A Delightful Weekend...An Amazing Project

I had a great weekend in New Jersey. The flight going was delayed leaving for Philly but I flowed and went for a beer, met a couple that live in Costa Rica six months out of the year and in Boston the other six. That was a delightful and insightful conversation indeed.

Upon arriving in Philly to be interviewed for a documentary on the CD Rena's Moan by InnaRae (innarae.com), I was taken to my hotel room in Southern New Jersey where I ate, rested and polished my nails a brilliant red. My favorite color in honor of the lifeblood that flows from the womb and within these miraculous bodies of ours!

Then it was up at 6 AM for a 7:30 pick up to go to the location of the shoot. The house where production took place was very nice. Big, five bedrooms and a kitchen that would take your breath away. Absolutely spacious and functional.

The make up artist enhanced my features and I have to say, I loved the effect. Made me feel even more regal LOL

The interview went well. I shared my views on the effects of suppressed sexuality, shame, poverty and the joy of embracing all that you are born to be.

This project was in honor of the artist Grandmother whose Medicine Gifts were suppressed to to timing, upbringing and the influence of organized religion and their perception of how one should live. It was quite a memorable day for me.

There was a photographer chronicling just about every movement and encounter. I'm looking forward to seeing those shots.

We were served a continental breakfast with a divinely delicious whipped mixed berry cream cheese. Yum. Lunch consisted of homemade lasagna, a meat sauce, a vegetarian dish, fruit, rolls and dessert; strawberry shortcake, chocolate brownies and cookies.

I left after my interview to spend the rest of the day in my room, basking, sleeping, studying and just enjoying the energy of the day and the quiet of the night.

The DVD is scheduled to be available sometime in July or August. I await the final cut. I know it is going to be awesome, empowering, uplifting and entertaining! Such a wonderful opportunity along with all the other blessings that are being bestowed at this time in my life. I am in a state of bliss and thankful for love revealing itself to me in such a magnificent manner!
