted? Are your thoughts about yesterday, tomorrow, next week? Are you feeling joyful, sad, tired? Simply being aware is enough.

When you learn to listen to your heart, you are beginning to access your real and true self, your soul. The better you are able to do this, the more creative you will be at problem solving and living a life of elegance and ease.

When you wish to ask a question of your higher self, try placing your hand on your heart and concentrating there. Ask your question; be silent for a few moments then listen with openness and trust without rejecting what comes up.

When you begin to trust the messages that you hear or feel or sense, and begin to take small action steps to follow through, then you are truly trusting your heart. In this way you can enjoy a more creative and fulfilling life.

How did you trust your heart today? :-x

Hi Donna (Angeliis),

As you say, "we all get so side tracked in life that we don't pay attention until a problem arises with our bodies." :(

If we could make it a practice to pay attention at the first hint of something out of balance, we could address that imbalance immediately.

For example, why allow the body to experience stress all day and wait until night to alleviate the tension? As soon as we notice stress, we can take immediate action; i.e. taking slow, deep relaxing breaths; splashing water on our face; humming - whatever it takes.

Thank you Donna for sharing your today's experience with us!
Peace to YOU ~ ~ ~ :)

Hi Rijuta,

I agree with Rebecca. I love your creative writing. Even though these topics may seem to be common sense the truth is ..we all get so side tracked in life that we don't pay attention until a problem arises with our bodies. Signaling us. I immediately stopped and thought about my day ..and how I was feeling or if I paid attention to myself and what I truly felt within my heart. And know what I realized? I had a very stressful day within myself.. I say within because I did not show it on the outside so my insides paid for it haha.. But I will meditate nicely before going to bed and hopefully be able to let go of some the stress.

Thanks again for sharing your positive thoughts on how to pay attention to our hearts and listening as they speak to us.

Hi Becky,

Sometimes I shock myself to see how many times I am operating from my ego rather than from my higher self. :8}

Slowly, slowly, we can illumine and transform ~ ~ ~ B-)

Hi Rijuta
You always bring such insight and commen sense to us in your writing. This made me stop and think about what I did today and how I did it. Was I listening to my higher self or to my dear friend EGO!!
