Dear Deborah, Congratulations. I know that better health is your main goal. Keep on keepin' on! You are an inspiration to all. I love the positive attitude and the "no more pity parties" slogan. We all get into those at times, but need to refocus on the positive, and on our goals and direction for the future. stephiesstuff What has helped me to gain a better self esteem is scrapbooking. I think it is good for people to find something that they are good at and enjoy doing. Also, I have found good role models to follow that has great self esteem. Finally, before I became a member of this community, I was very isolated from the world because I was afraid of sharing anything but now I'm growing.
