Thanks for sharing setting your intention, I especially like # 3 !!!! All day I have visualized being a thin person again and it has helped me stay focused on my intention to keep my goal. Nice blog Debby!!!! Welcome to braveheart women!!! Hi Debby, For numbers 1 and 2 it would seem that we are still in the state of 'wanting'. Whereas when we get to number 3, we are in the state of 'having' or 'being'. Although numbers 1 and 2 may help to move us along to believing and feeling that we have our preferred result, perhaps we could concentrate more intently on number 3. Here we are acknowledging what 'is' and that we do indeed have our preferred result. Simple little exercise; very helpful. Thank you Debby! Rijuta Soul-Power Community
