How do so many amazing things happen to YOU??

Posted Jul 10, 2009 12:55 AM
I was asked this question today..... Let me start by saying it hasn't always been this way.

The key here has been implementation.

Once I got real with me, with my heart and soul. Found a level of gratitude for my life, for everything in my life, and I truly learned how to come from a place of peace, love, harmony, and gratitude for each situation. It felt surreal, to say the least. :-x

Have you ever known those people that just seem to be soooo lucky, they win everything, great things always "pop up" in their lives?
This is no coincidence.

On the flip side, have you ever know someone the complete opposite.... someone who is the poster child for Murphy's Law.
This is no coincidence either.

I challenge you to be a fly on the wall. Observe both types of peoples lives, observe their behaviors, their words, and their actions.

I began doing this, and evaluating my friends and co-workers. Studying the people who had it all, and how it was happening. I noticed that the happy people, the so called lucky people weren't complaining about their momentary setbacks, they were focusing on the good, on the things that they were grateful for..... On the other hand, the people who were continuously facing challenges, were consistently complaining about them, saying things such as, "why wouldn't this happen to me?"

It all stems to THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

You get what you think about. It is just as easy to think about abundance, rather than bills as you walk to the mailbox. It is much easier to dream and envision the happy ending, as it is to worry about the what-if's and the unknowns. But the excellent part to this is that when you do focus on the positive, you FEEL much more at peace and ease in your life. You don't get the negative energies that come with the worry and the fear.

When you dream and envision, you almost always will develop a smile on your face, a sense of relaxation in your shoulders, and your breath will get deeper. TRY IT!!!

And when life does give you a momentary setback, evaluate it.... What can you learn from this challenge? And what is the golden nugget in this situation??

Here's to YOUR journey~
Your Friend along the way,
Crystal

I do notice this when I observe people. Some people in my family are so negative and they complain and it really brings me down. But, when that happens now I'm trying to just focus on all the good things in my life and what I'm grateful for and it really helps with my attitude and my thoughts. Also another great thing I heard is when you are down there is nothing better then helping bring someone else up. I had this experience today and it felt great to even under my own stress be a positive force for others.

That was so true of everything you just said...I am starting to observe a lot of people lately and I too noticed the ones that look as if they have it all are just plain happy and upbeat and I watch the people around me that are always miserable and the interesting thing I see is whenever you ask them how they are the first thing you hear is NOT GOOD...well doesnt that just set ya up for a downer of a conversation....

I am saying yes to the Law Of Attraction from now on
Brilliant, our brightly shinning Crystal!

An anecdote to drive your point home. This very morning, I prepared my breakfast of hot, whole grain cereal by putting water, steveia, salt, and cinnamon, into a bowl and popping it in the "Nuker" for 5 minutes. As it was doing it's thing, I tidied the kitchen and was really arrested by the great smell coming from the microwave! Dishes done, and cabinet wiped, I headed off to my desk with my steaming bowl of whole grain nutrition - - and it was particularly tasty!
A couple of blog comments later, I returned to my kitchen with my empty bowl. "Drats - I missed the Cinnamon! It's still sitting out on the counter."

Only..... to my amazement.... much like my dad and the Peach Pie, the spice jar sitting there, having just been added to my breakfast... was CURRY!

I had just enjoyed curried oatmeal!:O

Your post is so uplifting. You're right; it's all about gratitude. The minute I notice that I'm getting into that whiney place, I start repeating the words infinite love and gratitude. These words always bring me back to center. Thanks for your inspirational words.

Crystal,

You exemplify an empowered woman, especially now that your BraveHeart sisters perceive you as the eagle that is soaring rather than the baby eagle that is afraid to fly.

You love your life and we love you for reminding us of all that is lovely.
